Unfortunately, I cannot give pictureline a positive review. Pictureline.com had a great price on an item i was looking for so I couldn't wait to make the order. I placed the order midday Friday. This was a time sensitive order for my son's birthday. Pictureline did not notify me until Monday that the item was out of stock. Their website obviously was not up to date either. I would not have known that the item was not available if i had not called them. On the call they said they would check with the manufacturer to see if they could get the product and the email or call me. I received no call and in fact had to call Pictureline to see what the deal was. They could not get the item. So at least 3 valuable shipping days were lost because of the lack of comunication and miscommunication on their website. I am disappointed with there service.

Quality customer service start to finish. Very competitive pricing. Dependable and pleasant to deal with. You can purchase from them with confidence.

So long as it is genuine, a Nikon product is a Nikon product pretty much wherever the purchase is made. The difference is in service received and of course price. I especially liked that photos of all Pictureline sales consultants are displayed the web site, which I used for information before ordering by phone. Heather P, my sales associate, was efficient, pleasant and most helpful. Pictureline maintained its original low selling price on a hard to find item, the Nikon EN-EL3e battery, while many others were jacking up their prices. I appreciated that. The item was shipped the same day and arrived in four business days. An excellent and enjoyable transaction - a 10 in anyone's book. Many thank you's Pictureline and Heather P. Ed

When I found Pictureline.com, I was in desperate search for the new Canon 10D. A friend reccommended Pictureline.com to me as they had just received a new batch and had them in stock. I called them up and was greeted with a very friendly sales person. He told me they had the camera available and to place my order online and they would ship it that day. I went to their site, placed my order and within mintues, received a receipt of my order to my email address. A few hours later, I received another email with my tracking number! Three days later I received my brand new camera, exactly as ordered. As a bonus, a lens cloth was included in with my order, no charge! My purchase from them was a superb experience and I plan to do business with them again.

My second digital camera purchase from Pictureline. Received e-mail confirmation the same day. Received tracking number the next day. May not have the absolute lowest price, but their shipping charge is actually reasonable ($8 to get my camera from Utah to Virginia) and the service is very good. Highly recommended.

Just purchased new Powershot S30. Excellent customer service. Fast delivery. Did not ever try to sell me any thing more than what I ordered on line. Will purchase again from them.

Awesome dealing with this company. Had credit card troubles at first and they talked me through the whole thing and got it worked out. Camera out the door on Friday, in my hands on Tuesday. Fast, easy, good to go. I strongly reccomend them.
