I received my product, RAM upgrade a few days ago, and the speed of my computer has really increased since I installed it. The extra 256 MB upgrade has made my life a lot easier!

I've made two purchases from Crucial Technology. Both were the most trouble free purchases I've ever made on the internet and I've made many. Unlike most internet retailers, CT's site has been well thought out and is trouble and frustration free. In both cases, I purchased memory upgrades to my desk top PC. Crucial just analyzed my PC on line, instantly proposed options to me for the appropriate upgrade, and led me very nicely through the remainder of the purchasing process. They also provided very good instructions for installing my new chips. Great! As a final testament to their great service, my purchased items arrived safely in LESS THAN 24-hours even though their delivery commitment was for 2nd day delivery!! I'm definitely a fan! I had never tried anything like upgrading my RAM in my computer before but when I upgraded to high speed internet access I had to. It was easy because Crucial had the tools on their website to help me find exactly what I needed and even how to install it. The price was right and it took 5 minutes to install. Now my computer is running the way it is supposed to and it was so simple to do!

Very happy with the order experience of dealing with Crucial Technology. Order was here and correct the first time without any issues.

They got me close to the right memory stick, but wrong one for me memory board and it took me to figure it out not them. They are the memory experts, not me.
