I'm very sorry but when ordering a 24h delivery I assumed that BuyDig would at least try to confirm the order in the morning and not send me an email at noon.  
 
I cant understand why are you offering this 24h delivery time :(  
 
The camera was meant to be a birthday present -  
It wont be as wont be with me for another 2 days.  
 
Please don't order at BuyDig if you are in a hurry.

Thank you for the great service. I recieved a GPS from you & it didn't work. The Lady I talked to was very helpful. I like you new way. Gave me a refund & I reorder same item. Recieved it in a fews days.& it works just fine. You should have the defective unit by now. sent it via ups. Thanks, John DeVaney

Purchaed a vacuum from this company that was listed as new. Came as an obvious open box - dirty and missing parts.  
 
Buydig wants me to ship it back (my cost), won't ship me a replacement. Told me if I wanted a new, unopened box I could order another from their website!

I placed an order for a Nikon camera body friday morning, early so the overnight shipping can get it to me monday. When I got home from work, billing had left me a voice mail to call them to confirm the order. Billing was closed Saturday & Sunday. I called first thing monday morning and confirmed my home address and home phone #. The billing representative thanked me and said I should get the package the next day. When I got home that day, there was another voice message and an email asking me to call again to confirm order! This time I just simply replied to the email and asked them to cancel the order. The next day I receive another email saying the order had SHIPPED. The phone calls, essentially make it a difficult and unpredictable process.  
 
9/8/09 I spoke to Joe of Buydig. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered a good deal on another camera, assuring me there would be no further calls regarding the order and I would get the camera tomorrow (Free Overnight Shipping).

I was hoping the good reviews on this site would be my experience with buydig.com, unfortunately it was not. I ordered a 50" plasma tv. I took off a day of work to receive shipment. It has been 9 days since ordering. My tv was delivered completely smashed and not operational. The delivery guys were rushing me to sign the ticket before inspecting the tv. I had them wait while I inspected it considering I spent almost $1500. I called buydig.com and the gentleman in the customer service department was very rude. He would not work with me in any way to have a new tv expedited and to arrange a delivery on a weekend since I already took a day off of work to receive a smashed tv! I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern from their customer service and their unwillingness to work with me. I even told him I would give them the chance to deliver another tv instead of canceling the order and they still showed no concern or interest in giving good customer service.  
 
If I hear from them.... I will update this and let you know the outcome. But, for now, I would be hesitant to recommend this company to anyone or buy from them again!!  
 
Update 06/09/09: I was contacted today by a Maurice (customer service manager)after submitting this review. He profusely apologized for my situation and stated he had contacted the delivery service to accommodate an evening or weekend delivery at no charge. This gentleman was very concerned and professional. It's just a shame my first contact was not such. He also said he would throw in the HDMI cables at no charge. I will update this again if they come through on their word.  
 
06/10/09 7:10am...I contacted Manna (delivery company for buydig) to set up my delivery. After being on the phone for 58 minutes they said they didn't receive authorization to deliver my TV. Stated they would contact buydig.com and get back to me.  
 
06/10/09 12:42pm.... I contacted Manna and after being on the phone for 34 minutes, they state that no authorization was given to deliver TV.  
 
06/10/09 1:15pm.... I contacted Maurice at buydig.com and he states he gave authorization and would reauthorize so I could get my TV.  
 
06/10/09 1:32 Contacted Manna AGAIN and they state they did receive authorization and will deliver the TV tomorrow 06/11/09 at 4pm and possibly earlier if possible.  
 
06/11/09 1:30 I contacted Manna to inform them I was home and if they wanted to deliver before 4pm they could. I also received the cables Maurice sent today.  
 
06/11/09 5:56PM... Contacted Manna again because TV is still not here! And, I have a graduation to go to in which now I'm running late.  
 
06/11/09 6:01PM... TV arrived...FINALLY!!! This time the TV looks like it is in good condition, although the drop indicator was set off. So, I'm hoping it is ok.  
 
06/14/09 I hooked up the TV and it seems to be working fine.  
 
IN CONCLUSION: Maurice at buydig.com was great. He made up for my bad experience with buydig. BUT, their delivery company was horrible. Because of all my experiences with buydig and the delivery company. I have to say I don't think I would ever make a major purchase from them again. But, because of Maurice, I would consider buying smaller ticket items from buydig.com in the future.

They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. I wish they listed the hours on their website, but they are East Coast and have normal business hours reflecting that. Again fantastic customer support without long waits.  
 
Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up.  
 
Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. If you do not register, you cannot track your order online "for security purposes." Otherwise, their online support is detailed and updated like most other large sites.

Awesome would be putting it mildly.  
Courteous, honorable and patient are just a few of the words that I would use to describe my Buydig experience.  
 
They did as they said they would and lost money in the process of shipping my product below their cost. I guess that some companies still value good service. Thanks, Buydig!!!

