I have purchased a myriad of products from their site. HDD, 2 GTX 295s, monitors, Megahalems, fans. Simply put one of the finest online stores around. While some items may not be as competitive as other online stores offering identical items, their professionalism is top-notch. The only minor complaint I have is the amount of time they take to ship the item from having received the order. It seems to take about a day or 2 on average. It`s somewhat longer than other stores that ship on the same day, but that certainly will not prevent me from doing more business with them. Highly recommended.

NCIX is the best online store i have EVER dealt with, i just ordered a hard drive today and they price matched and shipped the order via UPS in 6 hours. Wow, amazing. They are the only place i will buy anything tech anymore.

This is my first time ordering something from NCIX (NCIXUS) and the experience was positive. I ordered a couple of CPU Coolers because NCIX had a weekly sale and NCIX was the lowest priced around the web. The shipping was quick and the packaging was good. I liked how NCIX offer free insurance covering under $100. Also, I liked how NCIX shows how many they have in-stock which I thought was pretty neat. The one thing NCIX should improve is the cost of shipping especially in the case of ordering more items. Still, I do look forward in doing future business with NCIX.

Regular prices are equivalent to a big box retailer, however price match facility is the most flexible I have ever seen. That coupled with Surprise Sales that usually have one or two incredible deals, makes NCIX a the premier choice for computer equipment.

This is the second time I deal with NCIX.com and it is also the second time that I am entirely satisfied:  
 
1) the prices are competitive, considering they are in Canadian dollars;  
2) there are so many rebates on so many products;  
3) the shipping prices (that is if you don't get a special offer with your order) are reasonable;  
4) the time of arrival of the shipment (even though they don't really play a part in that) is always satisfactory.  
 
All in all, I am very satisfied with NCIX.com and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy anything related to computers.

I made an order for two hard drives on Wednesday after their closing time. I had them in hand on Friday afternoon. I'd say that's the fastest shipping I'd ever had, but their last order came next day. I even chose their cheapest shipping option! Everything was also packed securely and I've never had a problem with any items I've ordered from NCIX.

I've purchased from NCIX quite a few times in the past and their shipping time is unbeatable. Once you build up some customer rep with them there never seems to be a delay. Made an order oct 7th at 3pm it was at my door before dinner the next day with standard shipping. They always seem to honor my price matches, haven't had one turned down yet. They are the only computer store I buy my stuff from.

I have bought over 5,000 $ from NCIX.com in the last four years. I never had to send back something due to DOA and faulty hardware and I always received my big order in less than 5 days. My small orders, like my recently bought ATI graphics cards, has been received the day after I ordered it (Express shipping).

Bought hdrive. Great price, FAST delivery, very well packaged. Called Cust service and had fast, easy,itelligent service. &they are Candian, gotta luv that too! P.S. Tried to buy from Newegg, terrible cust service, US company, ships from and returns go to USA. Couldn't get my credit card or paypal to work & wasted hours on the phone. Googled N.E. & found terrible reviews, & praise for NCIX. Save yourself the aggravation, buy NCIX, buy Canadian. And guess what !?, it was cheaper too!! my 1st of many more purchases ...THANKS...Ian
