This is the second time I buy from buydig.com (B). Oonce again I am very pleased, although I can only review my experience on initial order, shipping and delivery as I had no return issues. I knew I would be taking a risk as I did not particularly like their Return Policy Options. However, they are honest and clear about it, which is something one does appreciate throughout the entire process as it is a great asset with any internet business.
So I ordered a Logitech Z-5500 surround speaker system for $292 and (despite their justified suggestion to go for some faster shipping and thus reduce chance of damage) I risked the free shipping option, making this a great value indeed. Soon thereafter I placed my order, got the first order confirmation, with plenty of information and even a Twitter link, that made it feel even more "homey" and friendly to the customer.
The item arrived far earlier than I expected, in exactly one week incl. order date. Delivery was by FedEx, left at the office of our building. The FedEx guy got a valid signature, as promised.
Condition was perfect, new out of the box. I found a nice receipt inside the box, no problems.
What is particularly nice about the company is that during transit of the item, logging into their site allows you to trace its progress by clicking on a link that takes you directly to the FedEx tracking service and even inputs the tracking number for you. It's not much but a nice touch on convenience that nor everyone does.
Last time I bought something from them was in 2006 when I had ordered another set of speakers (an old Creative Inspire set) for my old desktop. Again I was met with a speedy product receipt with no problems. I also recall I had asked them some question and received an immediate meaningful answer in full detail; so I also know that they do reply to your concerns in a timely fashion.
In short: return policies sound a bit risky IMHO, but at least you do know what to expect; they do not hide things from you, unlike some other companies that will not tell you much unless you make 10 calls first.
Delivery was impeccable, even on free shipping. Will be buying from them again.

Buydig.com fulfilled my order and sent it out immediately. I was provided a tracking number, and offered free shipping, though I chose to upgrade to Fedex for under $3. I was also given a free 4GB SDHC card. The quality of the product (a DSLR outfit from Nikon) is as described, and came with USA warranty papers- not the case with some electronics discounters. I will definitely buy fom Buydig.com and Beach Camera again.

Attracted by their promotion deal: a Nikon D40 kit package with two training DVDs. Camera and lens arrived as expected however there was NO DVD inside the package. Called customer support twice and was told that I should get it soon. Now it has been more than year - nothing came. I'm currently looking for a D90 and suddenly realized that I shouldn't be buying from them because of this problem and probably should share my experience here.

I am very pleased with buydig.com not once, but twice!
After receiving my Kodak Zi6 in just two shipping days, I reordered from their site. I picked up two SDHC cards and a Linksys wireless router. Again the items were received promptly and up until this point am extremely satisfied with all the products. Both shipments were well packed, intact and delivered promptly.
The prices at buydig.com are better than other on-line retailers and at my local stores. The free shipping really helps keep the total costs down and is a huge plus!
Right now I'm extremely satisfied with buydig.com and will post an update if I have problems with any of the items. All are relatively new and will get a workout in the next few weeks.

I ordered a D90 digital camera package and many accessories from Buydig.com. I paid for 24 hour shipping as I wanted to use the equipment for my daughters graduation. The store was on holiday, which I knew, and as soon as they returned they got right on my order and shipped it that day. The only problem is that they shipped by FedEx, and the day the package was to be delivered the FedEx driver was running late and HE decided not to stop at my business and deliver because HE "thought we would be closed". The fact is we were open just to receive his delivery. When I did not receive the package on time, I contacted Buydig.com and requested a refund of my shipping as FedEx did not deliver the day the package was due. Without delay or debate, Buydig.com refunded the extra I paid for the 24 hour shipping and probably more. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the professional manner they handled this matter and to add to my praise, the camera is great and the package deal was the best I could find anywhere. Would I buy from them again, YOU BET. Should you buy from them, YES. I can not thank them enough, I thought I was going to have a fight on my hands and THEY stepped up and saitisfied me, even tho it was FedEX's fault. GOOD JOB BUYDIG.com

I have to say that I did order a camera from another online store and if they were all like that then I would never order again online, They were as dishonest as the day is long. My experience with Guydig.com was like they say could not be better I am very satified with my purchase from them . Buydig needs to be in business to serve those of us who like honest people.. thank you Mario

Bought a Sigma 15mm Fisheye, the price was by far the lowest, I almost skipped over the site but decided to check the rating first. I'm glad I did, totally professional site, instant invoices, VERY VERY fast shipping, and the lens is perfect, and a VERY good deal, I will buy from again for sure.

