I ordered two of same product by mistake.  
 
They gave me a prepaid return shipping label to return one of them.

I purchased an item that I ended up not being satisfied with from buy.com. After a quick email to customer service, they promptly took care of getting me set up for refund 100%, return shipping label included. No question that I would order anything from there again - great experience.

I like Buy.com actually. a bit slow but it is to be expected. just dont buy anything that is needed in a hurry. good prices vs amazon though.

Ordered the wrong item. Received a pre-paid UPS shipping label and pretty quick response to emails.

Some of their sales can be enticing, especially rebate items. Watch for specials.

I have ordered several things from Buy.com over the last couple of years and have been very happy with their service.  
 
This was the first time I ever had to return anything to them, though. I got a defective Zune and their website let me print a return UPS label - PREPAID!  
 
Within a week and a half I had a credit on my account for the full purchase price.

I have been ordering from Buy.com for several years now. Each order has been fulfilled to my satisfaction, if I had a problem, item was replaced or credited.. I have over 30 orders and one processing at this time. I find good pricing and customer service at this site and will continue using it.

I have ordered from buy.com several years now. I give them 90% of my on-line shopping. With outstanding customer service and prompt shipping, I could not ask for a better place.

Fast shipping abundance of products and price comparisons. Even tells you where sold out products are available.

I basically ignored the negative reviews on this site and went ahead and tried buy.com to order a TV and a 5.1 surround sound system. The low prices was too hard to turn down.  
 
I received my order confirmation instantly, and the shipping information was emailed to me the next day. The following day, the package was in the shipment system. The freight company contacted me a few days later to set up a delivery time (4 days ahead of estimated!)  
The tv arrived, perfect condition.  
 
The 5.1 system was shipped via FedEx, and I had no problems with them either. The shipment info emailed the day after the order was placed, and the following day the package was in the shipment system as well.  
 
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for buy.com, but I had a great experience without any hiccups!  
I would recommend buy.com even for large ticket items, as I see no reason why to pay more at other vendors.

I have had absolutely no issues with Buy.com, so I wonder about all the negative reviews. Are they from orders placed with marketplace vendors who list on Buy.com? When I order directly from Buy.com, I never have issues, and the product is always received in good working condition. I've yet to need to return anything. I will continue to buy from these guys. Their deals are great.

After reading a number of negative reviews, I decided to take a chance and order through Buy.com. I ordered a battery for my Apple ibook for the best price I could find on line. I paid for standard shipping. The order was placed on September 26th in the afternoon. I received my battery this morning, Monday, Sept 28th. If that's not remarkable service, I don't know what is. I NEVER write reviews, but I couldn't let this one pass me by.

I purchased a usb to DVI adapter and a DVI to HDMI cable. Buy.com had the lowest price on the HP adapter I searched. They processed my order and sent email verification quickly. My adapter arrived 5 days later and the cable 6 days later. I am very satisfied despite the negative reviews I read on resellerratings. I took my chances and they paid off.

I just searched my history and I have ordered 21 times and can't remember a problem. Laptop, PSP, batteries web cam were just some of the items. I just saw a page slamming Buy.com and realized to only time people post on here is when things go wrong. I'm pretty sure a 5/10 would be about perfect here.
