Poor service response or lack thereof.  
Attempted to contact Techonweb prior to purchase with questions about the product and return policy by email and received no response. Was unable to get thru via their phone support. Have concerns what i would do if i needed to return this product.  
Difficult to even find contact information on the site.

I ordered a Epson Perfection V700 Photo Flatbed Scanner. The shipment was superfast but it did not work. Our IT worked for three hours trying to solve the problem with no luck. Called TechonWeb and they said they would not exchange the brandnew printer! It has never been used because IT DOES NOT WORK! They told us to contact Epson.

I'd never used techonweb until this order and I pleased with the transaction. I found the lowest price through a pricing engine and after looking at their rating, decided to give them a shot. I have no regrets and would do business with them again.

TECHONWEB got my order shipped out extremely fast(same day!), there were no problems paying, and I recieved exactly what I ordered.

I placed an order with Techonweb on 03/20/2008. The following day, Rolando rang and rudely announced that he was calling from the Techonweb fraud department. He demanded information and threatened to cancel my order unless I provided such. When pressed to tell me what looked fraudulent about my order, he admitted that there was nothing evidently fraudulent about it. Indeed, my address and phone number are on file with my bank. Rolando, who might just as well be some fisher, refused to appologize for his attitude and placed me on hold! I hung up. Don't stand for this kind of treatment. Don't buy from Techonweb.
