I recently ordered a computer through ECSPC. I ordered a desktop tower and recieved it in excellent condition and on the day they said it would arrive. It was ready to go out of the box. THis is the second time I've ordered from them and I will do so again in the future when I need another upgrade.

I have used Envision ever since they first opened across from Mid-States Mall. Their prices were/are better than anyone's; so good, in fact, that after I moved 6 hours away, I ordered the above-cited invoice. And, as usual, the quality was top-notch and worked great.

This store absolutely lives up to their 10 rating. I did the whole transaction my email, and they were responsive and helpful every time. This is the perfect place to have a custom computer built if you know enough to pick the pieces yourself (with some help) but not enough to put it together. They prices of the components are some higher than if all bought individually at newegg, but for the service and advise makes it well worth the difference. Shipping was only $30. The only issue in the entire transaction was power to the CD and DVD were disconnected from power internally, but they could have come loose during shipping.  
 
I would unhesitatingly recommend this store to someone wanting a custom PC built (which is the only way to go!)

The best customer service I've had in forever. I had ordered a redundant (Fire-wire card) part for my new system and Tristan actually called me to confirm I wanted it. I would guess 99.99% of the companies I buy from would have shipped it without even noticing. He was trying to make sure I got only what I needed and so save me some money.  
 
Scott was a really great resource for hardware and Todd did a lot of checking for me when I called to check pricing. They also practice FOLLOW UP, which, after buying from United Micro and Dell, was a huge reassurance that they actually give a damn about their reputation. I have been recommending these guys enthusiastically. This is why they rate so high - they earn it. I just received a card thanking me for my purchase and requesting I rate them on this site and you bet yer ass I responded. Good job guys, you have my business.

Bryan installed a new DVD drive and speakers. I was very impressed. The only I did not get was the serial number on the builtin drive so I could register it on the maker.

Price was the best I found. Received item in one day, regular ground! Had an issue with the box condition - called customer service, in less than 2 minutes I had complete satisfaction, and email confirmation of the resolution. I haven't seen such professional and courteous customer service in many years. I'm going to be a lifetime customer.

I have been buying computer equipment and parts from Todd for the past five years. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and back up each purchase 100%. I judge a company by the way they handle 'issues' and Envision gets a 10+ in my book.

I would highly recommend these guys to everyone i know. One of the most pleasant experiences I've had. They were friendly and fast at getting my computer up and running again. At really good price. I would rate ECSPC a good 9 1/2 .

Order was perfect, great pre and post sales support. A+ would order again from them in a heartbeat.

Ordered a plain vanilla DVD/CD reader. Received a note that item was on back order and would be shipped in 2 days or so. Order shipped on Monday and arrived in perfect shape on wednesday. Great service and Great people to deal with. I have purchased 2 complete gaming computers from todd as well as several other individual orders. Never had a problem with any of them Recommend 100%.

I ordered a custom system from ECS. My experience with them was very friendly and helpful. I have dealt with them many, many times in the past and have always been extremely satisfied. Their prices are always the best in town, no matter what it is I'm looking for. I always recieve my products in 1 to 2 days if they have to be ordered. I recommend this store to anyone looking for an excellent experiance and excellent prices.

Envision Computers is always very prompt when handling new orders and shipping out the PC's. They keep us posted on the progress and shipping information. Quality of equipment and workmanship is always excellent. Great place to do business with.

Envision Computer Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to them to purchase parts to rebuild a PC they helped me select components that work well together and had good pricing. Later when I decided to do more they continued to be helpful even when working with different personnel. They also assisted my wife and replaced a defective power supply without any hassle. They swapped the defective supply even though I put the original PC together.
