still waiting for my order. free shipping is great, but i think it's taking way to long

Crucial was able to scan my computer and tell me exactly which component I needed to add more ram great for a not so savvy consumer. The part came quickly, intact and was very reasonably priced. The stores that I visited said that adding ram would cost me ~ $50 - $75 and at crucial it was $31.33 including shipping! All in all I'm very pleased and recommending Crucial to everyone.

Ordered RAM for my Dell laptop. With a few simple questions, Crucial provided quick information regarding the part number I would need. Product was shipped the next day, and tracking information provided. UPS delivered on time. The whole process could not have been easier.

Purchasing memory for a computer more than a couple of years old can be difficult and confusing.  
After checking a few sources without finding what I needed, I ran the program provided by Crucial which accurately identified my computer, its current configuration, and capacity. It of course also indicated what options were available.  
I then ordered the chips necessary to maximize the RAM which made my old computer function at a useful speed. The ordering process was straigth forward, shipment was prompt, and I am quite satisfied with the result.  
I would highly recommend this method of upgrading any computer with no guesswork involved.

Just got my new memory installed yesterday, everything is moving along quicker, makes surfing so much better. I read the verbal instructions plus watched the video several times and found it very helpful in quelling my fears of opening up the computer and getting the jod done. The only things I would add to the instructions: have good lighting and for Dell Dimension 2400 line up the notch on the bottom of the memory module with the cross bar in the connector--that'll get it in the right spot.  
 
Your prices beat the stores here by$10 at Staples and $20 at Best Buy, thanks! regular shipping was plenty fast too.

I have always found Crucial to be an excellent supplier of memory cards to my clients (I'm a semi-retired computer consultant). The scanner is an useful tool to show people the options they have for upgrading their specific machine, and being able to order the parts then and there is a real bonus. I also find that the delivery time is more than adequate.

Bought 2x2gb toshiba compatible mems. Got a blue screen after install and prepared to call and yell. But before I did that, went online and found out I had not inserted the second stick properly.  
Right now I have window 7 64bit running smoothly on a 4gb laptop.

Crucial scanned my PC, located proper RAMs for the PC. was easy to order ,, timely delivery ... following instructions provided on UTube //.installation was a snap!! Everything worked out well!! Good Experience. I would recommend Crucial Technology to my friends!!  

I ordered 2 GB of RAM on August 1, 2009 using regular shipping and by August 5, 2009 it had arrived safely. The whole order process was incredibly easy, I allowed the site to scan my system, it gave me several recommendations, and told me what I needed to know as far as ordering. The price was very inexpensive, and the experience was very positive. I would HIGHLY recommend this site to anyone who is interested in purchasing new RAM.

As usual my order arrived promptly and the memory worked upon installation. That is why I use Crucial.

Though I have not yet installed the memory I purchased, the order process was painless and the products came with 3 days as promised. As this would be my first time doing so, hopefully, I will be able to install the memory myself.
