Product was to ship on the 8th. It did not ship until the 11th and as of yet I have not received it. I find this very out of the ordinary as I have order in the past and shipping was always when promised. Wonder what is going on.....

I ordered 3 items form the Labor Day sale and received all at one time very quickly. The prices were great and the items came in good order with no problems at all. I have been ordering with Geeks since they opened in the 1990's and have always been very happy with them. I always check them fist when I need something and usually find what I need at a great price.

Order was great. Saw an Aopen GeForce 7950GT video card for $40--including shipping! Order arrived intact a week later, just the card and driver disk, but for the price what do you expect. Installed with latest downloaded drivers, works fine. I would definitely order from them again.

This is my first time ordering. Good experience. Package arrived 9/10 as promised. Haven't opened yet.

I ordered an "open box" HP computer for a reasonable price. It was shipped to my house way faster then I expected. I fired up the computer and immediatly got the blue screen of death. I was alittle dissapointed to say the least. I called and talked to Chris, who was very helpful and got me fixed up. My experience with the support department of the company was excellent! When the need arises I will buy from them again.

My best reamendations in quick online service. The more questions I ask the more answers I get good pricing all in all thanks geeks

I have bought from Geeks.com at least 5 different times in 2009 so far. I always feel that I have received an exc. value with their lower prices most always and their fast shipping. Recently, I needed their customer service help with a slight mix up on a computer product and they were most gracious to me and fixed the problem immediately.  
I always look forward in doing business with them  
and give them a 5 star rating.

Even though I still thinking this store needs to improve on its customer service. I got a phone call after a posted my review here and at least this time somebody apologized for my bad experience.

One of the best value that Geeks offer. This wireless Headphones were easy to set up and worked perfect right out of the box. Highly recomend this to anyone.

Geeks has always been a great place to order anything, we have purchased alot of computer components from them and have had great service. I highly recommend them.

I got my order complete and it arrived on time. They arrived today so I cannot really rave or complain about the performance of anything specifically, but spot testing all is well.

Avoid shopping here, this crew manages cheap prices by shoddy service and products. I ordered a refurb monitor/TV and it came poorly packaged and damaged. I returned it and they had no replacement for it, suggested another brand. I said I'd wait until the same top brand TV came in stock. Two weeks later I received a random budget TV and told it was deemed a suitable replacment (by the techs?), despite having told them I wanted the brand I ordered or just a refund. I had to argue with them to take that return and pay for the shipping. In the end, I got refunded but never paid for the $50 expedited shipping, so all in all I lost 25% of the payment by dealing with Geeks.com. Do yourself a favor and find another retailer, I found the same TV new at same price elsewhere.
