Incredibly FAST service from Vanvouver to Victoria - I received the HD the NEXT DAY! UPS air freight for a $128 part. That's SERVICE! I ordered online - not by phone. The part was as described, packaged well and is running fine.
This is a satisfied customer. I am a premier partner at NCIX and I love the service. They are quick to ship out and their customer service is the best. There prices are not always the best but they allow price matching so you can always get the best deals. There shipping prices are also cheap but I am sad they took out purolator. I am very satisfied with NCIX.

I have been ordering parts from NCIX for about 2 years now and have always had the very best service. Order processing is very quick and delivery is usually within a couple of days. I always recommend NCIX to anyone looking to by computer parts. Excellent prices and excellent service.
The order processing speed and shipping is fast. Two of my most recent orders came the day after i placed the order(with extra shipping). I would not hesitate to visit ncix.com more often in the future.
First time dealign with them and all I can say is thatn they have great communication and very FAST shipping! I got my stuff in 2 days (althought I am also in Canada). Excellent.
I recently bought an expensive professional monitor for image editing (with Express Coverage in case there were any problems). The monitor cost twice the amount of the same-sized monitor it was replacing, and the only reason I bought it was because I needed more accurate colour for image editing.
Unfortunately when I set the monitor up there was very uneven backlighting, a dark brown strip along the left edge of the panel, and during gaming there was a great deal of blurring in horizontal panning. When brightness was good in the centre, it was too bright on the right and too dark on the left. I was not satisfied as my old monitor was better for gaming and equally suited for image editing due to the uneven backlighting.
I placed an RMA so I could get a refund, but instead of issuing the RMA they sent me a message telling me my ticket had been transferred to technical support. I waited another day and heard nothing so I sent another message asking why I hadn't been issued an RMA and why it was sent to tech support. The response I got imposed a number of conditions on my being able to return the monitor. I was not happy. I posted an unfavourable review here, and to my surprise I received a phone call shortly after from customer service. They saw my review and wanted to make the situation right. They issued the RMA, I got my refund in a timely manner, and they offered me express shipping and coverage if I wanted to purchase another monitor with them.
I appreciate that they were willing to go out of their way to make me happy, although I wish I hadn’t been given the run-around to begin with.

I have placed many orders at NCIX in the past year and all of them have been either very pleasing or couldn't have been better.
With its Price matching feature which makes it easy to get the best prices on any item you want to order. I have never been denied PM and have used it for every single of my orders for 1 or many items.
Their shipping options is what I can speak the least of. I know many people complain about UPS, but up until my last order, I always chose free shipping one way or another. UPS always delivered the packages in a timely manner without any damages to the boxes. Combined to NCIX's great packaging, I was extremly pleased.
On my last order, I ask for express shipping and I got my order shipping accross the country within less than 48 hours at my door.
There is a great community and litterally awesome customer support available on the forums. I am always amazed when I see mods answering and solving problems on their forums. And that is the norm. I'd say more than 95% of the problems a user talks about on the forum is solved within a matter of hours if not minutes (provided it is decent hours). That happens even during off hours, because somehow their staff is still there.
The biggest drawback is their website and I mean, its much better than some of the other websites. I just wished their products had a clear description as well as pictures. I know most of them do, but its not the case for all of them.
Still, I have ordered many times from NCIX, recommended it many times and will continue to do so. I am just so impressed by their customer service, that is actually the reason I do all my business there, because I find that you only know how good a store when you see how they deal with troubles. If you think I am exagerating, go have a look on their forums and check out the threads there, you will see.
I have always been very happy with NCIX. I order about three things a year, and everything has been good: great price, cheap shipping, and things seem to arrive before I expect them to. So far (fingers crossed) all my new hardware has been in perfect working condition.

Hello everyones! I order my parts the Sunday and was qualify for the express shipping. I received all of them the Tuesday. The package was well done and all my parts work great. If you have to buy a computer or some parts NCIX is the place, fast with low price and price match for the cheaper shopper :P ... Seriously just this week I had refer NCIX to 2 of my friends to order their computers. My call : NCIX.com !!!
