I have ordered only once from NCIX, but it all went perfectly. I'll certainly be ordering again from them, as their service was great and I got exactly what I ordered with no fuss (hard-to-find older CPU, fan, CD cases). They notified me when it was shipped, gave me a tracking number, and all was good. If I was to recommend anywhere on the web to make PC/component purchases, NCIX is easily the first place I would recommend. Their prices are often the best and always close, their selection is amazing, and the service I got was perfect - no fuss with clear and helpful communication.

This purchase is the third purchase I've made from ncix, and the experience has been extremely positive overall. The web page is expertly designed, the online ordering process feels secure and has the security protocols to back that feeling up, the order is processed and shipped promptly, all on top of great prices!

The game i purchased halo2 was just released on november 9th, i ordered it on november 8th and was very pleased to see it at my doorstep on november 10th.  
the package was properly packed and shipped with impressive haste.

Everything went very smooth, I placed the order and received a confirmation the same day. As each step in the order process was completed, a check mark was made to show it was done. When the last step was completed I received an e-mail saying the order was shipped alot with a tracking number. The item a tv tuner arrived in a nicely packaged. Everything new and in great shape, with receipt. The only thing I noticed is, if you call them. Who ever answers the phone is kinda rude, and pushs to end the call fast. Besides this they have good service, weekly newsletters, lots of deals!!!

NCIX has outstanding customer service, easily the best of any computer store I have shopped at. Their prices are sometime (only sometimes) high, but I have never had a problem getting them to match a lower price.

NCIX is the only online store where I've ever made a purchase, but the service and promptness of the store is remarkable. Nothing has ever gone wrong with my orders at NCIX, prices are very competitive, and it carries many items which I'd be hard pressed to find locally, and when I do find, are at inflated prices. The sale's aren't exceptionally good, but they do keep the prices competitive. The service is always quick, I usually get my orders within 3-5 days using the cheapest shipping methods. This is probably the best online computer store in Canada. Keep it up NCIX.

I've bought computer products at NCIX for several years now but this is the first time I've had to do an RMA ... it was handled by a gentleman named Ryan and he was extremely courteous and professional. I got my defective Corsair Value Select ram replaced and from our communication he learned that I wished I had bought the upgraded Corsair TwinX Ram in the first place and he suggested that an exchange was part of NCIX's 30 day policy and easy if I wanted to do that and so I did. Ryan said he'd take care of everything and he did so without a hitch! The best part of all was the communication ... at no time was I left wondering what was going on ... I guess the bottom line is that a defective product under warranty was handled as well as any of the best in-store merchants such as BestBuy or FutureShop. As a result, NCIX has become my 1st choice for on-line computer purchases!

Great retailer. Really willing to go the extra mile with customer service and to promote good discussion between customers. Highly recommended to anyone buying electronic goods.

The selection is huge, and there are always many really great sales. Their support forums are helpful.  
 
Over the past 6 months I've bought a hard drive, a video card, a CPU fan, and memory. All arrived within 2 business days from the date it was released, and that's shipping from BC to the Maritimes.  
 
They have a wide variety of payment options (Paypal, Online Banking) for those who do not have a credit card.  
 
Their email support is very fast, but in some cases lacking due to possible language barriers?? (Sent an email and received a response that wasn't very clear, but after reiterating politley, a clear response was received).  
 
I have only received quality products from them. Never had to return anything purchased. Their staff will always ensure you are 100% satisfied, which is more than you can say about other computer retailers.  
 
If I ever hear someone who is planning to buy a computer elsewhere, I tell them that they're making a huge mistake, and to buy from NCIX. A custom built PC will last a heck-of-a-lot longer than a boxed PC (HP, eMachines), and will also be more affordable.  
 
No Gimics, No Schemes, just quality computer components and more, at competitive prices.

I've placed three orders now, (I anticipate many more) and I can't say enough good things about them. I've been looking for a decent online store to purchase all my components for a new computer system. I've decided to build my own - what with all the info floating around the Internet, and with what I've learned over the last year...I'm thinking of building and repairing computers out of my home. NCIX will definately be the main source for components. They send you an e-mail when the order was received, they send you an e-mail when the order is shipped. They give you all the required info to track your shipments with (IE) Purolator, etc. When you call to inquire about something the people aswering the phones are polite, curtious and uderstanding.  
 
My only concern (I'm not going to call it a complaint) is - I wish they'd also send an e-mail when something is on back order, or at least indicate something in their online Order Tracking, that the shipment will be held up, etc.  
 
They also have a great website - very important in this day and age.

I had to call NCIX about 5:00pm EST (2:00pm their time) about a shipment that seemed to be taking it's time. They told me they had just got it in - it was out of stock, and it would be shipped imediately. Guess what? I had that shipment the next morning by 10:30am EST (7:30am their time).

I have had excellent experiences with NCIX - their prices are always very competitive and shipping (when items are in stock) is extremely fast. Customer service is always fast and responsive. I was particularly impressed that they turned around a custom PC order I placed(including installing and testing an OS) in just a few hours

NCIX gives one of the best service all across Canada, this company really satisfies my needs. Giving great service, price, and quainty. I started to buy from NCIX about 2 years ago and i have never doubted it. They are the best!

I ordered all of my computer parts for my own computer from NCIX. NCIX is one of the best computer part dealers in canada for pricing and quality of items, shipping is fast and packaged adequate, customer service is great. shipping comes to alot on very small orders though.. I guess the price of the sale weighs out the shipping but then again alot of other dealers charge way more for shipping.
