This was my first time purchasing from mwave.com and it will NOT be my last. I ordered around midnight on Oct. 11, the order was processed and shipped on the 12th, and I had it in my hands a couple days later, and this was with UPS Ground shipping. All the while, mwave kept me up-to-date with processing and tracking information.  
 
I do think that the website could be better, particularly the search function and the pictures/information that are provided. Newegg is superior in this respect. However, I do like the product information view that opens up when selecting a product without loadinghaving to load a new page; it makes browsing much faster.  
 
Excellent prices. Fast processing and shipping. Fantastic customer notifcations. I will continue to purchase from mwave in the future.

Mwave's reputation has been pretty good though I never bought anything from them since other stores tend to be cheaper, especially if you take into account shipping. I was looking to get an ATI HD 5850 graphics card and at that time, it was sold out everywhere else. Mwave had some in stock and at a reasonable price. I went to a coupon website and found a promotional coupon for $10 off, I had no problems applying that to my order.  
 
I placed the order early afternoon (eastern time) on a Tuesday. An hour or so later, I got a call from them saying that they needed the phone number that my credit card had on file. I had mistakenly given them my cell phone number when I ordered. I gave them the correct number and they called back a little later saying that my card would ship the same day. The lady on the phone was very polite. The card did ship the same day and I got my order 2 days later since I paid for 2 day shipping. It arrived with no problems.  
 
My only complaints (nitpicking):  
-I would've preferred if they put my order in a larger box, the UPS box they used was just big enough to fit the graphics card box. There was only room for packing peanuts on two sides of the box.  
-I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail or an order shipped e-mail until the next day. I would've preferred to be notified the same day these things occur.  
 
In conclusion, I am very satisfied. They let me know of a problem with my order very quickly and they shipped the same day. My complaints above are only very minor so I did not take anything off the overall rating.

Perfect experience. I ordered an item that was in high demand at the time (Intel SSD). Many online retailers claim to have that in stock but when you order, you suddenly face several weeks of lead time.  
I confirmed with Mwave that they had this in stock before ordering. 2 days later, I got the item, perfectly packed.  
Would definitely buy there again.

Fast response is always the case at MWave. They send what I ask for and they send it quickly. What more can we ask for? Oh yeah, the prices are good, too.

The company is easy to deal with, the ordering process is simple and painless. The product arrived in good condition is a very short time. I will use their services in the future.

I have always shopped at mwave.com from when I built my first computer to buying parts here and there to my recent purchase that I bought an external hard drive. I often review other sites for prices, but never find a better deal. mwave is a site I trust and recommend to anyone. I have only had to contact mwave costumer service once when UPS thought they lost my package and the representative was very kind and helpful. Luckily UPS found and delivered my package shortly after.

I ordered the KINGSTON V-Series SNV125-S2BD/64GB 2.5" 64GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid state disk (SSD).  
This is my third SSD. Mwave had good this drive at a good price and the delivered it to my house pronto. I will buy from them again.

Placed an order over the weekend, wanted to change the shipping and they got in contact with me 9am Mon soon as their office opened. Great service! Items were well packed and arrived on time.

Beware! Order an Intel X25-M g2 80gb ssd from mwave. Prior to buying, I've sent plenty of emails asking whether it is a retail version. Their salesman said it was and I even paid priority shipping.  
 
After paying the first invoice, they cancelled my order claiming they charged me 10 dollars less. I can understand this and paid for a new invoice eventhough it meant that I would receive the product later.  
 
 
When the product arrived, it was an oem version, lacking the 3.5-5inch bracket, and there were scratches and stains on the back of the product.  
 
After contacting their unhelpful customer support, I was told that they would only refund the product price and not the shipping cost since I'm in Australia. I've paid 60 dollars for priority since I needed the product before 28th of Oct as I was going overseas. Furthermore, to send the product back would cost me atleast 20-40 aus dollars. I've even stated that I was willing to accept a partial refund for a scratched,stain and a product missing the retail parts (retail comes with bracket etc), since it is too late to buy a new one.  
 
At that point of time, another seller was selling a retail version (he guaranteed it and even provided pictures) but I chosed mwave thinking that its a bigger company and would have better customer support. Right now, I've another 4-5 days before I leave Australia on a tour.  
 
Customer support was very unhelpful and extremely slow. The person in charge would only reply 1-2 emails every working day even though she knew I was running out of time, and when I used the company's live chat, they claim that they wont handle the issue there and i'll just have to wait for their reply.  
 
If you are going to suggest a full refund, please understand this.  
 
-A full refund of the product is a waste of my money because I've already paid 60usd for shipping and I've to still pay for shipping it back to USA.  
-Right now, by the time I send the product back to USA and get the money back in the back, it would be too late to purchase a new product from another buyer.  
- Are you willing to do a replacement and mail it to an address in Singapore since I will not be in Australia at that time? or do a fair partial refund (this idea was suggested on an online forum when I asked them for help since mwave's customer service refused to even help).

This was a perfect transaction. I've been on the Mwave mailing list for a while, they always have interesting things to buy. In this case, they listed a Refurbished EeePc laptop, which is something I've wanted to buy for a few years, since they first came to market. The combination of a great price, $179, and a promotional $10 coupon proved too much to resist! The package got here quickly, was well packaged, and of course the laptop works great. Perfect Experience, thank you!

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, so anytime I order from mwave, I have my items either next day or the day after. Mwave immediately handles my order and I receive what I ordered quickly. Shipping charges are reasonable, and careful perusal of the mwave newsletters and also of the website often yield shipping specials as well. I was hooked from my first purchase and have made about half a dozen orders in total. I always check mwave FIRST, and when I have done price comparisons with other online stores, mwave had the best prices. Mwave works for me and I will always give them first shot at my business. I received exactly what I ordered and it was delivered quickly. I will use MWave again.

Superior service as always. Ordered a custom built PC on Sunday and requested pick up on the following Sat. Received a call on Monday that it couldn't be built that fast. Wed got another call that indicated I could pick up my machine on the Sat as requested.
