Had an excellent experience. I called at 3 PM in the afternoon to confirm that a product was in stock and that it would be what I needed. Both were correct I was able to submit the order and even resolve a card issue.

Ordered a couple Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Coolers, price was very good, shipping was Very prompt, nicely packaged. I'm very pleased with the transaction, in fact I ordered 3 more from them a few days later. Good phone response. Seems to be a company that has their stuff together

Ordered previously from them, and everything arrived promptly and in perfect shape...tracking my current order shows that everything is on time. Would definitely recommend CrazyPC to a friend.

All I can say about "CrazyPC" is, if there were a rating ABOUT a "10", "A+" or "Excellent"...then these guys would DEFIANTLY deserve it!!! With out a doubt. I have been a repetitive customer since my first purchase and I will continue to buy from them. They KNOW what customer service means!!

So far so good. Seems like a very well established company. Ordering was easy and A FLL EXPLANATION OF ORDER PROCESSING AND ACTUAL SHIPMENT TIMES was presented in detail. I will be very surprised if my product does not arrive on time (as they explained) and in good condition. It was a real pleasure to buy in confidence for a change. Thank you Crazy PC and hopefully I won't be back resenting this post. PS: DONT EVER BUY FROM THRIFTYCOMPUTER.COM!! They are a sham!!  
 
An update: Order is on time and should arrive here on Monday. And btw: Thrifty still has not even bothered to contact me yet.

Excellent online store, have ordered from them multiple times with excellent service each time. Some of the best packaging in the business. These guys care about customer satisfaction, and it shows.

This is my first oder from CrazyPC and I was very pleased. The shipment came before scheduled and everything was as described. I ordered a water cooling system, all parts where put together by Crazy PC as a kit. This was just what I was looking for. A custom cooling kit, with out having to go throught 100s of products. Plus, the kit came with products that where very highly rated on other sites!

I ordered my product on 12/4/08 and it was mailed out the next day.I have high hopes for this store, lots of good deals.

Did not honor a 10% coupon that they offered for a Halloween special. All the coupon said was to enter in CPCSCARY at checkout, no mention that it only applies to specific products. I made the order paid with paypal, then get a e-mail saying the coupon is not valid on Lian Li cases. They offered me a 5% discount, but something seemed sketchy. They provided me a link to a webpage that disclosed the details about the coupon, and I checked to see when the webpage was created/updated and it was the same day they sent me the e-mail.. go figure.  
 
The live chat function is useless, I tried asking them a question regarding the shipping price and never got a response, I tried 3 different times on 1 day, and about 2 other times the following day and finally just gave up and ordered anyways.  
I am not happy with the service they provided but they did give me a prompt refund. Overall I would rate them a 3 out of 10 from my personal experience.

CrazyPC was a great find! They were professional and extremely fast in shipping my items, even though it was an international order. I would definitely buy from them again!
