I got a notice my DIMMs were backordered almost immediately. The delay was unnoticeable as my order arrived still within the anticipating shipping time. About 18 months ago I had grown totally frustrated with the inadequate memory of my desktop and laptop computers. I contacted the manufacturers. Since my computers were more than 4 years old, they recommended that I contact Crucial for more memory. I was reluctant to purchase items from an unknown vendor on the Internet. But since the computer companies recommended Crucial I followed their advice. I was impressed with how quickly their site found the correct memory board, the LOW cost and the promised shipment. Well, in about 5 or 6 days I got the memory (shipped free). They went right into my computers without any problems. I turned them on and BANG they were twice as fast as before. It was like I got two brand new computers. They have worked perfectly ever since. So this year when I wanted more memory, I didn't hesitate to go back to Crucial. They are everything they claim to be--a reliable, cost-effective, and an efficient company. I recommend them highly.

Ken Conrade told me about Crucial.com and when I checked it out I was amazed at how easy it was to order a memory upgrade. I only needed a half meg but decided to get 2-gigs instead. My computer is up and running real fast. For $85 I saved myself the hassle of buying a newer computer. It was so easy to install. Thank you Ken for being ever so helpful with this great tip.

Ordered 3gig of memory. Although shipment wasn't due to arrive till 3/2, it arrived on 2/27. Order and shipment was flawless and memory was replaced in seconds. Made that old computer hum!!

I ordered PC memory on Monday; got it on Friday; installed it the following Monday and it works just fine. One week from order to installation and satisfaction. And a Crucial program scanned my PC and told told me what I needed. Really great. I will shop hear again. Thanks Crucial.  

Your Data base of computers and models was the best and allowed me to be assured that the memory was proper for my computer. Delivery was excellent. I ordered online on Sun 2/21/10 and received my memory on Thurs. 2/25/10 in the middle of a snow storm. Instruction for installation were clear and successful.
