I've ordered from these folks in the past and have been very happy with their performance. Quick, accurate and fair.

Great customer service from crazy pc, I messed up on an order and called them to cancel it. Not only were they helpful in taking care of that issue. But they took the time to take my new order on the phone, and were very helpful on assistance for what parts would work better. Also had the lapping job done through them which they lowered by 10 bucks, and it was excellent. Customer service does not get better than this, would use again in a heartbeat, thank you crazypc.

These guys are just terrible. I tried to file an RMA for a defective product, got one email reply back with someone who tried to troubleshoot the problem, and NEVER got a response back afterward. Basically, these guys just abandoned one of their customers looking to return a product. Great way to treat the people who keep you in business. Also, their return policy is pretty horrible: 15% restocking fee plus you have to pay for your own shipping even when the product is defective. This is precisely why I stick with the big name retailers like Newegg or Amazon and why you should too. Never again will I purchase from CrazyPC.

I purchased a Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme 1366  
with fan and mount. I also got the heatsink lapping option to correct the poor factory machining. As far as I know they are the only authorized Thermalright reseller that offers this option. This option does void the return policy, but I feel it was worth it.  
Item arrived quickly and well packed. The price was reasonable. Overall I am very happy with the way they do business.

Fast efficient, after twenty-eight hours the parcel was in my mail box.  
 

My order was packaged well and shipped to me on time. I even received a call from the store on the day I placed my order to let me know that it would be shipping out the same day. When's the last time an online store called you to let you know your order status? I'll surely purchase from them again.

I have placed numerous orders from CrazyPC.com, all of which have been sent the same business day, or immediately the next day.  
 
All packages have arrived promptly, no damage to box or products. I have never had an order missing anything, or had to contact them for any reason.  
 
Shopping at CrazyPC.com has been a great experience every time, the only thing I don't like is the anticipation!

CrazyPC has extremely good service and equally good prices. I mainly purchase cooling solutions from them, because they seem to carry everything that deals with that and the price is the best around. They are one of the few stores that stocks Shin-Estu thermal paste at a decent price. I will be purchasing again.

I had a great transaction with CrazyPC, their website was very easy to navigate, easy to research lighting methods and determine what suited my needs. I was able to order from the website, complete the transaction and CrazyPC emailed a confirmation within minutes of my completed transaction.  
 
Shipping was beyond quick ( 48 hours ) and very well protected, infact I would consider their shipping container to be overkill, ...but I believe they want the best for their customers by providing above and beyond protection for your product purchase.  
 
The product came with clear concise directions and my daughter was able to do the install in under 2 minutes. I dare anyone to beat that in customer satisfaction.  
 
CrazyPC has my complete vote of confidence with a secure site, great communication, quick delivery and a reliable product that met my expectations. These lights are super bright and very well made.

CrazyPC.com has a great selection of unique case mods all at really great prices!! I went to about 7 other sites before this one in order to find what I was looking for and CrazyPC.com was the only one that had everything. Alright, but the waterblock didnt come with the arctic alumina it said it was supposed to come with :-\ o well at least I have as3 left over!
