This is the second time I buy from buydig.com (B). Oonce again I am very pleased, although I can only review my experience on initial order, shipping and delivery as I had no return issues. I encourage you though to also examine reviews on damage/returns, to see how the company copes. Personally, having looked at their site before placing an order

I knew I would be taking a risk as I did not particularly like their Return Policy Options. However, they are honest and clear about it, which is something one does appreciate throughout the entire process as it is a great asset with any internet business.
So I ordered a Logitech Z-5500 surround speaker system for $292 and (despite their justified suggestion to go for some faster shipping and thus reduce chance of damage) I risked the free shipping option, making this a great value indeed. Soon thereafter I placed my order, got the first order confirmation, with plenty of information and even a Twitter link, that made it feel even more "homey" and friendly to the customer.
The item arrived far earlier than I expected, in exactly one week incl. order date. Delivery was by FedEx, left at the office of our building. The FedEx guy got a valid signature, as promised.
Condition was perfect, new out of the box. I found a nice receipt inside the box, no problems.
What is particularly nice about the company is that during transit of the item, logging into their site allows you to trace its progress by clicking on a link that takes you directly to the FedEx tracking service and even inputs the tracking number for you. It's not much but a nice touch on convenience that nor everyone does.
Last time I bought something from them was in 2006 when I had ordered another set of speakers (an old Creative Inspire set) for my old desktop. Again I was met with a speedy product receipt with no problems. I also recall I had asked them some question and received an immediate meaningful answer in full detail; so I also know that they do reply to your concerns in a timely fashion.
In short: return policies sound a bit risky IMHO, but at least you do know what to expect; they do not hide things from you, unlike some other companies that will not tell you much unless you make 10 calls first.
Delivery was impeccable, even on free shipping. Will be buying from them again.
I was placing an pricey order for a Nikon dSLR and lens, so was apprehensive about getting stuck with ripoff merchants. Buydig's prices were competitive with the lowest of the "reputable" web merchants and they threw in a free 4 gb memory card. Got great results. The shipping confirmation arrived a day after placing the online order, and Fed Ex delivered the items 6 days later. No problems with grey market goods or substitutions. Would definitely order from them again.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Buydig.com. I placed an order and was sent an email that stated I would receive a subsequent email 2 days later to let me know my item was shipped. After two days, I hadn't received the email. I called customer support and was told that the item I ordered was not in stock (although the website said it was available). I should have been notified about this rather than having to call in to hear the bad news.
I had asked the support staff member when the item would be available and was told "soon." A definite date was not available. I was very upset at the lack of knowledge from customer support.
I then decided that I had heard too much and decided to cancel my order. When attempted, I was encouraged to speak to the manager to see if there were a way that he could satisfy my concerns. I accepted and was passed on to the manager. This is where even more disappointment and empty promises ensued.
He said that he was really concerned about the situation and wanted to keep me happy. He said that he would talk to his buyer and find out what the timeframe would be to get me my product. He told me that he could call Sunday or Monday with an answer (my first contact with the manager was on Friday, Nov 7). I asked him to call me Sunday. He said ok "as long as you don't mind a Sunday call." I said it would be fine.
Sunday came and went, no follow up call. Monday morning came around, no call. I called customer service at 11am eastern and was told that the manager was not in but would be in at 12:30. I left a message for him to call me as soon as he came in. The support rep said he would ablige. By 1:30 still no call, so I decided to call in. I got a hold of the manager and asked why I had not received a call on Sunday and he said it was his day off. Very upsetting as this was another broken promise! He then went on to say that he still did not know when exactly the product would be available. He offered to send me a damaged-box version of the product or if I gave him a couple of hours (till 4pm), he would find out when the product would be available. He said he would call me to let me know the status.
Well guess what happened? Two hours went by, no call. YET ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE! At 4:30, I called customer support to talk to the manager and was told that he was "in a meeting" and unavailable to take my call. I asked, yet again, to leave a message for the manager to call me and was told that instead "it would be easier to call him back rather than leave a message." That was ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! I told the rep to please have him call me back. The rep finally said he'd leave a message.