Purchased Logitech Z5500 Digital Speaker System. Best pricing anywhere + free shipping. Received order next day in perfect condition. Product was wrapped in two cartons. Absolutely incredible.
Thank heaven for the free shipping...product weighs in excess of 50lbs.
Before you purchase elsewhere, check these folks out!

Great company to buy from. Many people ordered the Garmin Nuvi 885t and they didn't have enough supply and had a price mistake as well. They honored the order anyway. Enjoying my gps.

Great price, great service. They had the best price on the internet by far for a Sony HDR-XR500V camcorder (except a couple bait and switch places with terrible resellerratings.com ratings).
Ordered on a Tuesday, received a shipping notice within a few hours, and received the camcorder on Thursday (NJ to Indiana).
One minor nitpick: the item was double boxed but there was no padding (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) between the manufacturer's box and the brown outer box. No damage was done, but I would prefer my shipments to have had some padding to accommodate potential rough handling by the shipping company (FedEx in this case.) The outer box was barely larger than the Sony box, so buydig's shipping department probably figured it would not get jostled around inside the outer box, and therefore didn't require padding.
Other than that, I am very pleased with buydig and will buy from them again.

I ordered a Plantronics 925 Bluetooth Headset -OEM BULK PACKAGING for $54.95 which is less than half-price at Plantronics, and I paid through Paypal. I ton't know why but about once a year I try one of these "to good to be true" deals (This is my 1st time with BuyDig) and I have to admit none have ever worked. But, after reading reviews on this site I figured this time it might be legit. Although the original item I got was the wrong one, making me think I had done it again, Maurice with BuyDig called me personally to apologize for the incorrect item and that he was sending the correct one overnight to me at no charge. I received the 925 today, and I am happy to finally be able to say this was NOT too good to be true. This is a great deal and I will definitely come to BuyDig.com again 1st when I'm ordering all my future must-have techie gadgets.

Saw a really good deal on a gps on their website recently. Hesitant to order because have never bought anything from or even heard of them before. Went ahead anyway because it was too good to pass up. Found out later it was a price misprint but to my surprise, they honored the misprinted price for all those who ordered one before they discovered and corrected the error. Most other places would have just cancelled all the orders. Ordering process went smoothly. Got order confirmation email immediately and a tracking # when item shipped a few days later and credit card was not charged until then. Item arrived yesterday in good condition and was exactly what I ordered. Brand new and works right out of the box. My first experience with Buydig.com has been a positive one. As far as I am concerned, they are a legit outfit. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Nuvi 885t. It was likely a price mistake, but it was probably close to a break-even price for them. They didn't cancel the order like some other online stores would have. It showed up in about a week and I have been happily using it since. I applaud them for not just canceling the order and using a "price mistake" as an excuse.

I also got in on what became an apparent price mistake. I am not the most up-to-date on GPS systems, but was looking for a new one. I ordered this before the hype about the mistake, so wasn't really sure what the street price would be. After reading all the info about the mistake, I fully expected (and would have accepted without complaint) a canceled order - after all, we all make mistakes.
The company, which according to the order terms, had every right to cancel the orders, yet they didn't. It appears that they honored all that ordered (limited to 1 per customer).
If there hasn't already been enough said about the great customer service, and support for their customers, let's just say that in my opinion, they are one of the top companies doing business on the internet.
Great Company, great people, excellent choice for doing business with.

I am an veteran online shopper.So far this is the best online retailer I ever met. They even honor their price mistake on high price GPS. It is very rare on today's online retailer. Highly recommened this seller
