mwave is definitely among my top three e-stores to shop at.
I initially received a defective MSI motherboard from MWave. After I phoned their very helpful tech support, their customer service made sure my urgently needed replacement MSI motherboard was shipped out to me that same day. This was not my first good experience with MWave. They are definitely on my short list of online companies to do business with!
Have done lots of business with them and never had any problems. But, my last two orders never shipped, although their web site show them in stock. Customer service tried to give me the run around. Had to call three times to get an answer. No very happy. So, good bye Multiwave. From now on, NewEgg only.
I ordered items to build a fully loaded system in the late afternoon(EST) on 12/19 and requested next day Fedex.
All but two items were delivered THE NEXT DAY on 12/20,
and those two were (easily added) external peripherals that I received 12/23.
I had a complete system with a 24 hour burn in to present to the customer on 12/24, ready to be gift wrapped and given on Christmas eve.
I am extremely pleased!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a processor problem, then I sent an Email to them, and right away I was Emailed back with a solution to fix my problem. These guys are great. Great prices and great service. I will be doing buisness with them again.

Multiwave is the first place I turn to for my online computer shopping needs. For almost a year now I have been buying from Mwave with no problem whatsoever. I've purchased hard drives, processors, memory, motherboards, a DVD burner, and many other components. Each time my order arrived promptly, and was packaged very carefully. I received a number of email confirmations along with tracking numbers that worked. I also like how you can check your order status online along with their great selection on computer products. The shipping prices aren't the best I've seen but in my experience only a few online retailers have very good shipping at all. In summary, Multiwave is a terrific place to buy from and I will continue to shop from them in the future.
I've been purchasing PC parts and barebones from MWave for several years. Overall, they have the best selection and prices. From ordering through delivery, emails are sent out to keep you up-to-date. Best part is sending out the tracking data. Parts arrive in good condition, and on-time. Will continue to purchase the bulk of my computer parts from MWave.
Purchased a Motherboard combo. This is one of the few companies that I will do business with. They kept me informed throughtout the process, form receiving the order to shipping. I knew exactly what was going on with my stuff. I would do business with them again. The shipping is fair and the prices are resonable. Great company.
I HAVE MADE AT LEAST A DOZEN ONLINE PURCHASES FROM MWAVE.COM. I AM IN THE NAVY IN JAPAN. I ALWAYS GET MY PACKAGE IN A WEEK. THEY HAVE THE LOWEST PRICE AND LOW SHIPPING RATES VIA US MAIL.

I had a similar experience as the previous poster. I ordered an Epox 8RDA+ on Friday, only hours after they updated with new stock. I then recieved an email this morning informing me that Epox has discontinued this motherboard(!) and that they have no stock. This was such utter BS and a flagrant attempt to lie to unwitting customers. Never again will Mwave get my business.
If anyone is now looking for the Epox 8RDA+ because of mwave's actions try tcwo.com and newegg.com both of which are much more reputable dealers than these people.

Ordered a motherboard, epox 8RDA+ which was shown as in stock. The day before they were listed as sold out but due to the update it seemed as if they got more in. Nope, looks like they were trying to rake in some christmas cash and bs until they actually show up. They charged my card immediately and I just now receive an email stating that the item was discontinued on 12/23? First and last attempt with this seller!
I'm going back back to newegg, at least their inventory system is accurate.
I hope they dont give me hell about refunding my order total, I'll update when thats taken care of.
edit: got a response, they are waiting a day to refund my money. why? who knows, its not like it takes much effort to punch in 12 numbers and an amount and press send.
edit again: just now got a response (late afternoon 12/26) they "issued a credit" to my card and it will be another 1-2 days until I see my money. NEVER AGAIN with this company.
update: early morning 12/28 checked my account on the way home from the movies, my bank is pretty fast processing account credits from places like paypal (although they NEVER should have done this type of transaction, should have been a direct refund which was instant) but alas no money yet. I'm going to check again this evening.

This was my first time dealing with MWave and I must say I was impressed, so much so I just placed another order. Super fast order and billing conformation, shipped out fast and in my hands in a flash. Good prices and quality merchandise. Mwave you have earned a new regular customer.
I ordered a Lite-On CD-RW from MultiWave, and I've had 0 problems yet. They shipped on time, and nothing wrong with the hardware nor software. Very good company. I will buy again from them.
MWave had the best price on the Logitech Mouseman Dual Optical mouse and reasonable shipping. I ordered it, it was shipped quickly, and arrived in good shape. Can't ask for more than that. Good alternative to newegg.
This was my first purchase through mwave.com and I was satisfied.
I think my order took longer than usual to process because my phone # on my credit card did not match what I inputed online. I ordered online on a Saturday, they called me and emailed on the Monday to tell me about the error. And once it was fixed my purchased was shipped on Wednesday.
