This was my first time shopping on-line at NCIX.com and I was happy I did because everything from the checkout process to the way my order was packed in the box was A1 all the way.Their excellent shipping rates made their competitive prices even more attractive.There great selection and quick processing/delivery makes them first choice of my web shopping destinations for sure.All around great experience !

NCIX always satisfies with great customer service, good prices, great sales, quick shipping and fast service. Prompt expert advise and help when any technical or other problem arise. I'm sold on NCIX because of all of this. I recommend NCIX to all my friends and anyone that asks.

Great selection and most items are in stock. Great customer service. Prices are competitive but I found after ordering twice now you really need to "Price Match" to get the best deals. Shipping is fast but one in stock item I ordered was shipped separately from NetLink Computer in Ontario to me in BC with no tracking or expected delivery date. Not a big deal but I thought in stock meant in BC. A email explaining the reason for the delay would have been nice. Anyways I will definitely order from them again!

I'm was building a computer for a family member. I had a couple different questions about coupon codes and warranty work for the person I bought the computer for. I clicked the little e-mail a question button and I had the answers I needed in my inbox in less than a minute. And real answers, written by a real person! The rep, Linus, even answered my follow up questions just as quickly.

NCIX seems to be a great online retailer. A little confusing since they have a Canadian store and a US store and one can get directed to one or the other unknowingly. Stock is not identical at the two stores making one wonder why. Customer services is helpful, sending constant updates on your order though an email stating "order delivered" would be nice. Having the order shipped to an office, sometimes you have to prod the front desk to see if the order came in, an email would alert you as to know when exactly it was delivered. Website needs to refinement as does the search field but all in all, a good site. Prices are comparable, product selection is vast, and service is speedy. Will certainly shop here again.

I have it over clocked to 4.1 Ghz idles at 24c, load at 30c. All from NCIX i am very pleased with the service i have recieved from NCIX. over the last few months i have built a top notch amd rig. All that i have ordered has been perfect. I haven't had any problems with any products that i have ordered from NCIX. Very Competitive priceing,customer care is second two none. I look forword to buying more hardware in the near future from NCIX.

Would have preferred a better first experience with NCIX...  
According to numerous positive comments I read here, I decided to pass an order with NCIX at 8:20 in the morning and to accept their proposed shipment method(numerous comments too about how fast NCIX delivers...). Selected 6 item and ask them to match prices. By 15:30 I had everything processed except for the shipping. Next day morning still no shipping on my account, so I inquired why there were no shipping nor tracking number yet, maybe something wrong with my order or one of the item, usually I got everything confirmed within the same day when I buy from other web resellers. At the end of that second day I received an answer by email telling me everything was alright with my order, no back ordered item and that everything to be shipped out the same day with a tracking number emailled within 24hrs. Guess what, on the 3th day's morning an email arrived from NCIX with of course the tracking number but also a mention about "glitches" with 2-item, the first one delayed a matter of day(s) and the second one been now back ordered "undetermined". I then decided to send an email asking for them to cancel the 2 missing item and give me a refund. Nicer surprise this time, they accepted to cancel and put the refund on my credit card.  
 
Update Day-4  
Received more detailed explanations from their customer service and was offered a refund on the entire shipping cost. I was told that none of the 2 item was really backorder but simply transferred from another wharehouse, some kind of misunderstanding even if the sent tracking order email was using the words "Pending shipment" for first one and "Back Ordered" for the second.

I am very satisfy with NCIX service. Within 24 hours the ordered item was with me, after going through the matching price approval process, and shipment from BC to Ontario. And all those steps I could see though e-mails that were sent to me automatically. You can not ask for better!

Very happy with NCIX they are always competitive with priceing. Shipping is always very good no long waits and they keep you informed on what your shipping status is.Great company to work with I will be buying more hardware in the near future for my new system.

Had a credit on my account due to a previous order having a discontinued product and when dealing with NCIX customer care I feel they went above and beyond in assisting with my request. I have always been satisfied with the outcomes in dealing with NCIX, any time I have had to get an issue resolved.  
 

As always, NCIX had the devices I wanted in stock and at the best price. The online ordering, delivery and customer service are excellent. Great businessto deal with!!

This store is one of the best around in my opinion. They get me my parts in insanely fast times, faster then a store a couple of Km's away can get it to me and these guys are across the country.  
 
I have never had an issue with my products other then a saitek keyboard which seems to have remedied itself so I didn't have to use their store RMA policy. Which from what I hear is superb. The fact they offer it is nice as well.  
 
I feel very secure in all my purchases at NCIX. So much so I barely even look at other computer part websites anymore.

Awesome communication and service. Excellent processing and shipping times and fairly accurate stock status. Overall 9/10! Certainly recommended and will continue to order from them.