Well, you guessed it, no call back. The next day I called in and cancelled my order.
I can not believe how poor the customer service is with Buydig.com. The good news to all of this is I found the product on a competitor's website, ordered it and received it in three days even though the shipping had said it would take seven days. THAT is service: to under promise and over deliver. The experience I had with Buydig.com was the complete opposite: over promising and complete under deliverance of those promises.
This is my second purchase from this e-tailer and the experience was well handled in all aspects, from the initial purchase to the delivery and inspection. My purchase was a 46" LCD TV that was delivered in perfect condition. This is an outstanding and professional e-tailer.
OK, This was my first purchase from Buydig. I was a little hesitant at first to stray from my usual vendors but I took a chance. The price was excellent for the product. I did have an issue and with shipping and WOW, after calling customer service my issue rapidly became a non issue. I spoke with Joseph who took it upon himself to resolve this with absolutely no stress to me. This will earn repeat business from me. You can not go wrong with these guys!!
Ordered 2 camera batteries that are extremely difficult to find. Was a little worried about buydig.com b/c of the ratings/reviews that I've read, but I decided to try them out anyways. Glad I did! Products shipped quickly, I was given tracking information and products arrived today. Very happy with service, communication and results. Would buy again in the future.
My experience with BuyDig was terrible. I ordered a 42 inch Panasonic TV on Oct. 12th and received shipping confirmation the 13th. I made an appointment and took off work for the delivery only to get a call that night to inform me the TV was out of stock. I was assured it would arrive in two days. It did not. I called BuyDig and they assured me it would then be in the following Tuesday. No apology and no compenstation for my lost wages. Called the following Tuesday and was told no, not until the next Monday or Tuesday would it arrive. I expressed my disatisfaction and the customer service rep cancelled my order.
My experience with BuyDig was like trying to buy a TV from the Sopranos.
Great buying experience. I phoned to verify stock status because the camera I wanted was brand new and in very short supply. The order was perfectly recorded and executed by sales rep "Ray." He was helpful but not pushy. Even though my credit card company held up the sale to confirm that I had actually placed the order, BuyDig did not bump my scarce product from the queue. Their status-updating emails were prompt, thorough and clear as was their response to my phone query. Packaging and shipping were perfect. The product arrived sooner than I expected. Their price was as low as any of the reliable vendors were offering and they had stock earlier and offered free shipping unlike some of competition.
I'm encouraged to purchase from them in the future.
On June 7th I purchased an Acer Aspire Notebook
8.9 inch Notebook from Buy Dig. It never worked and I returned it to Buy Dig for replacement or repair. I live in Bolivia and I took the notebook out of the box when I traveled to Bolivia to save space in my luggage. When I got to Bolivia the computer never worked. I was told to take the computer to the local Acer representative who said he could not fix it. In June I returned the Acer to Buy Dig, and my experience with them has been a nightmare. First I was told that the computer which was shipped in mid June was not received, yet I have a fedex signature receipt saying that it was received at the warehouse on Junbe 25th. The Buy Dig customer service representative gave me different messages almost every other day. After saying that they did not receive it, weeks later they said they did, and then the real horrible experience began. They said they would replace the computer and then said they would not. They offered to return the broken computer to me, and then said they would issue a refund. In truth all they did was stall and said that they could not receive the computer because it was not in its original packaging. I explained the truth, that I no longer had the packaging. And I said they could repair the computer and send it to me at an address in the US. I finally have had to go back to Mastercard to get their assistance in addressing this. I would never ever recommend BUY DIG to anyone. They might be okay if you have no issues with your purchase, but if you have a problem be prepared. My advice would be to go elsewhere for your purchase as this is not a reliable business. Gary Shaye

There's always a bit of trepidation when it comes to ordering from a site for the first time. You read the reviews, but you tend to question the validity of the reviews.