Surfed the internet for a reliable and honest seller without all the high pressure emails and up sells. Decided on BuyDig.com - Best decision I ever made. Purchased a Great camera at a great price and had the camera at my door in three business days. Communication was excellent and product was packaged properly along with a FedEx tracking number. Purchased a Samsung LN40A650 TV from this company. It arrive promptly and appeared to be in great condition when inspected, but upon setting up and plugging in it did not work. Would not power on at all. Immediately called BuyDig same day and they told me I would have to pursue the factory warranty through Samsung. Local Samsung technician came out and found the TV damaged internally and per the Samsung tech it had obviously been dropped. Contacted Buydig once again and after several conversations with several different reps they refused to replace the TV. Buyer BEWARE with this company when dealing with any sort of high ticket items!  
 
Disputed the charge but have just been informed that I have lost my dispute, so now I am stuck with a T.V. that didn't work out of the box. At this point I am contacting consumer advocates at my local news stations as well as looking into possible legal options.

I have ordered electronics three times in the past year from BuyDig, and each time has been an excellent experience. A few days ago I ordered a Panasonic 50" Plasma TV and extra wiring kit. I received the order within a few days and the TV is great. A few days after I ordered, I noticed a price drop in addition to a free gift being offered with the TV purchase. I phoned customer service and was quickly credited the price difference and was sent the free gift. In my experience, you can't do better than BuyDig.

This was the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I never got my order and I had to wait weeks to find this out from buydig!!!  
 
I ordered headphones that were "in stock" on Dec 2. It took 2 days to process the payment. On the 8th, when I still had not received shipment confirmation, I called the company. I was told that the product was oversold and that it should be in in a week. So i called again in a week (Dec 15) since I wanted to know what was going on with my order. At this point, I still had not received emails about the status of my order. When I called on Dec 15, I was told that my order was canceled by BuyDig (on Dec 14 apparently) and that my credit card had been refunded. I told them that I was not notified of this and that I have not been credited for the price of the purchase. I asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge but no one was available. I am still waiting for the call back from the manager and the money to be credited to my account. It took BuyDig 2 weeks to decide that they did not have my product. I had to call to find out 1) the product was not actually stocked and 2) that BuyDig canceled my order without letting me know they decided to do this. At this point, the product I purchased is no longer available at any reasonable price online and there is no way I can get it in before Christmas (unless I pay ridiculous shipping costs).

I was sent the wrong camera and called them to ask for the replacement camera and they promised to send me a shipping label so i could ship this one back for free. After never receiving the label they lied to me on the phone again saying they were sending one on Aug 31st and that one never came either. All i wanted was a replacement for the mistake they made and they make it impossible to return this camera and give me the run-around.  
 
I am disgusted with BUYDIG.COM and you cannot believe anything customer service says to you. I will never shop here again and would NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone i know!  
 
If this is the way you treat your paying customers then that is BAD BUSINESS indeed and everyone needs to know if you have any problem they simply do not care and will not fix it for you and make it a very hard time for you and even if they did try to fix it there attitude shows they will take their sweet time doing it!

I am very very Satisfied with the way the order was placed - easily and order was processed immediately after I made a call to CC company because it was CC company who did not authorize the charge by buydig so I had to make call- easy. After the charge was authorized immediately order was processed and shipped on the same day !! - fast  
An email was sent about the product shipping with Tracking number and the distribution company updated the status of package every time promptly.  
 
I like their shipping company too and let me tell you i did not order some 1" x 1" SD card but 1 42" Plasma HDTV which was packaged properly and delievered right on time as per the status on tracking and shipping I was supposed to get as per order.  
 
when I opened box with the thelp of delivery person, everything was okay- mainly the palasma screen ! no damage on box and on product either...  
:)  
 
I was little lazy by not trying the product on same day but after 2 days but what difference nothing the product worked just fine, I am enjoying it since last week without any issues at all. Thanks to buydig.  
 
I forgot to tell the price I found on the site was best I found on internet, I had contacted SEARS for price matching but they don't care for online sellers well who cares for sears then..  
 
Thanks a bunch to buydig...! I love them and purchase again...

Best service I have ever encountered! Order 37" Samsung TV on Thursday afternoon(9/11/08)AND it was delivered Saturday morning (9/13). Plus, delivery was FREE. I've purchased cameras from BUYDIG previously and was very satisfied. But this was beyond belief. Keep up the good work.  
Additionally, I had a problem with my credit card. They e-mailed me immediately, I answered, and they responded immediately. AND they still got the TV to me in 2 days!!

Very satisfied with this company and the transaction I made. Purchased two LCD HD TVs before the Labor Day Holiday and they were boxed and ready for shipment on Labor Day. I had my two tracking numbers and the shipment went out the day after Labor Day and arrived at my home 100 miles away the next day. These TVs were double boxed with packing noodles to prevent damage. Shipping was free. Prices were some of the best on the Internet. I would be happy to buy from them again.
