This is the second time I deal with NCIX.com and it is also the second time that I am entirely satisfied:  
 
1) the prices are competitive, considering they are in Canadian dollars;  
2) there are so many rebates on so many products;  
3) the shipping prices (that is if you don't get a special offer with your order) are reasonable;  
4) the time of arrival of the shipment (even though they don't really play a part in that) is always satisfactory.  
 
All in all, I am very satisfied with NCIX.com and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy anything related to computers.

NCIX HAS GREAT SERVICE!  
ok I was lucky (I guess?)  
but I went a few years without ever getting a defective product (on many different complete systems I built up from NCIX parts throughout the years)  
anyway  
recently I got 2 DOA new items a SSD and another item (2 different orders)  
anyway (I have VIP) so I never paid for shipping for #1  
but here is the great service part  
for the first item that was DOA, I sent it to NCIX, it got there at night, the next day a new part was in the mail to me, the day after it was at my house  
ok so that was great  
 
then  
my next ORDER/RMA I didn't realize my VIP expired just before I placed my order, I quickly renewed, and NCIX made that new VIP membership apply to the item I bought, even though it was purchased AFTER my VIP ran out....(and I did not have to pay for shipping)  
ok now we are talking superior service!  
 
now  
for even more impressive NCIX SERVICE  
that item they got today at 2:15 (so my email says)  
then (according to my next email) at 4:14 there was already a new part shipped out the door!!!!!!  
should have it tommorow AM  
wow  
thank you NCIX for the great service and crazy fast RMA  
 
now I hope I don't ever have another RMA, they are a pain in the ***  
but if I do, NCIX's great service makes it a lot less painful

Top notch service, in my books.  
I've only ordered from them a few times, but I get excellent service every time.  
They were recommended to me by a friend, and I've been referring it to my friends ever since.

I ordered the product online on Friday, hoping that I would receive it sometime before the following Friday the 10th. Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Monday morning the 6th! I was more than impressed by the prompt service, and by the ease of ordering. This was my second experience purchasing a product from NCIX, and both times I have had excellent service. BTW, I loved my little Eee PC too!

I ordered a couple of Intel gigabit cards from NCIX and they never arrived, because a few days later the supplier cancelled their shipment, apparently.  
 
This is what the CSR told me. I asked if he could swap the order with another set of IDENTICAL Intel cards but also keep the original prices from the invoice. He offered to swap the SKUs, and I said yes. However, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $10.47 when I explicitly asked for the price to be kept the same - as NCIX would never have delivered the original order anyways. I also asked that the order be cancelled if the price would be different.  
 
So now I have this order being shipped to me, and there is nothing I can do about it, as UPS will deliver the box to my doorstep, and I cannot be there to actively refuse it. I am also out an additional $10.47, and I am mad that the CSR will not reverse the charge.

I always use NCIX.com for all of my computer hardware purchases. They're simply amazing. Their price check is great too. They normally will compete if you find a lower price elsewhere. They're shipping and processing is really quick if the item is in stock.

Je suis très satisfait du service, nonobstant qu'on ne peut se fier à aucune compagnie de livraison pour offrir un service de livraison efficace à domicile; même les livreurs de Poste Canada ne se donne même pas la peine de sonner à la porte de mon building alors que je suis au centre-ville de Mtl, ils ont au moins l'avantage d'avoir un bureau proche.

NCIX does everything that it needs to do very well in order for me to keep coming back. They are my go to source for computer parts. I have never been given a reason to need to try any other company. With every new kid on the block trying to get my business, I ask myself "why should I risk it? NCIX has never done me wrong!" Shipping speeds are exemplary, there's never a product I want that I can't find, and in the rare event I find a lower price on something elsewhere I'm happily greeted with an accepted price match. If customer service is ever required, there are always very helpful people there that you don't have to jump through hoops to talk to. The final thing to note is that all this is consistent. A sizable order history with NCIX has proven to me that my great experiences aren't just random. This is their every day approach. All in all I'd like to thank everyone at NCIX that makes my shopping experience this way for being so reliable.

What I like about NCIX is that they usually have the best prices in Canada and they are very up-front about the availability. You can check the stock level through their website, which is usually accurate. If in doubt you can call them, or set a "callback number" in their website. They are pretty prompt in calling back, typically within 10 minutes. Service is also very good.  
 
Also, if you live in the Vancouver area you can order your products online and pick them up from their stores. Their customer service staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

After checking a number of reviews, I ordered the above from NCIX. I noted the stock as a possible 2-5 day wait as the stock was on back-order. There was a few other sites in Canada with the card, maybe a few bucks cheaper but reviews on those companies were sketchy. I don't mind spending a few extra dollars to ensure a reliable transaction.  
 
NCIX kept me up to date on the backorder, sent shipping info once it was in stock. The only screw-up with this transaction was with UPS, they stated a shipping date, and failed to deliver on that date and delayed the shipment. NOT NCIX' fault. I chose the shipping method, next time it'll be FEDEX.  
 
NCIX will be my main source for parts, they came through beautifully and answered all of my inquires in a timely manner. I highly reccomend them to Canadian and US buyers.

PERFECT is the first word to came to my head to describe my first experience with NCIX  
 
I placed my order on the 6th of July (Sunday) knowing that nothing would be processed this day.It was my first internet transaction and everything went so I could feel very secure because right after clicking Place my order button I received a confirmation.  
 
