I thought That the prices were good, and that the shipping was good, and reliable, and the products were what i expected. The Checkout process was very simple and quik, and i love the fact that they have savings almost all of the time. I have been a customer for 4 years, and have more than 1 geeks.com account, and have spent well over $1500 there. I have had a defective product before, however, they made it very simple to replace, and i would still not go anywhere else for electonics.

The product was a media player that wouldn't play the advertised types of files, defaulted to PAL (though sold where it should be NTSC), and only produced a black/white picture (though the videos were in color). Completely unsatisfactory. Geeks simply refunded my money and provided a prepaid label. Wonderful!

I have been a customer for about 10 years now of Geeks.com. My most recent purchase I purchased was for several items. One of the items purchased was a wireless keyboard and mouse. I didn't notice that it was Portuguese format. Rather than make me even ship it back geeks refunded me the cost of this imediately. I havent always been totally happy with all my purchases at geeks but usually do get what I pay for. I can for sure say that Geeks has always answered and took care of all my problems. I recomend Geeks.com to everyone that I know. I will always use Geeks.com for shopping from computer stuff to gadgets. Thanks Geeks for always being there.

I AM SO ROYALLY PISSED AT THIS COMPANY. THEY SOLD ME A COMPUTER WHICH HAD BEEN RECALLED BY THE MANUFACTURER & ONCE IT WAS REFURBISHED THEY SOLD IT TO ME WITH A 3 MONTH WARRANTY. NOW JUST AFTER 9-1/2 MONTHS THE COMPUTER DIES BECAUSE OF THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE OTHER "NON-REFURBISHED" COMPUTERS. SO I CALL THEM & THEY SAY THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A RECALL, THEY THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPUTER WAS FIXED BECAUSE IT WAS "REFURBISHED", AND NOW THE 3 MONTH WARRANTY IS OVER SO THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO.  
 
HAD I KNOWN THAT THIS MODEL WAS RECALLED, I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! THANKS FOR THE WARNING!!!  
 
AND GEE THANKS FOR THAT WHOLE 3 MONTH GUARANTEE!!!!

And when the Company wrote that they addressed all issues, this is incorrect. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as follows:

This website details the EXACT malfunction that my computer had. Therein, it states the following:  
The recall ended Jan 31, 2008.  
Dell™ will provide out of warranty coverage in North, Central and South America for OptiPlex™SX270(UFF), GX270, GX280 systems with failed motherboards due to expanding or leaking capacitors for 5 years from date of purchase, or until 31-January-2008, whichever comes first.  
 
Therefore, when Computer Geeks.com stated in their reply to you that " Geeks.com doesn’t sell “Recalled” products to its customer’s furthermore if we had mistakenly sold any recalled goods to our customers a letter would immediately be sent out from our company to those customers offering a sincere apology in addition offering them proper resolution to help get the matter at hand resolved" it is false as this website clearly states that there was a recall on this model, and I surely did not receive an apology of any sorts.  
 
Furthermore, when Geeks.com states " Why did Mr. X wait till November 2009 to contact our (RMA) Returns Department?" the answer is simple. 1. I am not a computer expert and was unaware of the recall on this model due to the overwhelming deficiencies that it possessed. 2. Because the computer did not manifest until November 2009 when I did call Geeks.com originally and was told that my warranty was up so too bad.  
 
In addition, when I called Dell, they informed me that Geeks.com did not even fill out the ownership transfer form so the computer is still registered in the name of the original purchaser from Dell, and Dell could be of no assistance to me. This also strikes me as negligent and incompetent on the part of Geeks.com.  
 
After all is said and done, it appears that Geeks.com sold me a computer that had KNOWN DEFECTS and still refuses to acknowledge their culpability in this matter. I do not believe that such business practices should go unnoticed nor be condoned.

The item that was purchased came with a 3 month limited warranty; in addition to that extended warranties are offered after the order has been complete. On 11/12/09, he was contacted by our management team and all concerns were addressed at that time.

Purchased a monitor from Geeks. Item was shipped loose in a box. Did not work upon arrival. Geeks wants me to pay for the shipping to return the item. I will never order from Geeks again unless they do something about this. Totally unacceptable.

I purchased a refurbished Dell Win/XP-Pro PC from the Geeks, fast shipping, well packed great price. However it was missing an installed stated component and the recovery disk as stated in the ad. Resolved fast with their Tech Services folks. The next business day a Monday from my call on Friday I was messaged that the parts were being shipped and the issue closed. Thanks Geeks, the machine was put into service on Sunday and has been rock solid since. Once the parts arrive they will be installed. If you need it the Geeks have it! If you need it fast the Geeks offer it and well packaged never a problem all these years. Returns or failed devices ask for an RMA and it is quickly handled. Few do as well in this industry as they do. Good selection, great prices, fast shipping and Tech Support that follows through with what they promise to do. Customer Service is friendly also. A true win-win where so many others are "take your chances when you click BUY!" Thanks Geeks keep up the great work.

11/05/09 Computer Geeks.com Third order I have placed with them. Shipped me wrong part. Called Customer Service/Tech Support. Immediately acknowledged that they made an error. Issued return authorization and advanced shipment of replacement part. New part will arrive in 2 days. All personnel(Peter-Inventory, Guy-Tech Support & Erik-Shipping) were extremely helpful and professional. Great job all around!!! I'll keep coming back.

I ordered the UHS-301. Their description page says 2.5mm plug and no adapter comes with it. If what I got was correct, then that would have been fine, I'll buy my own adapter and be done with it. I got the unit, had a 2.5mm plug BUT, it also came with an adapter. That's what started the confusion. Note that from all other sites that I've seen, the UHS-301 should have a 3.5mm plug and comes with a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter (so what was it that I got?). But when I asked about this, I got 2 replies (after a pretty long wait). One was no, it doesn't come with an adapter (which doesn't explain the adapter that's now sitting at home that came with it) and one that said we'll ship you the correct part (so it does come with one and I got the wrong one?). Then later, talked on the phone with them explaining this. They overnighted me the "correct adapter" (the effort is appreciated) which turned out to be a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter... totally useless to me and shows that perhaps they weren't really listening... I'm confused as to what model did I get, was it really the UHS-301? If so, why does it have a 2.5mm jack? Are there different models of it? What's with the adapter that supposedly not included? Why the contradicting emails from Geeks.com? Who's right?  
 
----Update----  
I received an email from customer support at Altec Lansing, the manufacturer, saying that the UHS301 does not have a 2.5mm plug, it comes with a 3.5mm plug. So what did Geeks.com sell and ship me? I forwarded this email to Geeks.com and waiting on a reply.