I saw BuyDig had an excellent rating from most customers and decided to purchase. The item I purchased, a Hoover canister vac, had the best price I could find on the entire net. The online order process was easy to navigate, and the confirmation of the order came quickly. The vac was shipped within 2 days, and I had my item within 5 days. The vacuum was exactly as described, and arrived in perfect condition.
I would rate the BuyDig experience on a par with other companies I have admired and used on a number of occasions - Newegg and Buy.com They all offer excellent pricing, excellent service, and quality products.
UPDATE 10/01/2009
I was contacted by Joseph from BuyDig.com, he's a review analyst and he was definitely their best customer service representative. He explained me where all the issues came from and fixed everything he could.
My package was shipped out promptly and I'm waiting for it to be delivered today. Joseph also offered me a professional surge protector for free. It was also shipped the same day, and will be arriving tomorrow.
After all, just the fact that somebody actually was interested in my case and acted gives them a big plus. I understand that sometimes some bad things may happen, they could have fixed it the day I called for first time. They didn't, they just actually made it worst with harsh customer service, but a day later the situation was totally different.
I can say, that I am satisfied with the ending of that story, and eventually they made me happy.
In the future if any of You decide to buy from BuyDig.com make sure to call them ASAP as this will help speed up the processing and shipping process.

Terrible experience before I even got the product!
After 3 business days waiting for tracking info I tried to call them. It turns out, that they decided to close on a minor holiday at first. So the day I'm calling was actually 2nd business day for them (to bad, for me it was 5th).
Next thing I know is that my order wasn't even processed yet (Item is in stock and it says it ships in up to 48 hours!). Next thing I'm being transferred between departments and eventually somebody decides to hang up on me! What a surprise!
After calling them 2 more times I'm finally being transfered to Billing department, since it turns out they have to confirm my identity before they process anything. WELL THAT'S GREAT, BUT I PAID WITH PAYPAL, I HAVE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ON, AND THEY KNOW ABOUT IT!!!
Besides that the invoice was billed on the day I placed an order! So tell me how can You not process or ship my order, because You have to confirm my Identity .. and YOU TAKE MY MONEY FIRST! What a Bull*** !!!
After all, not even one of employees I talked to introduced itself. All you hear after somebody picks up is: "order number please" ... so you give them the number ... then you hear "Your name", it's almost like fu**ing in prison registration!
I don't know where all the positive feedback came from for this so called store came from, but real customers like I'm will not be happy buying from them.
I should have order my Home Theater from Amazon insted of trying to save 20$, and I would have got it already. Now they told me that I should receive it by the end of the week. Hell YEAH !!! And by You a week ends on ??? Probably next wednesday, since You run Your business by different calendar than the rest of the world.
DO NOT BUY THERE !!!
Look for better stores. Amazon have most of their stuff cheaper, and if not it's not worth to save 3-5% and run into all this bull**t !!!
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!!
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
DO NOT BUY THERE !!!

I'm very sorry but when ordering a 24h delivery I assumed that BuyDig would at least try to confirm the order in the morning and not send me an email at noon.
I cant understand why are you offering this 24h delivery time :(
The camera was meant to be a birthday present -
It wont be as wont be with me for another 2 days.
Please don't order at BuyDig if you are in a hurry.
This is one of the best online shopping experience I have ever had. I was skeptical as I was buying Sony XR500v which cost around a $1000 and it is big amount if I get into any non-sense. There are so many site which had reviews about selling gray market products which are good by have problem when it comes to warranty. My camcorder arrived within 2 days of ordering. I had to make a phone call to confirm my address on Paypal which was in "unconfirmed" state as I have recently move. Everything was smooth and cool. I was amazed by the service and the price offered by this site. 946 as opposed to other gray market websites which are selling for higher prices. I loved it. I was also skeptical about reviews to this site as you never know whether it is a fake review or a genuine one, but this one is for sure a genuine review. I high recommend doing any business with them. One or 2 customers will always have issues with every merchant but this one is fantastic overall. Do condsider this site. I was amazed as nextag and pricegrabber weren't listing this site at all. Proabably they list only site which sell gray products. I will give millions of stars to this experience and not nust 5 star.
