Another great experience with NCIX. I never shop anywhere else for computers or hardware.

NCIX was amazing. I had heard about it from friends and co-workers and finally needed something. I searched for the product I wanted and they had the best price. I had ordered the product on a Friday night and later realized that on the day after I ordered the manufacturer had increased their mail-in-rebate. I had to wait until Monday to call and I was worried that they wouldn't let me change my order date to a few days later to be eligible for the update but they had no problem doing this for me. NCIX had very good customer service and was more then willing to help me with me situation. I will definitely look to NCIX first whenever I need anything computer related again.

Was ordering a video card on the last day of the sale price and my NCIX gift card # wasn't working. I called in to the tel support line and had to leave my # for a rep to call me back (you don't get to speak to a live person right away when you call in) but they called me back quickly and the rep was quite friendly and had the gift card # issue sorted out and I was able to place my order a few minutes later. Great service!

As always NCIX provided fast service, great pricing and great selection. I would and do recommend NCIX as the best place to purchase computer components. I have been shopping there since 2001 via web and have built several systems. I have always been completely and 100% satisfied.

The order was just a bit more expensive since I am in the US (compared to a couple other places) but NCIX was the only retailer I found that had the RAM in stock and getting it on time was important for me. The few extra dollars it cost were well worth it.  
 
I would definitely order from NCIX again!

I have purchased a myriad of products from their site. HDD, 2 GTX 295s, monitors, Megahalems, fans. Simply put one of the finest online stores around. While some items may not be as competitive as other online stores offering identical items, their professionalism is top-notch. The only minor complaint I have is the amount of time they take to ship the item from having received the order. It seems to take about a day or 2 on average. It`s somewhat longer than other stores that ship on the same day, but that certainly will not prevent me from doing more business with them. Highly recommended.

NCIX is the best online store i have EVER dealt with, i just ordered a hard drive today and they price matched and shipped the order via UPS in 6 hours. Wow, amazing. They are the only place i will buy anything tech anymore.

This is my first time ordering something from NCIX (NCIXUS) and the experience was positive. I ordered a couple of CPU Coolers because NCIX had a weekly sale and NCIX was the lowest priced around the web. The shipping was quick and the packaging was good. I liked how NCIX offer free insurance covering under $100. Also, I liked how NCIX shows how many they have in-stock which I thought was pretty neat. The one thing NCIX should improve is the cost of shipping especially in the case of ordering more items. Still, I do look forward in doing future business with NCIX.
