I ordered a brand new camera from BuyDig. But when I received my order, the box was not sealed.
The customer service people at buydig were ready to send me an exchange or refund the full amount.
The camera seems to be working fine and I didn't want to go though the hassle of returning it and waiting for the exchange. So I decided to keep the one I got.
But the people at Bugdig seems to really care about their customers and I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I buy from buydig.com (B). Oonce again I am very pleased, although I can only review my experience on initial order, shipping and delivery as I had no return issues. I encourage you though to also examine reviews on damage/returns, to see how the company copes. Personally, having looked at their site before placing an order
I knew I would be taking a risk as I did not particularly like their Return Policy Options. However, they are honest and clear about it, which is something one does appreciate throughout the entire process as it is a great asset with any internet business.
So I ordered a Logitech Z-5500 surround speaker system for $292 and (despite their justified suggestion to go for some faster shipping and thus reduce chance of damage) I risked the free shipping option, making this a great value indeed. Soon thereafter I placed my order, got the first order confirmation, with plenty of information and even a Twitter link, that made it feel even more "homey" and friendly to the customer.
The item arrived far earlier than I expected, in exactly one week incl. order date. Delivery was by FedEx, left at the office of our building. The FedEx guy got a valid signature, as promised.
Condition was perfect, new out of the box. I found a nice receipt inside the box, no problems.
What is particularly nice about the company is that during transit of the item, logging into their site allows you to trace its progress by clicking on a link that takes you directly to the FedEx tracking service and even inputs the tracking number for you. It's not much but a nice touch on convenience that nor everyone does.
Last time I bought something from them was in 2006 when I had ordered another set of speakers (an old Creative Inspire set) for my old desktop. Again I was met with a speedy product receipt with no problems. I also recall I had asked them some question and received an immediate meaningful answer in full detail; so I also know that they do reply to your concerns in a timely fashion.
In short: return policies sound a bit risky IMHO, but at least you do know what to expect; they do not hide things from you, unlike some other companies that will not tell you much unless you make 10 calls first.
Delivery was impeccable, even on free shipping. Will be buying from them again.
Purchased a plasma tv with white glove delivery. It arrived on time and was unboxed and installed within 30 minutes. There was a communication problem with the shipping company but BuyDig's customer service solved the problem.
I would recommend this company and plan to make other purchases in the future.

I ordered a package deal with my Nikon D90 which came with several items like an extra battery, memory cards, carrying case and some other items that I would eventually need. Not only was the price great, but so was the service. I spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Abe who took the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was in stock before I ordered. If I had to complain about anything, the wait on the phone to reach the sales center was maybe 5 minutes. I figured they were busy but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't feel rushed in the least bit when ordering my product. I'd also like to note that Abe was kind enough to ship my equipment out that same evening at no extra cost. I received it TWO days after I placed the order!!!
There is no doubt I'd order from BuyDig.com again. Thanks again!!!
Customer service was great (Joseph S) in helping me return a defective camera. He was very courteous and kind. I've purchased items in the past from BuyDig and will continue to use them in the future.
Great customer service. I ordered a Logitech mouse with $30 rebate. Logitech refused to honor the rebate, even though it was within the ordering time date (has to be ordered by 6/23, and I placed the order at 11:53 PM). Buydig just refunded me the rebate amount. 0/5 for Logitech, 5/5 for Buydig.
Excellent transaction: Ordered a Garmin Nuvi GPS on July 3rd (Holiday) and it was shipped on Monday as expected.
Fast emails, perfect packaging and no non-sense calls "to confirm order" and try to sell you stuff you don't really want/need.
Price was the best I could find from a store that does business right and does not try to trick you.
In all, will be happy to do business again with BuyDig.com anytime.
I have bought from buydig.com befour with great results so I went back to purchase a camera for my daughter for a trip this week end. I needed the camera by friday to take with us. I did not overnight the camera just got 2to3 business day because I really thought that would be enought time to get here. Buydig sent me the tracking number and I found out it was to be delivered on Monday. I called Buydig and told them what was going on and this is what they did for me. THEY CALLED FEDEX AND GOT THE OLD ORDER CANCELLED WROTE ME A NEW ORDER AND OVERNIGHTED IT TO ME FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE SO MY DAUGHTER HAS HER CAMERA. I WANT TO THANK JOE AT BUYDIG FOR HIS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.ED
Even though I goofed up my order, a talk with Joe at Buydig straightened it out and I got what I meant to order--no problem. Nice guy, nice place to do business.
I was hesitant ordering, being I had never heard of Buydig before, But, decided to TOFT and ordered an ASUS 10.1 mini laptop.Order went in on Wed. Computer was on my doorstep on Saturday. Works great. New out of the box and best price on the internet. I will be a repeat customer.

Apparently great service. Ordered on 6/28 and received order confirmation immediately. Then received shipping confirmation the next day. Cant ask for better service than that. Much appreciated.
Second order from this company. Very prompt emails, shipping and tracking info. There was a little mix-up on one of the orders and their customer service dept. took care of it quickly and efficiently. Happy customer. Will definitely buy from again.
