Great price on laptop. Cancelled due to verification process. The company wanted a copy of Driver's License and Credit Card info even after American Express had already approved the transaction. I was not comfortable sending my DL and CC and cancelled the order. American Express told me that techonweb actually used Pay pal to complete the transaction. I thought the secure transaction during checkout on their site was enough.

Shopping since 2006, and whenever there is little detail about the shopping is fast fixed. If you are doing businesses or just want to buy an item this company is the one. Fiable, secure, varied products, and often low prices.
Recomended for spanish spoken buyers.

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still not shipped. E-mailed an inquiry and received only a "working on your request" reply. Simple order for speakers. Should have read the other customer reviews before using this company because order completion seems to be a chronic complaint. Won't use them again!

Good store. It took a little while to get the product shipped out, probably because of Christmas/New Years holidays, but once they did shipping was quick, and product arrived as ordered. Thanks.

Horrible shipping because they use FEDEX Ground. Had to drive out to scary trucking district, after 3 days of trying to get the driver to deliver.

I had been checking prices ALL around the web before purchasing a new canon vixia hf11. The first couple web pages I checked into had "great deals" but according to MANY reviews, were bait and switch companies. I even called one and tried to place an order, just to see if I could convince them to give it to me for the lowest price. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I was hung up on twice.
After reading the reviews about techonweb, I decided to call and speak to a representative to confirm the price (which was $300 cheaper than any retailer and about $200 cheaper than any other rated online store). The representative was VERY nice and helpful, confirming what would be in the box, that it was new, and a genuine USA product.
After placing my order, I was contacted by a representative who confirmed my invoice.
The ONLY issue I ever had was that my online invoice showed "shipped" but after 3 days I still had not received a tracking number. I e-mailed my representative who took care of everything for me (THANKS JOSHUA M.). Three days later I had my camcorder in described condition, via FedEx. I really can't complain considering this was FREE shipping.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely shop there again!

upon receiving my order, i realized that i had ordered the wrong mobo, and therefore, memory. vendor refused to refund for the memory (minus restocking fee for my error) despite the fact it was still factory sealed and only in my possession for a day or two. eventually, they relented on their position. however, they never followed through with the refund. so, after ignoring me for a while, i filed (and won) a dispute with the bank on the transaction.
vendor has been sent a link to this review for comment. review will be updated should they decide to make amends.
ive placed 18 orders with this vendor over the past few years. usually, things go very smoothly. but when they do not, vendor cannot be counted on to respond or act on a timely basis, if at all. This review was modified by its author, antiochtech, on

I ordered a Plantronics bluetooth headset Discovery 925 black color from this store at an unbeatable price. It was shipped on the next day and I received it on 10/1 by Fedex. It charged me only 3.99 for postage. I firstly thought this company might be one of the many dishonest electronic stores on the internet and I was wrong. I am extremely happy with my product and the merchant.

Great pricing. Free Shipping. Great Customer service, I had to change the shipping address on my order after I had placed the order. Called customer service, and a knowledgeable and helpful CSR took care of it with no problem.

I think this is the friendliest company I have ever dealt with on the Web (and I have been shopping on the Web basically since Day 1). TERRIFIC customer service. Item arrived on time and as ordered. And they were friendly as could be, even when I had to return the item I bought (due to no fault of theirs -- manufacturer's pre-sales fibbed about what the product could do). Highly recommended.

I had never ordered from this company before. The staff was very helpful to me. My order was sent and received by me in a faster time than I thought it would be. I am well pleased with the service and would definitely order from this company again when the need arises.

I've ordered my product in the early morning of Sept 4, 2008. On Monday Sept 7 the status is changed to be shipped but I haven't receive the tracking number yet. Now is in the late night of Tuesday Sept 8 2008. Who can tell me what is happening?
