This amazing piece of machinery arrived on my doorstep in May, and I have been virtually unable to tear myself away since. And it's not just the amazing speed, clear graphics, kickin' sound system, and rock solid stability. It's the overall quality such as the Reflexxion paint job ... absolutely perfect. (I got the gunmetal gray one--it's so sweet.) There is not one flaw in the paint. It's smooth, sleek, and shiny. Sometimes I catch myself just staring at the case...looking through the cutout, at the impeccable tie job and the best components out there--drooling...  
 
The service is amazing too. I had to install a proprietary backup system for my engineering work. --I used to own a PC made by one of the competitors, I won't name names, but it starts with Alien and ends with ware.... And after having experienced AW's so-called "customer service/tech support" I was a bit nervous to call Hypersonic. But this system is like my baby, and I didn't want to mess anything up. So, I called tech support, and they were incredibly kind, and skillfully walked me through the process. The backup system wasn't their product, but they were willing to help me out with anything I needed. They answered my call right away, and helped me out in the most professional and friendly manner. I'd have to say it was the best customer service/tech support experience I've ever had.  
Hypersonic sells the whole package. It's a smooth, solid PC with only the most premium components. It is the most visually pleasing computer out there-thanks to the custom colors, cutouts, and wicked tie job. And the friendly, efficient, professional reps that they have are outstanding. The only thing this system has failed to do is overheat, crash, or run slowly. If you want a system that does those things, keep surfing.

Exceeds my wildest expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10 they definitely get an 11.

I orderd the Cyclone system from Hypersonic-pc.com on may 11 and i got it on the 16th of june. They had some problems with the system and that is y it took so long. So i finaly get my system and guess what it doesnt work :( it wouldnt power on, so i call Tech support and they shipped me a new Power supply with next day air service :) ok so i get my new Powersupply the next day and call Teach Support again so they could tell me how to install it. They walked me through the whole proccess and it took about a hour (im a pc newb) and it wooks ,Yeah. I have a 3d mark score of 10,200 and can run Morrowind with all video options at max at 30fps outdoors :o. Hypersonic-pc showed what they where all about when the problem arrouse and it showed what great service they have.

Even though it took a little more than 2 weeks to deliver, it was well worth the wait. Teh amount of time and attention invested in this system is obvious. I LOVE IT!!!

Well I ordered this PC about 4/15 2002 and was waiting a bit, getting quite annoyed. Finally got it 5/14 2002 and I have to say its amazing! I'm very happy affter all the waiting truly better then I could build I believe no matter what all these tards are saying. Heres my flavor: xp 2100, geforce4 4600 ti, asus avn333mb. 512 pc 2700,coolermaster 201 awesome case, wd 120 SE with 8 meg cache, klipsch 5.1, sb audigy gamer, bought sony 21 inch g520p on my own, plextor cdrw 24/10/40, 16/48 dvd this system is amazing would say go with them if you can stand the wait. Also had a bit of a tough time getting tracking number but all is forgiven once I got this speedster up and running. No way can an average joe build one of these. 2500 without monitor, I bought monitor somewhere in my town just in case at 750including tax still beat most prices online for this sweet monitor. yeah its expensive but I feel it it's worth it.
