An extremely easy and professional company to work with. Have had 2 PC's custom built by them. Customer service was always top notch. They do a great job and build solid computers. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a computer.

I just ordered and received 3 more PC's and all I can say is that these guys are great!!

Just bought a custom computer from Envision. This is the second system I have bought from them in the past 4 years. The first system is still running fine. I bought a new system to get my speed and memory higher. Received the system today Jan, 14, 2008. Received the system well boxed and delivered by FedEx. Fired the machine up and worked out of the box. I love the system.  
My system Asus P5N32-E sli, WD 500g HD, 3 gig memory, Anted 900 Gamer case w 500watt power supply, 52xCDrom, Intel Core 2 2.66 GHZ, Geoforce 8600GT color card, LiteOn DVD drive, Soundblaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio 7.1, Mitsumi Floppy with 7-1 card reader. System works fine. Love it. They will get all my computer business. Customer service unmatched. Ordered system online, 30 minutes later was contacted to confirm order. Who else does that?? Top notch company.

I found the pre-sales assistance an important step in the education process required for  
a purchase such as this. The post-sales support demonstrates to me that the Envision team  
believe in their product and will make you a believer too. I took the time to test out my  
system on a few games before writing this review,and I found that my computer meets my  
high expectations at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Envision.

I ordered a custom computer from Envision and had a terrific experience! The cost was reasonable, the customer service via e-mail was frequent and very prompt, and all issues with the build of my machine were resolved as quickly as I expected. Everything turned out great and I would not hesitate to order another computer from Envision anytime. Nice work!

This company is the greatest! I told them what I wanted in a computer--speed, dependability, extra memory, etc.--and they delivered! What amazed me was the fact that they had it all ready for me on the same day! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Not only was their service great, but there pricing was incredibly reasonable also. I plan to use Envision Computer Solutions for all of my computer needs from now on.

We recently ordered two new computers and keyboards from Envision. They are the best at customer service and got our order shipped very quickly. We think they are the greatest!

FANTASTIC! They are a company I've been going to since 2001 and have not disappointed once. I've now hooked friends and family up with at least five of their computers in addition to my own purchases and I wouldn't buy anywhere else. There prices aren't the best until you take into consideration the hardware they use, then they rise to the top. They don't skimp on the components many consumers are less familiar with--the most important being the motherboard--truly quality computers at very reasonable prices. The other half of the equation with Envision is the customer service, and I can only repeat what others have said many times before. They've answered every question and solved every problem to my complete satisfaction, always in a very timely manner. How can these guys get it so right when so many others prove to be such a bad experience?

I had them build me a system 5 years ago, and it has run without a hitch.  
 
This time I decided to go with a very high end system. I was concerned because I knew that Vista was a brand new system and several of the drivers for Video cards and mother boards had not been fully tested with Vista. Even Dell was refusing to put Vista on their high end systems because of the concerns about multiple help calls due to driver problems.  
 
Well, Envision was great. They assured me that any system would be bench tested and would not be released until the system ran without problems.  
 
I picked components that were not on the web site. I needed an 850 watt power source, additional fans, two 8800 GTX video cards configured in an SLI MB, and wanted the new 680SLI NVIDIA chip. There were multiple postings on sites concerning system crashes and instability using this in a Vista system.  
 
Tristan spoke and e-mailed my numerous times. Any component that was out there was ordered at a reasonable price. The memory was changed multiple times to meet “SLI standards” and the MB bios was updated the day prior to shipment.  
 
Tristan handled all hardware issues with calls to EVGA and NVIDIA. There were multiple system changes to meet the increasing needs of the system.  
 
On delivery, the system was packaged and delivered as requested. It immediately booted and runs without a hitch or hiccup. The price with dual SLI NVIDIA 8800 GTX cards and a 680 SLI NVIDIA chip, 4gb ram and dual DVD drives with dual 500GB SATA3 HD came to less than a similar Dell/ Gateway/ or other custom build.  
 
When a concern with the bios configuration occurred, a phone call was answered in two minutes. I had a response and help in minutes.  
 
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, from a starting computer, to the high end gamer.  

A great company, I have ordered two computers from them. The first worked great and I still have it. On the second, the CPU became dislodged during shipping (I special ordered a extra-large copper heatsink). They replaced the CPU and motherboard which were both broken. No problems until a year later I tried to burn a DVD for the first time (unusual, I know) and found the DVD burner was not burning properly. Rather than referring me to Plextor for warranty service, they shipped me a new drive and a label to ship the old one back. Overall, I can say I have never had customer service like this from any other company. It is really surprising how helpful they are. The prices are not the lowest on the internet, but they are competitive. They are knowledgeable, respond quickly to questions, and can help you if you need help configuring a system. The service is outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

We have bought two computers from Envision, and have been more than satisfied with their product and their service. It is great that someone like myself can get a preconfigured computer with all of the new bells and whistles at a bargain-basement price without having to pick my way through all of the choices that a computer literate person would enjoy choosing for themselves. I am equally pleased that all of it is in the computer, and that I did not have to slog through which bell does what to which whistle. I am truly impressed with Tristan, who apparently does not leave his post, but answers any question at any time with humor and patience for someone as cyber-impaired as I am. A true pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone. E. Owen
