Great prices. Software (TurboTax 2009 H&B ) was shipped quickly and was received quickly and was exactly as ordered. I have no complaints of any kind and will buy from mwave again.

Asus Networkcard PCE-N13 Adapter. - Bought this from because of the great price, $20, free shipping and great reviews of the product at other sites. Mwave delivered promptly. As for the unit, the connection is fairly stable between 135mps and 150mps, which was somewhat less than the 200mps I was expecting. A 3rd antenna would have helped, but still for $20 new. it is more than acceptable.

I received all four of my items in one package on the fifth day of shipment.All items in good condition and working fine. I like the discounts and email sale notices provided to Eclub members.I will be doing more business with MWAVe.

I've bought lots of computer equipment and system upgrades from Multiwave over the course of 11+ years. I've never had an ordering or shipping issue with them. maybe I'm lucky because I've never had one single DOA part from MWave either. (DOA happens, and getting worse). When I buy a system upgrade, I usually select the assemble and test option and pay the modest test fee. I've not seen a test option offered from other online stores. I like this option for a system order, you might not (it is "optional").  
 
My last order was a DVD burner, received on time, and burns flawlessly. I will order there again (and no, I do not know anyone at MWave).

Yesterday I received my order from Mwave in their usual quick shipping fashion. The tracking # with UPS that they provided was spot on also.  
I have already installed the 2 brand new DVDRW drives (@19.99 each), (SAMSUNG SH-S223C/BEBE SATA DVDRW Drive - DVD+R 22X, DVD+RW 8X, DVD-RW 6X, DVD-RAM 12X, CD-R 48X, OEM) in my Personal Rig and have already burned a 1 to 1 DVD-R copy of Avatar,(14 minutes@8x) and a 1 to 1 CD-R copy of Robert Plant - Principle of Moments,(3 minutes@48X). Both of these burns came out as perfect copies of the orginal disks.  
The Samsung SATA DVDRW Players were easy to install as they both fit in my NZXT Nemesis case with no problems at all.  
The 5 sets of Coby CV-H32 Superlight Stereo Headphones (@ 1.99 each, special Mclub discount) are a great altenative to the expensive (Sony, Seinhauser, Creative, Logitech) headphones I have bought in the past. Especially when I have 2 young sons that usually break a set about once a month. These Coby Headphones have fully adjustable head straps that even fit my 8 year old's head well (and mine too). They have pretty decent sound with an L-shaped jack so that it doesn't stick out from the CD or MP3 player and get broke off.  
As usual everything from Mwave was packed really well with lots of styrofoam and packing P-nuts.  
 
I've been buying from Mwave now for about 4 years and I've never once gotten a defective item (i.e. no RMA's). Matter of fact every item I've recieved from them usally exceeds my expectations.  
 
They also have some of the best prices and the widest selections of quality computer and home electronics I've found on the internet, and since I own a "Mom & Pop" computer/electronics store and do a lot of online shopping I check around alot.  
They also replied back really quick to email questions I've had about a few items. (same day usually, twice within an hour).  
I've got 3 new Gaming Builds on the bench right now and I will be checking with Mwave 1st for the parts as soon as I get the specs from the customers.
