Dell web page showed conflicting views of maximum Optiplex 320 memory but Crucial reported the correct amount. The Crucial memory works flawlessly.

My recent order for 2GB RAM cards was recieved on time, the installation was easy (took about five minutes to install), and the product works great!! If you are thinking of replacing your PC because of sluggish performance, I suggest that you seriously think about upgrading your current system. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and if you're a handy person, you can have your system working better than it did when it was new for a fraction of the cost. Thank you Crucial for breathing new life into my PC!!!

The memory work fine. Haven't put it through Memtest86 yet, but otherwise, can't complain.

This would have to be one of the very best online transactions I have ever made! The order was fulfilled immediately - shipped immediately, and were exactly the products I specified and needed. UPS Shipping and handling charges were an excellent price for International Priority 1 Express shipment, and if not for an intervening State 4-day weekend (Labor Day) holiday in New South Wales on Monday, would have only taken 5 days from submitting my web order to Crucial to delivery in (non-metro) Australia!

Already have upgraded the three HP Business Desktops, this machine went from 512MB total (64MB of System memory reserved for onboard ATI video) to 2048MB - wow! What a difference!  
 
Newly acquired ThinkPad T43 (2669B77) has already had the (optional) SODIMM upgraded from 512MB to 1GB via easily accessible external hatch, and overnight here will be removing the keyboard etc., to upgrade the internal primary memory similarly so that it will then have the manufacturer-specified maximum memory of 2GB, so clearly depicted on the individual entry for that exact machine type on the well indexed Crucial web-pages!  
 
Thanks again - I know where to come to for any future requirements!  
 
Incidentally, following delivery on Tuesday, I attempted to find a mailto: link on the Crucial pages to express my pleasure and delight with the service, having clean forgotten that I had agreed to submit a review here, for that very purpose!

Crucial Technology was fabulous! I was able to buy a memory chip from them for less than $40. Sony wanted $600!  
 
Crucial was communicative -- they let me know all along the buying process what the status of my order was and when it would be delivered. The chip set arrived in a timely fashion and was perfect. Crucial even provided detailed instructions on how to install it on my computer.  
 
In short, they far exceeded my expectations and I will be returning to them whenever I need their products.

They shipped the memory the same day and took care of everything right away. I needed the memory for the weekend and they got it out and I received it the next day

Cost effective shipping was not the most direct route to reaching final destination, adding unnecessary days to delivery. Regardless, transaction met expectations. Website for ordering was very user friendly.

Installed in the machine in 5 minutes with no problems and machine booted up lightning fast and is still running at max speed. No problems with anything to do with this order. Excellent, complete selection of all memory, including Apple memory. The memory for the Dell Inspiron 1000 which I upgraded was discontinued by Dell, but I was able to get it at Crucial. The computer was moping along with 256M on Windows XP, but is now a speed demon at 512M. The memory was low cost; I did the entire job for the client for $33. It was delivered in 3 days, much faster than the estimated span. I will do everything in my power to recommend Crucial to other techs, and will use Crucial for future clients.
