I am sorry to say that at this point I have been disappointed. I received an email that indicated my order was back-ordered and would ship in a few days. Today is the 7th day and it has not shipped. I called several days ago to ask if another part could be shipped in replacement (as indicated by way of the crucial site that advised either part would fit and cost the same), but the customer service person advised the other part would not fit and the part I requested should be received by them "soon", and they would ship.
I have not been contacted since the original notice of the delay. I am frustrated, yet still hoping for the best.
