I originally ordered a loose stone but was informed that it was no longer available. They offered to replace it with a comparable one, but I declined and purchased one elsewhere. During this process I saw a setting I liked, and after much shopping around I could not find a similar one or one I liked more, so I bought the setting. They made the setting to order using the dimensions of the my stone and it arrived before the original estimated delivery date. Overall my experience with diamondonnet.com was positive, and the customer service offered by Bijan was outstanding. If you're comfortable making a significant purchase over the internet you will save money, and their prices and service were top notch.

Customer service was excellent. I was getting feedback very quickly with complete information. In comparison with other jewelers, the prices and quality of products are more than reasonable. I would recommend diamondonNet.com to anyone who is looking for great diamond engagement ring.
I have also checked there reputation online and BBB looked to me probably the best online source, I wished I would know them before.

Our first and only order with DiamondonNet was not fulfilled as the actual stone/diamond had already been sold. I guess that happens sometimes. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed to find out the news, however, the company generously offered us a comparable. The comparable stone had better grades and was listed at a higher price. To further accommodate their customers, DiamondonNet offered us the comparable stone at the same price we paid for our first order. We had a great experience with DiamondonNet and highly recommend the company to all diamond buyers.
I had a wonderful experience with Diamond on Net. I purchased a beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend. It was delivered promptly and everything was in order. The people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and pleasant. The best part is I paid about half of what a similar ring would have cost me at the local jewelry stores. The local stores all made a point of badmouthing the internet jewelry stores, but they were completely wrong. Diamond on Net did a great job.
They have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I have wanted a pair of asscher diamond earrings for a couple years and after spending some time researching they had wonderful prices and beautiful diamonds.

Bought this item a year ago and when they requested for a feedback about my purchase, I'm very glad to do so because they were very helpful with my purchase. The price was a good bargain and the quality was very good. My girlfriend was so happy about her gift. I definitely recommend them to everybody and in fact ive recommended to a couple of my friends who were also very happy about their experience.
I greatly enjoyed the process of purchasing from the DON. I found their website to be very well constructed and offers of stones and settings were very extensive. But of course it is the price that really caught my attention. I was on the market for a 1.5c diamond set in platinum and did considerable reseach/price comparisons among other website and local dealers including costco. All-in-all, DON was most sensibly priced and thus they got my deal.
The ordering process was seamless. The ring arrived just when they say it would with full range of certifications.
On October 8, 2008 my fiancé and I purchased a channel set princess cut 14K white gold band and a three stone, two sapphires and one diamond, channel set princess cut 14K white gold engagement ring from diamondonnet.com.
Throughout the purchasing process, we emailed DON many times and the customer service was good. They didn’t go into great detail when we asked what the return policy was. They would just send us a link to the website. That concerned us because we wanted to hear from them directly. Often times, our correspondence took place with Bijon. This concerned us that it was a one man show and that we might now be able to take action if they scammed us. I did some research and found out the owners name and other information like they were registered with the BBB. I called once and got a lady, all other times I got Bijon. They did always email us the same day and I couldn’t find anything bad about the company so we decided to make the purchase.
After we paid for the rings, we didn’t hear from anyone so I called to make sure they got the order. From there, I checked the website each day to see when it would ship. It shipped within one week from the date of purchase. They also shipped one day before they stated they would, which was nice. The rings arrived in good order.
Since we ordered off the net, we decided to have them appraised and inspected by a jeweler in our area. The appraisal from our local jeweler was more than what we paid for the rings but way less than what DON appraised the rings for. Our local jeweler told us that they thought that DON graded the rings higher than they should have been. In all, since we paid less than what our local jeweler appraised the rings at, we left it at that. So, you might want to be aware that the color and clarity for your purchase may be slightly different than what it really is.

I wanted to upgrade my wifes engagement ring setting and she fell in love with a setting on Diamondonnet.com. We spoke with Bijan about the setting and he sent us one on consignment to see if we liked it, he also sent another one that he thought we might like. My wife liked the original setting and he actually redesigned it to suit my wifes diamond. In the beginning, I was nervous about the transaction because it involved mailing the company my wifes current ring to have it set in the new setting. Bijan was very patient and understadning he was there to answer all of my questions and communicated clearly with us all the way.
I was also under a time constraint and needed the ring here by today actually, he was able to get it ot me two days before I needed it so I could give it to my wife before I left for overseas. My wife is so happy with her new engagement ring, we will definitly be using Bijan in the furutre when I upgrade her wedding band.
I selected DiamondOnNet based on the highly favorable ratings that they have received recently. I can only add to that, and say that the service I received was outstanding!
Operating under a very short time frame prior to our engagement, the staff at DiamondOnNet was very accommodating, to the point of emailing me photos of selected settings and stones, and even creating Photoshopped mock-ups of the setting, while it was still being cast.
I also give my highest appreciation and commendation to Bijan Shams, for (1) pointing out that the stone I had originally selected had a visible flaw, and recommending one that was of far better quality, (2) working with me on a short timeframe to cast a custom setting, (3) accommodating my request for Saturday FedEx delivery, and (4) personally calling me, at 7:00 AM local time Saturday for him, to confirm that I did receive the ring, after FedEx had screwed up the delivery instructions.
My new wife and I can say truthfully that DiamondOnNet created the most beautiful setting, with a fabulous round center stone, that we have ever seen. We will certainly be ordering from them again, soon!
I purchased a 1.33 Ct. 3-Stone Platinum ring amost a year ago for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. At the time, I looked at other stores but the prices were too much. I had planned on spending no more than $3000.00 and I still wanted an excellent price. Well, in traditional jewelry stores a 1 Ct. platinum setting was more than $4000.00 and so I went to the internet.
I have always bought from bluenile.com, but their 1 Ct. platinum ring was $3300.00 and the diamond characteristics sucked. Don't get me wrong, the ring was beautiful and I know bluenile to have excellent quality, but the prices were still too high.
I just happened to find DiamondonNet.com and was skittish at first but, after doing a little research about the company I felt a little better. I admit that everytime I shop online with a company I never heard of, I get nervous about getting ripped off. Well, I took a chance and placed an order for the 1.33 Ct. ring and a little while later DiamondonNet.com called me to confirm the order and made sure that everything was correct with the order. I felt even more at ease. The ring was constructed and overnighted to me via FedEx and I was amazed at the beauty of the ring.
The ring was a 0.80 ct. platinum setting with color F, clarity VS2-SI and the center diamond was color F, clarity VS2. The total cost of the ring was $2300.00 and I had it appraised at $3275.00.
To this date the craftmanship of my wife's ring has been exceptional and I highly recommend DiamondonNet.com. The only problem I have is our 11 year anniversary is coming up and she now wants the eternity band to match the ring.
