The forum community, including staff and manufacturers to answer questions, plus the review links and thorough descriptions mean you can get all the information to make a purchase. The weekly sales, open box pricing and clearances mean great deals, too. An overall fantastic retailer I regularly recommend.

What started off as a potentially bad experience was rectified by NCIX Customer Service. Purchased a video card from them that they stated was in-stock, but turned out not to be available. Was able to resolve the problem with Chris, and the matter worked out to my satisfaction. Attentive customer service likes this deserves to be noted. Highly recommended.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They have great selection, great prices, and they ship very fast. My router was shipped with lots of packing material to ensure safe delivery. I will be shopping there again.

Purchased parts for a computer and had the NCIX.com team assemble. Computer was neat, clean, packaged securely in original packing. Order came with all retail packaging used in computer. Windows install was exactly how I specified. Computer worked with no intervention. Very happy with NCIX.com and will purchase from them again!

I had made 2 orders within a week from NCIX and I have to say that I really love this store. Both orders were recieved within 2 days of purchase. A great combination of excellent prices and fast shipping will mean that they have won my continued preferance of computer parts store.

If this isn't the best online supplier, I haven't found the better one yet! NCIX is in British Columbia, I live in a small country village in south-western Ontario. Twice, now, I've ordered on the morning of one day, and received the order, exactly what I asked for, at my front door before noon of the next day!

Just started using this site about a month ago and I haven't found a better online company. Reliable, trustworthy and for an extra $10 I have my shipment on the other side of the country the next day. *symbol for infinity* Thumbs up!

I've been an NCIX customer for many years and have always been pleased with their prices and service, and have recommended their store to many of my friends!

This site is professional. I wasn't confident in them at first, but i ordered an item and it arrived at my house a day later. The shipping isn't expensive. Its on the same grounds as newegg and zipzoomfly for the few good deals it has. i will definitely do business with them again.

Another great experience for me with NCIX! This company is amazing, I don't understand how they can manage to have such an efficient order process. I ordered my parts (best price around) on wednesday 11am and I had my package on thursday 10 am. 23h to process my order, ship it from Vancouver to Montreal. Everything was well packaged as usual with NCIX.
