The best thing about this company is the lack of attitude. If you require something, they will simply help you. No hassles, no buck passing back to manufacturers, no delaying tactics, no BS.  
 
Envision built a custom Athlon 64 system for me nearly a year ago. Aside from a very minor assembly error everything has been first rate, and in every situation their response has always been an honest & positive "can do".  
 
Several months after my purchase, my PC was hit with a catastrophic virus attack. Envision was there to assist. When the motherboard started to act up recently, I returned the system and they replaced the board with a new one, upgrading the video card at my request. The machine was reconfigured, tested, and returned - all very promptly.  
 
It's truly been a lifesaver to be able to get through to a support person quickly when help is needed. These folks are very knowledgeable about what hardware works well and what doesn't, too. You might pay a bit more with Envision than with some other builders, but it's like having a good mechanic...they take care of you.

Great products,excellent service and support. A real person answers phone calls, that alone makes them #1 in my book. Have done previous business with Todd and will continue to do so for all my computer needs.

Their selection is great, their prices are very fair, their assembly-work is top-notch, and they package everything up very securely. Plus, they're extremely helpful: the hard drive I wanted was back-ordered from the supplier, and so they upgraded me to a larger drive (same brand) at no charge so that everything shipped on time.  
 
I would (and will) definitely order from them again.

Do not bother and waste time with any other companies. If you want the best service, the best advise on your next computer call “Envision Computer Solutions, Inc.”.  
I am doing it every two years and I never regret it.  

A+ customer service! This is the 2nd PC I have bought from them.  
Todd has gone above and beyond in customer service.  
Personally I would not deal with any other PC company!

I had the best customer service from this company that I have ever had. Problems were solved overnight in some cases. I recieved same day response to my emails. In a couple of cases they sent me the replacements for an order of 40 mice the same day (needed usb instead of ps/2) and paid for the shipping of the old mice back. In another case, I needed cpu's ASAP and Todd sent me them even before the P.O., (I work for a school district), was sent because he had worked with me before. Packaging is always top-notch. The 40 computers we ordered from them were professional built. I have ordered over $15,000 worth of stuff from them.

After my last purchase with Dell which took me 6 months, contacting the Texas BBB and contacting PC Mag., to resolve my problems I vowed never to use Dell again. I have also had a Gateway which was not a bad experience but I did spend a lot of time on the phone when it first arrived. After a friend suggested I build my own I ended up trying Envision. I did my research of what I wanted then called and was given some good suggestions (and was not put on hold!) After a couple of emails which were answered very quickly I ordered it online and was given a shipping date imediatley. It arrived when I was told and exactly what I ordered.  
I have had it two months now and it has worked perfectly from the get go. It is the first time I have not had to spend countless hours on the phone getting a new computer to run properly. I do not know about the customer service since I have not needed any (is'nt that what counts anyway) but I am confindent that if I do, it will be no hassle based on my experience buying the system! Envision is a perfect 10 in my book which is hard to come by in a company these days.

I just bought my second PC from ECS. The first was 5 years ago. Excellent component selection, good pricing, fast delivery and excellent support both times. I'll check in with them for my next one.

Purchased a pre-configured system. I spoke with a rep. and told them that I already had an operating system. They told me they could ship w/o it and saved me $100. Felt this was good customer service since they did not have to tell me about the savings but did anyway.  
 
We have had the system for a couple of months now and am happy with the performance.

Another fine product, built and shipped quickly, efficiently, with no hassles and great coomunication between myself and the fine staff at Envision. I simply do not trust any other name to build my machines--after 20 years of buying for twenty different vendors including Apple, IBM, DELL. Price, reliability, I always buy Envision now.

Envisions has been like having another right hand. They are always on hand to help with a problem or to help me with upgrades.

We ordered a custom-built server from ECS on 3/17/6, and our computer arrived on 3/31/6. The purchase was based on the best quote we got among 3 companies. Throughout the process, Todd addressed our special concerns with his solid experience, wide connections, and immediate attentions. They made us feel special. We hope they expand their product lines to include Linux-based installation/customization for server/clusters, so that more people could benefit from their excellent service.

This makes the 6th & 7th computer I purchased from Envision. Last month I ordered a computer for my sister from Todd. It's hard to put in words what I feel about this guy and his company. You'll think he's paying me off to say these things, but I here to tell you, you'll never feel so happy about how someone treats you, as Tood does. How many times in your life can you call a company and have the owner answer. Everything about dealing with Envision is above excellent.

Todd answered all my e-mails very quickly, and promptly. He helped me choose the best parts for my computer, and helped save me some money on a couple parts; which is a rarity with some companies these days. Ordered by phone and was very professional and courteous. Shipped the system within a few days after I placed the order. Would just like to say that Todd is the man!!

This was the second time I've ordered from Envision and I strongly recommend this reseller. The laptop I ordered was priced competitively, shipped promptly, packed securely, and worked flawlessly right out of the box.  
 
UPDATE: I've now ordered a third computer from Envision. Once again, service was fast and friendly. The price was very good and the computer worked flawlessly right out of the box.
