Received Asus 1008HA with executive kit. Computer is awesome. I had slight problem with external DVD player which Joe the supervisor has/is working out for me. This was 1st time ordering from Buy.dig and after dealing with customer service , I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to order from again..They really seem to care about customer service!!!!!!
Ordered a Garmin Nuvi 265WT GPS; product was delivered 3 days later. All my friends have had great service from them; can't wait to buy my new TV from them.
I bought a Asus 1005HA-P Netbook from Buydig.com on August 7th 2009. Couple of reasons:
1)They included a free 2GB Ram upgrade and free cat5 retractable cable
2)Free shipping
3)Bing Cashback
Received a confirmation email with tracking and within a few days received the netbook. Everything was great up until a week in when the netbook's battery decided to die on me. Called up Buydig, got an RMA #, and shipped the battery back. (Only downside was I had to pay for the shipping but that was clearly stated in Buydig.com's website) Buydig got my bad battery and shipped out a new one immediately. Turn around time was QUICK. My battery got to their store on Tuesday 09/01/09, they shipped out the new one on Thursday via USPS first class mail, and I received it on Friday.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase and with Buydig's excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company and would definitely shop with them again.

Purchaed a vacuum from this company that was listed as new. Came as an obvious open box - dirty and missing parts.
Buydig wants me to ship it back (my cost), won't ship me a replacement. Told me if I wanted a new, unopened box I could order another from their website!
I placed an order for a Nikon camera body friday morning, early so the overnight shipping can get it to me monday. When I got home from work, billing had left me a voice mail to call them to confirm the order. Billing was closed Saturday & Sunday. I called first thing monday morning and confirmed my home address and home phone #. The billing representative thanked me and said I should get the package the next day. When I got home that day, there was another voice message and an email asking me to call again to confirm order! This time I just simply replied to the email and asked them to cancel the order. The next day I receive another email saying the order had SHIPPED. The phone calls, essentially make it a difficult and unpredictable process.
9/8/09 I spoke to Joe of Buydig. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered a good deal on another camera, assuring me there would be no further calls regarding the order and I would get the camera tomorrow (Free Overnight Shipping).

My first review got lost in logging in, hope this isn't a repeat.
I mis-ordered an item from them on a Sunday night. On Monday morning, worried about hassles, I called and they were totally cool... cancelled the order in no time and I had my email while still on the phone with the rep.
I ordered the correct item a couple of hours later. It was shipped within 24 hours, then charged to the CC, and was in my hot little hands in another 48 hours.
Excellent service, product selection, and pricing. Good job!
The manager has called me. He admitted the inaccurate advertisement. Since the charge is already done, he offered certain compensation. The way they handle this matter makes me feel that they will take care of their customers. So I will come back again. But again, accurate advertisement is VERY important for online shoppers.

This Olympus SP-590 Camera is for my friend, so I can't comment on the product quality. The shipping was fast. The major concern is their inaccurate advertisement and customer service.
On their website they advertised the No Payment for 90 Day via PayPal promotion. However, I was charged in full the next day. I emailed their CS. After back and forth emails for a few times, the representative was apologetic, and said he would work with PayPal directly regarding this promotion. However, it's been 2 weeks there's still no news from them. I guess they have forgotten!
I am very concerned about their inaccurate advertisement and customer service. This is the problem of many businesses.

On 8/9/09 I ordered a Canon PowerShot SD1200 IS digital camera from Buydig.com. I received the new camera on 8/13/09 via FedEx. This is the third camera I have purchased from Buydig.com --they always ship the correct item in a timely fashion and it arrives in good shape. I purchased a Canon EOS 40D a year ago and have a service issue. Looked everywhere and could not find my invoice, so took a chance an called BuyDig and they emailed me right away the copy of the invoice so I could have it serviced under warranty. Joe helped me out and was very good to deal with. I've always been pleased with the items I've purchased from Buydig. Good company to deal with.
Updated review: Bought a printer, arrived DOA. Some confusion on their end regarding the return policy. A friendly manager, Maurice has contacted me to correct the situation, and is doing everything in his power to assist me.
Everybody makes mistakes, but this company seems to be working very hard make its customers happy, but more importantly, to do the right thing.

Joe in customer service went the extra mile to make sure my order got to me before I left on vacation. He spent over an hour to correct the original shipping date.
