I found that the Crucial website was very user-friendly and to the point, as far as navigation to my target items was concerned. I have received the ordered items in the time promised. Although I have not installed the items yet, I expect that they will work the first time. If not, the Return policy and information appears to be pretty standard and easy to affect if needed. So, so far, I am pleased with Crucial Technology.

The ordering process is error-free.  
Crucial shipped my memory correctly, on time and without mishap.  
 
This is the 3rd time I've ordered memory chips from Crucial and will continue to do so in the future.
