I saved $50 on my digital camera vs. Walmarts advertised sale price that week. It came to Ontario in just 2 days in perfect condition. I will be purchasing from NCIX.com again in the very near future.

Best online shopping experience I have ever had. They shipped within a couple hours of my order and gave me tracking number. Prices were great and my package arrived next day, even though they are on the opposite coast as me.

I just purchased an Acer Notebook from NCIX. I was amazed to have the computer delivered in 2 days. The packaging was very sturdy and there was no possibility of damage. It was excellent and fast service.

Fast, accurate, low prices, great inventory, hassle free. There's really nothing to complain about NCIX. I've always been been well served, will certainly continue shopping there and would recommend it to everyone.

I have dealt with NCIX for years and I have had several bad experiences with them. This last occasion they held my money for over a month and refused to ship me my items (3 Sanyo Xacti camcorders that I needed for a vaction) even though they had them at their vancouver and Toronto warehouses (check online stock if you don't believe me Nov/14/2009).  
 
Their reason for this was that the price they agreed to sell me the cameras at was too low? What? YOU AGREED TO THIS PRICE? If it was too low you could have said NO and saved me a month of waiting. On top of this no one would return my calls or send me an e-mail even though, Harely and Chris Both promised on several occasions to do so. No updates no items, nothing for over a month until I demanded to speak to a manager.  
 
resolution? I'm getting my money back and buying them from Bestbuy.  
 
Thanks for the amazing experience NCIX. If nothing at least you are consistent.  
 

Advertised Ram as having $16.00 rebate, only to find that after purchasing 4 pcs and reading fine print that only 1 pc is eligible for rebate.  
Sure wish it was better explained.  
 
Explained to NCIX and they agreed to reimburse me for full rebate for each item and apologized for confusion with advert.

I have done many orders with NCIX over the years and never been disappointed. They are lightning fast and keep you informed by e-mail every time the status of the order is changing. In my opinion, it is the best web based computer shopping in Canada.

I frequently buy from NCIX. They ship fast and pack well. Regularly priced items are generally well priced. On-sale items are priced very low which is good. I had to deal with the customer support twice (one return, one DOA) and I had good experiences both times. Bear in mind there's a restocking feed on returns. Overall, I'd recommend NCIX to anyone.

I've been using this vender for years now and I have spent over $5000 there. I have never had any issues with them on returns, or price matching. Absolutely perfect service.

What could i say, Perfect. Fast shipping and processing, good packaging and no mistake in my order.NCIX office are in BC and i'm in Quebec is the only thing i regret.

This was my first experience ordering at NCIX.com.  
They were quick to process and ship my order (took under 24 hours), and informed me every time anything related to my order occurred. They provided me with my order form via email, along with the status of my order each time it was updated. I did not expect such high quality customer service coming from any online merchant. Great prices, great service, I would recommend this site to anybody out there looking for computer parts and accessories at reasonable prices.

Ordered a Blu-ray player after getting one DOA from Tiger Direct. Got it within 24 hours, works great, and at a better price than the first one. I'll be shopping NCIX exclusively now.

This company is my go to place for any tech product. Only if NCIX doesn't have what I'm looking for will I go somewhere else.
