Purchased an Intel 160GB SSD from NCIX, first time buyer here. This component was hard to find at a good price but NCIX offered both excellent pricing and availability. Order processing was quick and very secure requiring phone verification. Will definitely purchase from these guys again.

Another great experience with NCIX. I never shop anywhere else for computers or hardware.

ordered two seagate momentus 500B 7200 rpms, ncix price matched newegg.ca shell shocker deal of 102.99 each, but did not offer me the free shipping like newegg.  
I paid 15.00 more for shipping, should have just bought it from newegg instead.  
lesson learnt and out 15.00 dollars  
 
NCIX customer service has refunded the full shipping costs as a good will gesture.  
Now i'm a happy camper and thumbs up for NCIX customer service

NCIX was amazing. I had heard about it from friends and co-workers and finally needed something. I searched for the product I wanted and they had the best price. I had ordered the product on a Friday night and later realized that on the day after I ordered the manufacturer had increased their mail-in-rebate. I had to wait until Monday to call and I was worried that they wouldn't let me change my order date to a few days later to be eligible for the update but they had no problem doing this for me. NCIX had very good customer service and was more then willing to help me with me situation. I will definitely look to NCIX first whenever I need anything computer related again.

Was ordering a video card on the last day of the sale price and my NCIX gift card # wasn't working. I called in to the tel support line and had to leave my # for a rep to call me back (you don't get to speak to a live person right away when you call in) but they called me back quickly and the rep was quite friendly and had the gift card # issue sorted out and I was able to place my order a few minutes later. Great service!

As always NCIX provided fast service, great pricing and great selection. I would and do recommend NCIX as the best place to purchase computer components. I have been shopping there since 2001 via web and have built several systems. I have always been completely and 100% satisfied.

NCIX was great. They shipped my order the day I ordered it and FedEx is going to deliver it early!  
 
The order was just a bit more expensive since I am in the US (compared to a couple other places) but NCIX was the only retailer I found that had the RAM in stock and getting it on time was important for me. The few extra dollars it cost were well worth it.  
 
I would definitely order from NCIX again!

I have purchased a myriad of products from their site. HDD, 2 GTX 295s, monitors, Megahalems, fans. Simply put one of the finest online stores around. While some items may not be as competitive as other online stores offering identical items, their professionalism is top-notch. The only minor complaint I have is the amount of time they take to ship the item from having received the order. It seems to take about a day or 2 on average. It`s somewhat longer than other stores that ship on the same day, but that certainly will not prevent me from doing more business with them. Highly recommended.
