Great service. UPS Ground didn't even have to take 5 days. Order placed on Monday shipped Tuesday and here Friday. I also bought a refurb product and it seems brand new to my eyes.

Items (2 hard drives and 1 Ipod) arrived six days after ordering byt standard ground shipping. The order was correct, and everything ordered was received without damage. I am completely satisfied and have used Mwave repeatedly for years.
This is my first buy from Mwave.com ,I bought a Refurb gaming laptop (Asus G50VT-X1)it looks brand new and runs great at an awesome price.I shopped around for a few weeks and this was the best deal I could find.(yes better than Tigerdirect and Newegg)I like the payment options,Paypal,BillMeLater and credit cards.

Mwave shipped the product I ordered promptly and I had the package in one week. Unfortunately through no fault of mwave the package was damaged during shipment. I called mwave and they agreed to replace it. The customer representative informed me that I would receive an email in 24 to 48 hours instructing me on the arrangements for pick up of the damaged package. However, the next day (Friday) I came home to a note from UPS on my door informing me that they attempted to pick up the damaged package. This left me confused so I called mwave. It turns out that the email was supposed to come from UPS. I told them they never sent an email. They apologized and offered to call UPS to arrange the next pick up attempt. I informed mwave that the UPS note stated that UPS would attempt another pick up the next business day (Monday) and to leave the package by the front door. She gave me the number to UPS customer service just in case. Mwave is already processing the replacement order and sending it via 3-day service. So I should receive the replacement this coming Wednesday. Thanks mwave.
I have shopped at mwave before and I am very satisfied with their service. I purchased an Intel X25-M SSD that was on sale. My order went through within the hour and the item shipped out by the next day via USPS. A hassle free transaction.
The item was well packaged and arrived as expected. The best kind of service is one where there is no need for service.
mwave is definitely among my top three e-stores to shop at.
This is the worst store I've ever done business with. I thought I had found a TigerDirect competitor but unfortunately not. After two days of tech support with VisionTek they advised that there wasn't anything else they could do to help with my new video card not working. I called mwave to exchange for a different video card and was told they would only do this if I paid a 15% restock fee. ***BUYER BEWARE*** YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF IF EVERYTHING DOESN'T GO EXTREMELY SMOOTH WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!!

Unfortunately our records indicate that your video card was being returned because it was incompatible with your system, not because of a defective issue. We do charge a restocking fee for any non-defective returns as mentioned on our web site. The restocking fee only covers the loss that will be taken as a result of the return, since it can not be resold as new. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Although I am happy with the merchandise I purchased, I am not very happy with the service. Specifically, I am not pleased with their customer communication. My order was placed on hold for over a week because the telephone number on my order did not alledgedly match the one on my order. ?!! I was not notified of the issue even though MWAVE had my email and phone number. The only record of the problem I am aware of is a NOTE left in the comment section of my order on MWAVE's website! I found this note only after checking on the status of my order after a week had passed and my package had not arrived. To my dismay, I found the order hadn't even shipped! I called MWAVE and asked them about this and they said they supposedly had called me the day after the order was placed, however I do not recall receiving a call or voicemail. In addition, my phone has no history of this missed call. In any case, I asked MWAVE if they could upgrade/expedite my shipment as a customer satisfaction issue since I had lost a week, but they declined and said it would cost me more money to do so.

I have no record of receiving an email or a phone call from MWAVE from Jan 13th. I find it odd that BOTH means of communication have mysteriously vanished into some blackhole. Whatever the case is, I would recommend that MWAVE be a little more diligent in reviewing their holds and calling and/or emailing more than once. As I mentioned in my initial review, I only found out my order had not shipped because it had not arrived after one week and I wanted to check its status, only to find it hadn't even shipped and some note was left in the order unbeknownst to me...
