I've been ordering computer parts and peripheals from MWave for the past year and love the prices of the items. Everything has arrived in perfect condition and I have had no problems with any of the items we have ordered. So far we have ordered all the parts to build our own computer, three mini laptops, 2 mp3 players, a monitor and just recently a graphics pad. I recommend MWave to all my friends on Guam who are looking for a reliable and affordable computer and electronic part dealer. I haven't found any other place with prices that can match.

ASUS EPC900HDB-BLK001X Eee PC (refurbished product)had intermittent problems. Requested RMA for credit. I am now a skeptic of refurbrished products as intermittent problems can still exist. Waiting for a replay. They have been reasonable in the past and hope this return will go smooth. I have been a customer for 15 years+ and will continue to buy from them as long as they take care of customers who receive bad products.

The order was shipped promptly and accurately. They sent me emails about the order status when it was received, processed, and shipped (also include the tracking number). Will go back to them for my future purchases.

I ordered my refurbished ASUS G50 on Sunday, it arrived after 5 business days. The laptop looks almost brand-new, could not find any damages. I can really recommend buying hardware there, I would definitely do it again!

I ordered the product on 9-11 friday very early in the morning and decided to do the 2 day shipping by air in the hopes it would arrive on Monday (airplanes dont need an entire weekend to fly just a few states away). Seeing as my credit card was immediately and successfully charged I expected the item to be flown out also on friday, but in fact it did not leave the area until Monday. I did however receive the item Tuesday morning, not exactly 2 days from the order time but thats ok I guess. I know other shops would have shipped same day, in fact the egg does so every time I order from them (they must have their own airport terminal, lol). Not sure why the egg is the only ones who can truly get an item shipped same-day though. With all this said, I have to admit I am hard to please when it comes to shipping. The item arrived in good condition, ok packaging, and works flawlessly. So far I am satisfied with the transaction. I have ordered from mwave many times in the past and will continue to do so when they have something I want that is priced right. Thank You Mwave!
