Ordered and got my product fast.. Cant ask for more.

I have purchased many products through this company, spent more then $8,000.00 over several years and not once have I had any problems.  
 
There prices are the best around, there shipping has always showed up on time and without defect or missing items.  
 
The only complaint that I do have is that sometimes with an item that is backordered you don’t always get the UPS/Fedex tracking numbers via email for it like your suppose to when it does finally ship. However, all items no matter if they are backordered or not do arrive and I have never had any other problems.  
 
On one occasion I had troubles with MWave processing my credit card because I had updated my new address with my bank but not with MWave. So they were unable to process my order. I simply emailed richards@mwave.com and explained the situation and they were able to help me get things cleared up. They even credited back some money to me for shipping because my items had not shipped right away due to the address mix-up issue.  
 
Personally I have never found any company that I like better then MWave thus far. They have always treated me fairly and delivered to me the items I purchased on time without any hassle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Unlike Thermalmasters who are just a bunch of rip off artists out to scam you out of your hard earned money.

Ordered Epox 8RDA+. Arrvied on schedule and packaged very neatly. All parts received in retail box (as advertised) and priced better than most other sites. My second purchase with this company, would definately recommend.

Ordered Epox 8RDA+ through the website. Order was processed in less then 1 hour and shipped within 3 hours. Shipped via UPS 3 day, and the package arrived 1 day after ordering! Package was in excellent shape and the motherboard works flawlessly.  
 
Overall an excellent experience, I'll highly recommend and do business with Mwave again!

I ordered an AthlonXP 2200+ CPU from MWave. Picked up my stuff the next morning at their warehouse. Great company to buy from.

I received a CD-RW that was defective. Even though Multiwave did not cause the product to be defective, it still required action by customer service. I notified cust. ser. of the problem and the NEXT DAY I received a working replacement!

I ordered, I got, I installed. A professional operation.

So far the experience is going well. I'm still awaiting my mother board that I ordered for overnight shipping, but Mwave made sure it was out in a timely matter to get to me in time.

UPS damaged a case that was ordered, contacted MWave and they sent out a new case, no problems. That's why I'll continue to use and recommend MWave as a "Platinum" reseller!

Bought Epox 8rda+ on Friday the 10th, was here on monday the 13th due to 11th being saturday.  
Called to make sure board was available and the cust service rep was verry friendly and helpfull. will defenitly shop here again.

purchased a Shuttle SB51G

Tried to buy a Canon S40. Site listed the camera as in stock. After two weeks of waiting, and being assured that it would be sent soon, I get an email stating that the product is back ordered for an additional 5 months. This is after they already charged my credit card. Took another 30 days to get the charge off my credit card. I realize that companies have the *right* to charge a credit card upon ordering, but many other retailers do not charge until they ship, so I consider the charge upon ordering practice to be a bit of a hassle.

I ordered a motherboard. From start to finish, it was how I expect internet purchasing - good!

I am very happy with the experience I had with them. Everything was VERY well packaged, everything arrived in a relatively timely manner considering the fact that both Christmas and New Years fell within the six shipping days I paid for. There was some confusion with the credit card but they straightened it out quickly and were very helpful. The only concern I had was with the way that they packaged the OEM Processor. They used a foam pad and some rubberbands, a clam shell pack would have been better. All around a wonderful transation.
