Excellent service, fast delivery and awesome product. Delivery service however was messed, couldn't find my house and marked it as invalid address.. PFFFT. But NCIX was great, they processed the order and I am GREATLY pleased with the transaction. Will deff. order again. Thanks NCIX!

Ncix, is the best online computer store in Canada. I recently bought a 2400$ order from them, and it was smooth sailing the whole time. My computer was built and shipped to me within 5 buisiness days, and I chose 2-6 day shipping. I was very impressed when I recived my order, everything was packed safely and nothing was missing. Ncix is also my favorite place of business because of their support line, the operators know what they are talking about, and if you still are having problems, you can post a message on their forums. The forums are full of great people who can fix any problem. Ncix saved me atleast 400 dollars, just because they will match any price from any other online store in a canada, anbd by using their rewards program, i saved up enough points to acquire a free shipping bonus! I am so ever pleased with Ncix and will continue shopping there until I have no more money.

I purchased a Steelpad Stainless Steel Mouse Cord Holder from the sale for $2.99 and also purchased 2 AMD Green Waterbottles using Rewards points. I put my order through on Thursday and it was processed and shipped out Friday. I have always received excellent service from NCIX and this just goes to prove it.

I ordered an MSI NU6800 and 2 sticks of samsung 512MB PC3200 RAM. I received them in short order, however the video card is defective. I have sent it back for RMA (NCIX covered the shipping) and am waiting for more stock to arrive to get my replacement. Still awaiting final resolution, but they have been keeping me up to date. I have purchased here several times and always get good customer service.

I've always been happy with the services provided by NCIX. Their website provides easy access to status of any inventory they have, unlike any other vendors which you have to call them to see if they sell this and that. Also, NCIX actually cares about things that you aren't satisfied with, to make sure we all walk away as happy customers. NCIX would disappoint people who think computer shopping is a huge challenge: because shopping at NCIX is just too easy.

This was a small order for a new DVD burner (NEC 3500), but like all previous orders, everything met my high standards that I have come to expect from NCIX. My last "major" order was for a complete $4000 setup in August of last year and I am happy to say my mahine is humming along just as nicely as the day it was purchased. Since that time I have bought a few minor things such as a couple of hard drives but have built at least 6 complete systems for friends with parts purchased through NCIX. They have been good to me, so it is my pleasure to recommend some business their way as a show of customer loyalty. The very occasional time when something needed to be RMA'd it was done propmtly and with no hassle. All I can say is keep up the good work and you'll have my business for years to come.

The only problem I found with NCIX is that the pickup locations are busy all the time.. Every time I went in-store to pick an item up, there were at least 5-6 people waiting in line.  
The last time I went to the store, there were over 20 people crowded in the small room. This is a clear indication of the faith that people have in NCIX.. Netlink offers very competitive pricing that is made even more competitive because of the price-matching system.  
 
Service at pick-up locations is not the best, but you can hardly blame NCIX for this. The store is just too busy for 5-6 staff members to handle, and having to pay for more for our items just to hire another staff member for a little bit of convenience is the last thing I want to do.  
 
Overall, I think NCIX has fit my needs. It cannot attain a perfect score, and I have yet to find a store that does, but nobody cumulatively beats NCIX in terms value, price, and service.  
 
As for the forum, if you are new to NCIX, and are looking for help, look out for the experts (in the all time expert list). They have answers to almost all your questions.

Another (of 100's) successful order at NCIX. I've literally purchased over 100 orders with NCIX and all have arrived impeccable and as often as not without an issue.  
Again, the best in Canada, easy to deal with, great webpage to order from where you can pricematch, edit and order or talk to support.

I have bought thousands of dollars through netlink computers and ncix online. They have the best service and the best prices...if not the best, it will be matched to the best. Being only a 5 minute drive from the store, i am able to go there regularly to upgrade hardware or to buy hardware for others who ask me to build computer systems for them.  
The service is definately outstanding!!!

This store was amazing. They have quickly responding customer service, and a great forum for an even quicker response by people who know a lot about computers. I bought a P4 540, an asus P5GD1, an enermax 550 W power supply, 3 fans and some arctic silver 5, and I recieved the order only a couple of days after ordering.
