I was very pleasantly surprised my mwave! My particular day of purchase, they undercut my beloved newegg by nearly 10%. Transaction was smooth. Confirmation emails were minimal and prompt. Was surprised when I was called by an mwave rep the next morning to confirm my order info. The rep was very polite and I was happy to have the extra level of security. Shipped fairly promptly and arrived as expected. Will buy again!

Once again mwave came through with the right product at the right price and delivered it earlier than promised without any difficulties. I have stopped using Buy.com because their customer service has become intolerable and they have very misleading ads and descriptions of products.
If you want name brand products at the best prices, mwave.com is THE place to shop online.

MWAVE is an excellent company to work with. Not only does their pricing beat many companies, the delivery and customer service is excellent as well. I have ordered various products ranging from computer systems to individual pc components. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and cost of the product. Additionally, their return services are easy and quick. I would recommend them for first time buyers and experienced pros.

Mwave is a dependable online reseller. I will continue to order from them. I always try to order from them over Newegg. The main reason is that their shipping prices are more reasonable and that you can order a motherboard with processor and ram and have them test it for only an additional ten bucks. This additional assurance that my parts wont arrive DOA is worth at least that.
With that said I had one problem, which is minor in comparison to other areas. Their online chat service was staffed by someone who would take several minutes (literally) to respond to my questions. Not even a "I'll be with you in a minute" just nothing but dead air. At one point I called in while I was waiting for the chat rep. to respond and had my issue (I put the wrong ship-to address) responded to before the chat rep. even bothered to recognize that I was there. Again, this is a small issue. Dependable and quality service are much more important to me and their phone support has never failed me (they repeatedly called me to try and get a correct address two days in a row before I was able to return their calls).

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast, maybe too fast. I ordered a 250GB hard drive and received a much smaller one. I had already installed it along with Windows and important files before I noticed the size. I HAD to use this for work so I could not just take it out and send it back. I was hoping they could send the replacement in the meantime so I wouldn't have to go without a hard drive. I would have lost my job if I didn't have my computer. I told them of my dilemma but they didn't seem to care. They weren't even willing to forgo the restock charge. I only recieved one email instructing me how to return the drive, etc. So, now I'm stuck with a very small hard drive. I ended up ordering a 250GB from Tiger Direct and that's exactly what I received. I suppose I could go ahead and take out the small drive and send it back but it's just too much hassle at this point, plus I don't want to pay to have it 'restocked' when it was their fault in the first place. Funny thing is, they did the same thing to my daughter... She ordered a 250GB and they sent her a much smaller one. I'm thinking that they were sent mislabeled hard drives and I mentioned that to them but got no reply. VERY frustrating.

When I built my computer a year ago, I purchased all high quality components, all except for the power supply. I figured that all power is the same and the I wouldn't see a performance increase if i purchased a more expensive power supply. Right? Wrong. As I soon found out, not every PSU is the same. I was lucky enough that when my cheap PSU died it didn't take anything else out with it... the results would have been devastating. If you are going to have a computer with many high end components/peripherals, you are going to want to purchase a high end PSU, preferably, with multiple 12 V rails, to help protect your new inverstment. That way all of the components can have enough power at all times, and you wont be worrying about frying all your new components. I highly recommend this product, as it has 4 separate power rails, is quiet, and is a brand that you can trust (with warranties). And the mail in rebate was pretty nice too.
