i placed an order for 3 19" NEC 5:4 monitors on the 29th of December. i had to admit i was a little nervous ordering because the reseller rating for Geeks.com was not as high as i would have liked but they had exactly what i was looking for and at a very good price. i received a e-mail stating they received my order and that the approximate arrival date buy Fedex was 1/6/10. i received my tracking #'s in the e-mail as well.  
now not sure if this is an issue with Fexed or Geeks.com: according to the Fedex tracking site, monitors were scheduled for pickup on the 29th but didnt leave until 01/04/10, delivery date moved back to 01/07. yes i know it was a holiday week when ordered so may explain delay.  
the monitors arrived in the morning and were packaged very well. i hooked up the 3 monitors and one has 1 dead pixel, the other 2 are fine. of course everyone hopes for no dead pixels but 1 is not bad. 1 monitor kept shutting off on its own for a few minutes but again i think it was because Fedex left these on my front porch and it was 22 degrees outside ( they were outside about 2-3 hours) but after they warmed up, no issues at all.  
i give Geeks.com a 8.5 out of 10 rating myself, lost one point for delay in shipping and 1/2 point for pixel. i would do business again with Geeks.com in the future.

I have not received my order because of a delay in the FedEx system but I am confident this order is a quality item just as the hundreds I have purchased from this great company in the past. I thank Computer Geeks for their continuing fine service.

So far everything works flawlessly as it should the case in particular is gorgeous, just wish it had an extra external 3.5' bay for a media card ready but everything can be used with usb cords and so on either way. the fan in front helps a lot to ventilate, had a little trouble fitting a micro atx psu, had to modify the case just a bit by making the holes a little bigger for the psu. everything else is flawless. DVD burner by LG is great, just a little noisy because it tries to go super fast, have to tone down the speed a bit, other than that it burns movies or large capacities of data in under 15 mins. using the full 4.7gb of space on a DVD-5.  
the SATA cable i used in a separate system but works great exactly what i needed to use for the system i was building which was a full atx. The 500gb seagate HD took a couple of hrs to format completely don't like to risk a quick format just incase but afterwards it worked like a dream quiet and fast great product.

The Bayco 25 foot retractable reel is designed backward. The part that plugs into wall on one I received is female and the cord part that extends is male. Isn't that supposed to be other way around.  
 
needed to buy two adapters to allow this unit to function.

I will be sure to return to this site now that I have seen the enormous inventory. On top of that the prices are superb and I shop at alotof websites. Also my order got to me before Christmas and that surprised me - was thinking I'd rcv parcel closer to New Years. All good!

I found a deal on this site, and even though it looked kind of sketchy, I gave it a go. Processing was fast, shipped out the next day, and I had it way before the estimated shipping period (and tracked it easily from a tracking number provided on the site).  
 
Bought a refurb Sansa View and a retail digital picture frame. Both were in perfect condition and adequately packed.  
 
I would easily buy from here again.

Don't purchase from this website!!! Avoid it as disease!!!  
 
They sell junks and YOU will have to pay for shipping it back to them!!! And you would never know what you are getting again. The chance is it is another junk and YOU will have to pay for shipping cost again if you want to sent it back.  
 
No email confirmation, no invoice enclosed with the package, no instruction, no nothing, just the naked product in a box.  
 
Customer service is horrible. You don't want to talk to them, trust me.

Geeks is the best. I shop several times a year for most all my electronic and computer gear. LCD TVs, PCs, Laptops, Cameras, Xbox, flash memory and PC periferals. Have been a customer for at least 8 years. Great prices. Fast shipping and well packaged. Products always as described and in detail with frequent links to vendor sites or downloads. Never worry about what I'm buying. Email sales specials help make Santa's job easier too.

The micro mosquito 4 x 4 arrived broken. It was obviously a return that was re boxed. In fact upon inspection of the packaging, the toy was supposed to be secured with twist ties, it was secured with scotch tape. The rear motor and rotor was broken off and missing. The tops of both control sticks  
on the controller were cracked off.  
Update: Their customer service was responsive, concerned and thoughtful. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an isolated incident.

Very satisfied with this transaction. No problems. Delivery was prompt. Merchandise was in good condition. All was there. Billing was accurate. This, and prices were very competitive.

I like shopping at Geeks because the prices are good and the service is fast. I live on an island and must get all my electronic needs from the mainland. Geeks took the time to help me sort out my shipping problems.
