I have placed a number of orders with this company in the past 2 years. I have had no problems at all. They are prompt, they pack their products well to prevent damage and are priced competitively. Hope they keep up the good work.

I will not purchase anything anymore from them. i purchased a few months ago (in between other stuff) a Emermax PSU. I received everything but the PSU (they did not have it anymore in stock). But i had to call to ask where the hell was the PSU. Well a bit more than a few weeks later, i finally got it. Unfortuanly it blew up a few months after. So i took it off it, sent it back and i receive a email telling me that the power supply was not purchased from dealsdirect because it was not a Emermax PSU. The guy on the phone was not trying to understand anything about it pretending it was all my fault. Just to say i purchased something like 2 CPUS with mobos, ram, videoboards (...) and they thought i would cheat for a PSU (??). They just don't trust their GOOD clients...

DealsDirect have contacted me regarding my concern of the ram prices going down substantially before the ram was shipped to me. They have adjusted the cost to reflect the new prices and have reimbursed me the difference without issue. It appears to be an email problem that caused the no response to my initial contact hich has now been resolved. The service from DealsDirect is excellent and I have no reservations in recommending them.

I ordered an Enermax power supply. It came in a few days and it works.

Got a couple of program CDs; SystemWorks '02 Pro and Easy CD Creator Basic 5 Basic. Came promptly, and works great for wonderful prices.

It did take awhile for me to get my pc and it took a few nasty emails as well (to be fair it was in the midst of the NYC world trade collapse, so things were definitely crazy at this time). But all in all I'm pretty happy, the prices are definitely right.  
I understand that they have re-organized a bit and that is well needed, I get the impression they just dont have enough staff.  
My only real complaint with the system I bought was that the video card was not fully inserted into the motherboard and did not function when I got it, this is strange because they put a sticker across the case that breaks when you open the case to indicate your warranty with them is now null and void. But to fix the video card problem I had to break the seal. Also, they claim to test the machines but it couldnt test to well with the video card not properly inserted! Pretty minor stuff.  
But I'd buy from them again for sure. I'm happy with my machine, if your not familiar with parts of a pc and arent confident in taking things out and troubleshooting a pc yourself I'd shop somewhere else.
