Good prices, easy to use WEB page, and great delivery.
I was skeptical about purchasing an expensive article from an unknown on-line store, but Buydig.com gave me a first rate experience.
I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 885T. I called their customer service to ask a few questions before ordering. They answered my questions without any pressure to add unneeded options. They said they unit would arrive within 5 days, and it did.
I'd use Buydig without any hesitation in the future and will recommend them to my friends.
When looking to buy the Canon SD970 IS, CNet showed me that BuyDig.com sold it for $30 cheaper than the MSRP while still being brand new. Before buying it, I made sure BuyDig had a good score here, which it did. I ended up getting a bundle the site sold, which threw in an 8gb SD card, extra camera battery, case and lens cleaning kit for around $50 extra. Not to mention a 2gb SD card that came with the camera even if I opted not to get a bundle. It was a good deal, and I went with it.
Promptly after my purchase I was emailed my FedEx tracking number. Just a few days later it arrived with all of my goodies inside. Everything works correctly and I'm pleased to say that I'll definitely be doing business here again.

I utilize ResellerRatings quite frequently to see other customers experiences with online merchants (particularly photography stores). I compared prices of several major merchants before finally landing at BuyDig. What I found was that their prices were exactly what Canon's suggested retail prices were. So I purchased both a Canon 24-105mm f/4L and Canon 16-35mm f/2.8L lenses from BuyDig/Beach Camera. After making my purchase of roughly $2,400, I researched them via ResellerRatings and found that several fellow consumers stated that they had terrible experiences with this company (backordered products, bait and switch techniques, nasty customer service, etc...). This made me nervous. Shortly after I made the purchase, I received a phone call from Beach Camera at home and I thought to myself, "oh sh*t, here we go". Ironically, the gentlman only verified my name, home address and the two lenses. Today is Monday and I just received both lenses as ordered (front and rear caps, hoods, USA warranty cards - everything)! Most importantly, both lenses produced very sharp photos despite the poor packaging (in my opinion). To those reading, NO I am not an employee of BuyDig/Beach Camera, NO I did not receive any incentive to write this review. The only recommendation I would make to this merchant is to package delicate purchases like this better. Both my lenses came in the same box and had the "airspeed inflatable packaging" only on one side of the box. I would suggest that this packaging or equivalent totally surround the contents. I have been an avid supporter of B&H & Adorama for my photography needs but I will consider BuyDig/Beach Camera in the future. I experience absolutely no funny business as stated by other consumers. Thanks....
i ordered a logitech G9 mouse and received it in 19 hours from when it was shipped out. Their customer service was very polite in all cases and helped me completely. They have super low prices and I will definitely shop with them again. They are a tier 1 top notch business.

I ordered Nikon D5000 and SD card from BuyDig. The prices were very low so I was a little worry, but I bought from them before so I gave them another try. They shipped the order right away and emailed me the tracking number. They did not bother me with phone call or try to sell other products. The camera is brand new with US warranty. I would buy from them again.

Don't even think of ordering at this site. They are fraudsters, who will tempt you to buy items on the cheap. If they cannot find the items to fulfill your orders, they will just refund the amount.
I ordered an external hard drive and was sent a confirmation that it will ship within one day. However, I received a refund to my PayPal account today for no apparent reason. They have not sent me communication of any kind.
Try it at your own risk. You may never receive what you ordered.
I ordered the Sony Camcorder HDR-XR520V and Sony 8GB pro duo memory card. They shipped my order the following day and received everything in excellent condition. I would recommend this website to other people.
I ordered a Sony XR500V and Canon Powershot G10 from Buydig.com and everything arrived in perfect condition today.
The camcorder was in a sealed box and brand new, it's charging now so will be able to try it out in a few hours.
The Canon Powershot G10 was in what looked like a new box but there was no tape or anything actually sealing it. Everything inside was in it's original packaging and there is nothing (other than the lack of a seal/tape on the box) that leads me to believe this isn't brand new either.
Huge savings and they really came through on the delivery. I paid of one day delivery and I got one day delivery. Ordered at 2pm eastern on Monday, they emailed me at 4pm to call them so they could verify my phone number. The items were shipped that same day and I received them less than 24 hours later through FedEx.
To be specific, I saved $448.49 on the camcorder I bought vs the Best Buy price.
I saved $68.49 on the Canon Powershot G10 that I bought as well.
Edit: One other thing. I almost NEVER take the time to write a review. I felt strongly enough with the level of customer service I received and the price that I was compelled to write a review.
Edit 2: I got to use the camcorder and camera last night. All I can say is they work perfectly and my overall experience with buying through Buydig.com was exceptional!

