This company has a great variety.

I typically order something from Amazon on a monthly basis, ranging from books and movies to electronics or home products. Their prices are usually decent, although many items can be found cheaper with smaller resellers for a small price difference. In my opinion, their faults are outweighed by their massive selection, and their typically accurate shipping times. They are usually decent with customer service issues, and they typically pack items well. Overall, I think Amazon.com is one of the supercenters of online resellers with their massive selection.

I have ordered several items from them now, camcorder, software etc. The customer service & delivery process is very satisfactory.

Amazon has been a favorite of mine for many years. They always seem to have fair prices, offer great shipping deals, and their customer service is excellent.  
 
I've ordered everything from books and DVDs to digital cameras and DVD players from them. The rare occasions when there has been a problem, I have never had a problem getting in touch with their customer service. They always seem to make things right. A model internet company.

I was in shock by the length of time it took to recieve my order. I was told it should be recieved either the 26th or 27th of May, and I actually recieved it on the 19th! Once again, they not only met my expectations, they exceded it!!! I will most certainly order from them again. Great service!

Ordered a few books and a DVD, order arrived quickly and everything was in great condition. I have shopped many times at Amazon and I have yet to be dissapointed.

I purchased a 512 Meg Viking compact flash card with free shipping. Amazon projected the card would be delivered by 1-13-03, and I received it on 1-7-03, giving me plenty of time to get my $50.00 rebate mailed out by the deadline. Good deal, good service. Wasn't pressured to buy more. I ordered online.

Ordered an MX700 Cordless Mouse from them with free shipping and a supposed mail-in rebate.  
I specifically ordered the mouse because of the rebate. I could not find the rebate at all...

Horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Was not shipped the right quantity of what I ordered, and they are refusing me to what I ordered for the right price. Good ole bait and switch by amazon.com, stealing customers money. Horrible customer service.

I love Amazon.com. I am addicted to the site. They offer so many things, and the reviews and descriptions are extremely helpful. Although cluttered, the website is very helpful on tracking, ordering, and purchasing. It is truly one of a kind.  
 
I have ordered many things from Amazon in the past, including Christmas gifts. At times they may be slow to ship, but they are always reliable. Customer service is also very responsive.

Order was processed quickly and delivered ahead of schedule. Free shipping on $25+ orders is a great plus!  
 
Update 3/26/2008: What a difference a few years make! I ordered an item on 3/25/08 that was shown as being "in stock". Shipping date is now 3/31/08.  
 
Update 4/5/08: They shipped 3/28/08. They seem to have trouble predicting their shipping dates.

Customer Service was horrible. Customer is never right. I will never buy from them again.

Purchased a Canon D1250U2 scanner on 12/21 that was one sale for $46.99 (normally $99.99). Estimated shi8pping was supposed to have been 12/26/02 and approx. arrival was 1/3/02-1/5/03. Was shipped out on 12/22/02 and arrived 12/24/02. So a little birthday gift to myself became an early Xmas gift =).  
The shipping was not so much them, but Amazon fulfilling the order WAS. Thanks.

Amazon had item in stock. Shipped sooner than expected. Received items ahead of anticipated delivery date. No problems!!
