Price is awesome, but delivery takes long. I ordered it on 2/17. They don't ship it to me yet as of 2/25.

Nice combo for the money. I like the case,plenty of room and pretty good quality.

Their very fast in their shipment, like always, which is very good; however, they shipped to my house (thank god it's a small package that fits in the mail box) and not to my destination i wrote to have them shipped. The 1st time i order from them (many months ago), they contacted me about fraud, and needed me to add that address to credit card company. This time however, there is no contact, they simply ignored my ship to address and mailed base on my credit card company info. I'm never home to receive the merchandise and i dont want to call credit card to add my work address (who knows how long i'll be there?) So i'm afraid to order something big if it doesn't fit in my mail box.

this is a great setup i would recommend to all my friends. great build for a good computer

Shoddy. When I lifted the cable out of the box, it came apart at the connector almost as if it had never been crimped into place. I'm debating whether to return this for a refund or just deal with the aggravation and solder it myself. In either case, I'm not happy with this.

Wow. I was very surprised to get an email from Mwave just after I submitted my initial review (above). Without my even asking, they shipped a replacement unit that same day, free of charge, along with a very courteous note. I received the replacement, and it works great. Mwave really followed through to turn this potential disaster into a wonderful shopping experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SELLER!

I had ordered a pc case that ended up being out of stock, the chat customer service rep was very helpful and got everything worked out and I switched to another case that was cheaper. The only problem I have is how long processing takes and i'm still waiting for my order.

One item I ordered was backordered. Multiwave kept me updated as to its ETA. When they received thier shipment, my order was shipped the same day. I will have it in 2 more days. Just 6 days later than the original delivery date.

Although I do like the prices of this store. They are the slowest store I have ever seen to get something shipped from them. I placed my order and paid 7 days ago... They have yet to actually even ship my package. It isn't even in the mail yet... They do have really good deals though.
