This is my second PC from Envision. The first one never gave me a problem (unless I caused it, heh heh) and performed for four years solid before the motherboard got quirky. So I thought I'd buy a new partial system from Envision and transplant the best parts of my old system, just to save money and not waste perfectly good components.  
 
Not only did Brian from Envision provide extensive advice beforehand on the parts I was considering, he advised me daily, until I was finished, on tasks I'd never performed before: installing drivers for each separate circuit on the motherboard, coordinating three hard drives (one new, two old; two different brands) for best performance, setting the BIOS so that everything on this Frankenstein's monster worked. Never once was Brian impatient, inattentive, or condescending.  
 
You may save a couple hundred bucks my ordering a PC from Dell, but Envision give away much more than that in support time. If you've ever complained about a company shaving costs by outsourcing or cutting support, Envision should be your PC supplier.

Absolutely top notch in quality, customer service, and cost effectiveness. The ECSPC company is definitely a shining light in the online made to order computer business. After dealing with the likes of Monarch, it is a pleasure to do business with these people. I will definitely be looking ECSPC up again to do my computer purchasing business

My second computer with Envision. First one worked flawlessly for 5 years. Second one worked perfectly from boot up. Customer service is excellent. If you aren’t sure of what you want, call them. No hard sell, just good information. Very highly recommended.

Envision was thoroughly professional throughout the ordering and shipment process. They sent emails with appropriate concerns about my order and answered my questions promptly, usually the same day.  
 
The computer has functioned perfectly. I have had no cause to "test" tech support.  
 
Although you pay a little more for a good computer, you get to customize everything and the company is very good obviously.

This was a repeat purchase from ECS. They provide great service, fast assembly and shipping at reasonable prices. I highly recommend ECS whether you want a complete system or just additional parts.

Todd and his team are the best. This is the third computer I have ordered from Todd in five years. I will never buy a computer from anyone. He builds them like they are his own. He only uses the best products. Thank you Todd. You are the BEST.

Have bought from these guys before over the last few years and they are still great! Just purchased a relatively bare machine rather than my usual routine of putting it together myself - when the order was delayed one day due to a part backorder they upgraded my shipping for free without asking. Fast service, machine was well put together and with all the 'extra' parts and manuals included. Two thumbs up!

The experience I have had using Envision Computers has been nothing less that excellent. Todd and the guys are always willing to stop what they are doing and help you out. They supply a good service, as well as great product lines. I know this reads like a commercial, but I like to give praise where praise is due.

I found this vendor while using resellerratings.com. After visiting their site, fiddling with the excellent computer design page they maintain, and talking with them personally on the phone, I ordered a new computer from them. They kindly pointed out a duplication of function in my choices of options and saved me around $50 dollars on the cost of my machine. It was delivered promptly in excellent working order. In May 2006, when the power supply failed. When I called about the problem they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and immediately offered to send me a replacement power supply.  
 
I have nothing but high praise for their website and the personnel I have had the pleasure of communicating with. They have always been courteuous and prompt in my contacts with them. I definitely recommend these folk if your in the market for a new computer.

I would not consider purchaseing computer equipment from anyone else. Envison has proven to my company time after time that their service is excellent and the products alway meet our needs and they never try to sale us something we don't need. I have also referred them to numerous other businesses and have always received positive feed back.