Outstanding experience! After attempting to buy by best price parameters at no less than three other sites which were all horrid and dishonest I bought a Canon SD880 IS with Buydig at an excellent price. It was made in the USA, had all the factory box contents and warranty and arrived Fed Ex very quickly.
I could not be more pleased with the experience!

Will buy again from this company for sure and advise others to give them a try.
Great Company.
The prices are sometimes unbeatable.
I have ordered from them twice, and both times it was shipped the next day and arrived in 2-3 days!
I live in CA, they are in NJ... pretty remarkable for a company with free shipping.
I was hoping the good reviews on this site would be my experience with buydig.com, unfortunately it was not. I ordered a 50" plasma tv. I took off a day of work to receive shipment. It has been 9 days since ordering. My tv was delivered completely smashed and not operational. The delivery guys were rushing me to sign the ticket before inspecting the tv. I had them wait while I inspected it considering I spent almost $1500. I called buydig.com and the gentleman in the customer service department was very rude. He would not work with me in any way to have a new tv expedited and to arrange a delivery on a weekend since I already took a day off of work to receive a smashed tv! I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern from their customer service and their unwillingness to work with me. I even told him I would give them the chance to deliver another tv instead of canceling the order and they still showed no concern or interest in giving good customer service.
If I hear from them.... I will update this and let you know the outcome. But, for now, I would be hesitant to recommend this company to anyone or buy from them again!!
Update 06/09/09: I was contacted today by a Maurice (customer service manager)after submitting this review. He profusely apologized for my situation and stated he had contacted the delivery service to accommodate an evening or weekend delivery at no charge. This gentleman was very concerned and professional. It's just a shame my first contact was not such. He also said he would throw in the HDMI cables at no charge. I will update this again if they come through on their word.
06/10/09 7:10am...I contacted Manna (delivery company for buydig) to set up my delivery. After being on the phone for 58 minutes they said they didn't receive authorization to deliver my TV. Stated they would contact buydig.com and get back to me.
06/10/09 12:42pm.... I contacted Manna and after being on the phone for 34 minutes, they state that no authorization was given to deliver TV.
06/10/09 1:15pm.... I contacted Maurice at buydig.com and he states he gave authorization and would reauthorize so I could get my TV.
06/10/09 1:32 Contacted Manna AGAIN and they state they did receive authorization and will deliver the TV tomorrow 06/11/09 at 4pm and possibly earlier if possible.
06/11/09 1:30 I contacted Manna to inform them I was home and if they wanted to deliver before 4pm they could. I also received the cables Maurice sent today.
06/11/09 5:56PM... Contacted Manna again because TV is still not here! And, I have a graduation to go to in which now I'm running late.
06/11/09 6:01PM... TV arrived...FINALLY!!! This time the TV looks like it is in good condition, although the drop indicator was set off. So, I'm hoping it is ok.
06/14/09 I hooked up the TV and it seems to be working fine.
IN CONCLUSION: Maurice at buydig.com was great. He made up for my bad experience with buydig. BUT, their delivery company was horrible. Because of all my experiences with buydig and the delivery company. I have to say I don't think I would ever make a major purchase from them again. But, because of Maurice, I would consider buying smaller ticket items from buydig.com in the future.

Buydig.com fulfilled my order and sent it out immediately. I was provided a tracking number, and offered free shipping, though I chose to upgrade to Fedex for under $3. I was also given a free 4GB SDHC card. The quality of the product (a DSLR outfit from Nikon) is as described, and came with USA warranty papers- not the case with some electronics discounters. I will definitely buy fom Buydig.com and Beach Camera again.
Attracted by their promotion deal: a Nikon D40 kit package with two training DVDs. Camera and lens arrived as expected however there was NO DVD inside the package. Called customer support twice and was told that I should get it soon. Now it has been more than year - nothing came. I'm currently looking for a D90 and suddenly realized that I shouldn't be buying from them because of this problem and probably should share my experience here.
I am very pleased with buydig.com not once, but twice!
After receiving my Kodak Zi6 in just two shipping days, I reordered from their site. I picked up two SDHC cards and a Linksys wireless router. Again the items were received promptly and up until this point am extremely satisfied with all the products. Both shipments were well packed, intact and delivered promptly.
The prices at buydig.com are better than other on-line retailers and at my local stores. The free shipping really helps keep the total costs down and is a huge plus!
Right now I'm extremely satisfied with buydig.com and will post an update if I have problems with any of the items. All are relatively new and will get a workout in the next few weeks.
I strongly recommend buydig.com as I'm extremely satisfied!