Monday morning (for them it was still the 6th) I checked up my email and I received another confirmation that my pricematch was accepted ( 16$ on a external hardrive wich was already in rebate and 5.14 $ on a small cheap keyboard ) and my shipping information were accurate. Later that day my order my card was charged. I received another message but I only read it the morning after (now we are july 8th but it sended july 7th)order processed and shipped and I received a purolator tracking code which I couldnt use yet (Purolator diden't received it ) but I had it !  
 
Then I received a invoice of my transaction , Purolator service was excellent as you can see:

So in summary, Order placed on the 6th of July and received (touched by me) the 9th ! Less than 3 days !  
 
For the packaging the box was in mint condition, cut the tape, products were protected by styrofoam cutted to fit properly and something I'll called air bags between products so they couldnt moved.  
 
Payed 20$ for shipping (8pounds) by purolator AIR ,5$ for express coverage (on first order I feeled more secure). I don't feel like being ripped off considered how far It traveled and with the incredible fast delay !Order over 200$  
 
I will order again that is for sure ! And please considered carefully very dissatisfied reviews, angry customers can be harsh sometimes (I know of that I work at Staples HAHA)

I've made two orders with NCIX, and the service both times has been great. My order was processes relatively fast, and shipping expenses aren't that bad at all.  
 
To top it off, I had to RMA an item, sent in the request, next time I checked my e-mail, about two hours later, the RMA was already approved. Then once they received my RMAed item, a new one was shipped out the next day.  
 
Overall wonderful service from NCIX

I ordered a monitor from NCIX.com using PayPal. I also paid extra for a guarantee that I would have no dead pixels. I got the first monitor which had a dead pixel. I called their RMA department and had them cross-ship another one. This meant I had to pay for the new monitor as well. I put that one on my credit card. The new monitor also had a dead pixel. I decided I didn't really want to have nearly $1,200 tied up with them. I opted for this next return to ship both monitors back and just do without until I got the next replacement. I tracked the shipment and saw that it was accept on January 18th. I was not given credit for the cross-shipment until the 29th! While waiting for my credit, I called to see when I would be receiving the credit and my replacement monitor. I was informed that they did not have any more of this monitor. Why was I sold a guarantee that could not be honored? Why did I have to call to find this out? How long would I have waited if I had not called in? I was offered the defective monitor back. I asked the rep if I could be credited for the guarantee I purchased since I was being forced to take a monitor with a dead pixel. He said he could not give me credit for this since I had returned a monitor using the guarantee. I thought the guarantee was that I would get a monitor with NO DEAD PIXELS! If I am going to have to take a monitor WITH dead pixels, I don't feel I should be charged for a NO DEAD PIXEL GUARANTEE! I was so upset by this that I asked to just be refunded for the original purchase. The Rep agreed to issue the refund. THIS refund was issued to my credit card, but the refund to my cross-shipment had been issued to a credit card that wasn't even mine! The rep said he would submit this problem to the accounting department. I asked if they would contact me when they have resolved the issue. The rep responded, "I don't know." Just as of today, they have finally resolved these issues with the credits and, although the credit for the initial purchase was issued to my credit card rather than the PayPal account with which my original purchase was made, I suppose that is much better than the refund being issued to someone else's credit card. This was a horrible buying experience from the start. The rep I spoke with obviously did not care that I had almost $1,200 tied up with his company and NO MERCHANDISE WHATSOEVER. He was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I have had to call this company five or six times to resolve this issue. I have made them an interest-free loan of my $1,200 for at least half a month. I am out the original shipping cost plus the cost of an impotent no dead pixel guarantee with absolutely nothing to show for it.

First, let me say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I have received from NCIX, even though I pick up most of my orders. My shopping experiences, including some major purchases in last year's Boxing Day have mostly been great. It was until a series of purchases where NCIX was horrible to say the least - price matching. Here's my story. I asked them to price match three items: a motherboard, a hard drive, and a sound card. It was actually my first price match experience. A day later, all my price matches were rejected and I was offered prices literally cents less than the original price. Most shocking was, however, that I had asked to price match a sister company, Direct Canada. To be honest, I was a little bit disappointed, but I still liked shopping there because all my previous experiences were really good. In another purchase, I decided to get the E8400 processor, which was just released, and price match it. I asked to match a competitor's price of $206, $20 less than the price it was going for then. I received a reply informing that the PM was rejected and their best offer was $5 off. I appreciated that they had done the "best they could" and took their offer. A week later, as I was browsing the NCIX reviews for the item, I noticed that one of the reviewers mentioned that he bought the item price matched for the exact same price which I was rejected. I also visited a forum where two users posted that they had price matched the item successfully. I sent a ticket asking for an explanation, as this has been the 4th PM I had been rejected, but this time there was proof. A Kevin replied to me that this is a week old now and prices have dropped. Actually, the price for that item had gone up and the reviewer mentioned his purchase date, only one day after mine. Kevin then replied to me, saying he can't do anything about this and he tried his best back when I tried PMing, i.e. he told me "sorry, but it's over." Now, how can one not be put off by such a thing? Finally, and very worth mentioning, is that one of the items I had price matched was accepted a week ago when it was not on sale. I went to buy it today and the exact same PM was rejected AND the item was ON sale. Sorry, but your price matching policy is a joke, at least for me so far.
