I ordered online a 24" Sony monitor from them. They said it would ship ground and be 5 to 6 days, which was fine. It came to my door exactly 30 HOURS after I placed the online order. Plus, they answered every Email within 20 minutes. I'll buy from them again. Very pleased - plus, the shipping was a fraction of what I expected to pay.

Ordered an Antec 600SX case from them. Was emailed confirmation right away. Found out that the item was not currently in stock but received great customer service and the rep went out of his way to inform me as soon as the time is shipped. Shipping was a little slow but overall a great experience and a great price.

Ordered a Brooktrout Trufax 200 pci from TechOnWeb. Email confirmation of order, tracking and shipping info was within 2-3 days after placing order. Price was one of the best on the internet and would definitely buy/recommend them.

Ordered via their website on Monday morning, received the merchandise the next day - by UPS ground! Received e-mail confirming shipment on Wednesday! How about that - the actual shipment beat the e-mail confirmation by a day!! Outstanding service! I've always ordered equipment from vendors based in California and now I've found one based in Texas but ships out of New Jersey. I'll definitely do business with them again. I just wish they would carry more products (such as those available at Newegg, Googlegear, or Mwave).

Ordered a Samsung 753DF 17" monitor from them... price was about 150 USD (including shipping which was standard ground from UPS). Placed order on Sunday... it is now Wednesday and, according to tracking, it will arrive today. Overall great online experience... their price on the monitor was a bit higher than the lowest ones at pricegrabber and pricewatch however that price is a small price to pay for timely delivery and quality service in case anything ever goes wrong. They will get my business again ...

Great price on a 19" ViewSonic, reasonable shipping. Monitor arrived on the day expected in perfect condition. These guys are trouble free, and ythey offer an excellent selection of monitors at great prices.

I ordered a SMC Barricade DSL Router from them, and it got here in two days. Very fast service, great prices on products and shipping. I will certainly buy from them again. A++

Have been researching LCD flat panel monitors for about three years and watching the market and ratings. The best for my money was the ViewSonic VG181b's (2). Found them on numerous sites and followed though to here for my usual research. TechOnWeb had the best of both worlds, price and good ratings. The purchase was painless (except for the spending), the reply receipt was fairly quick (within 24 hours on a Sunday) but, the shipping info and tracking numbers were not received until 48 AFTER the LCDs were shipped (UPS Ground). I checked with UPS using the reference number and shippers location and got my tracking numbers from UPS. This was done on Monday (shipped) and tracked through delivery day (today, Thursday). UPS had goofed a little by holding the LCDs at one location for an extra day, no big deal. I guess overall I would have to give TechOnWeb a good rating with the exception of supplying the tracking info so late.

I ordered a Hitachi CM721F monitor. Received good email communication with shipping dept’. Received the monitor 3 days after they got the USPMO. Monitor is great and the price was good. I will purchase from them again. This is how ecommerce should be. I am as happy as a clam. :)

Ordered an LG Electronics 915FT+ monitor from them and it arrived on 6/5/02. Shipped super fast, great buy, great price! No tracking number, but that was no problem as long as the product arrived. (too many resellers today charge and don't deliver after 3 months or more, which is legally theft) Probably won't do business with them again unless I'm buying another monitor.

These guys had a very, very good price on a 512mb stick of Kingston pc2100, and as I needed such a stick, I ordered from them. Acknowledgement and shipment were prompt and the RAM works great. It was also packaged in enough padding to swallow a cruise missile.

Ordered a power supply. Got prompt acknowledgemt and invoicing e-mails. However, no ground shipping details or tracking numbers were included. Package arrived quickly. I was happy to see they shipped from a warehouse only 500 miles away from where I live. I'd use them again.

Ordered a motherboard from them. They didn't send me a shipping confirmation or shipping number but can't complain. It arrived two days earlier than expected and works great.

Ordered a Sony CPD-420s on Tues. Delivered on Friday using the cheapest delivery they had. Had to request the tracking number through e-mail and they gave it to me within 2 hours. Otherwise no problems.
