This is the best buying experience I have had in a long time. The price was so low that I called to make sure that was correct. It was and I purchased it along with 2 day shipping. The mouse got here in two days and was just like it was described (brand new, retail packaging). I am satisfied with both the merchant and the merchandise.

I got what I ordered on time, and in new condittion. I sent an e-mail asking about some other items, and got a response in less than 30 minutes!

Turned out very well. I was initially concerned the item did not ship for 3 days, but that was probably an error in the tracking info since it arrived about 4 days after I ordered it. Super excellent packing of item ordered, box was strong enough to protect my item.

Very impressed with first order!I was somewhat leery because if the negative reviews, but ordered because their price was by far the cheapest. I ordered on November 3 at approximately 2pm and UPS delivered it on November 6. I opted for standard shipping and was extremely surprised on how quickly it came. The item was new, well packaged and all documentation there. I did not have any of the problems noted in the negative reviews.

The price was very reasonable; the product arrived on time and in good condition. It took six calendar days by UPS ground but I expected that since I hadn't paid for any premium service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Finding the item, going the ordering process, and then receiving the order on time was a painless experience. Every step was easy and clear with no indecisions due to confusing questions. They did an all around execellent job.

They canceled my order and told me that the products were listed at wrong prices. In their email it clearly states that due to this problem $10 store credits will be issued for each item sold at wrong prices. But when i called them, they told me first that $10 credits per customer. And, the $10 credits could only be used for purchasing the same products that had been listed before at wrong prices. They were just doing the tricks step-by-step. I heard that this store is a store full of tricks. But i didn't understand that untill I experienced by myself. Try to avoid this seller if possible. Even purchase at ebay is much reliable and pleaseant. If a seller cancel your order at eBay, he will be supervised by eBay and your order will be insured by PayPal. But for smaller online dealers like compuvest, there is no monitoring system. That why they can do whatever to customers.

I just received my order, have not had time to use it yet...but I think it will be fine. Good price and was notified of delayed shipping due to back order... and was notified when it was shipped.

CompuVest will make every excuse possible to not fulfill the warranty that you purchased from them for your product. For me, the reason was because it was not in "appropriate packaging" when their policy on their site says NOTHING about what proper packaging is. I caught them on this, but it was like arguing with a 5 year old who would not listen.  
 
When I call them up to complain, the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE with an "I can do whatever I want and there's nothing you can do about it" attitude.  
 
He blamed me for not going out there and looking up what the "industry standard" is for shipping hard-drive when I've shipped 2 hard-drives back to Western and a video card back to ATI the same way with no problems what-so-ever.  
 
He then proceeds to saying that it is a waste of time to be talking to me. Then he has the nerve to patronize me by saying that he is going to call my household number until he finds someone to complain to about ME!!!!!!!!  
 
There is no such thing as customer service there because I have called previously to complain about this warranty and all of the people there have this same attitude.  
 
Please do not shop here, avoid it and read the other reviews.

I've placed a small order at Compuvest.com once before, so I thought I'd buy from them again for something more expensive. It was just like before: they had a good price, and it arrived here right on time.  

I placed my order on Thursday evening and received my order on Monday morning. There were absolutely no problems with the product, shipping or processing of the order. Nice job.

I didn't know what to expect, but the price was great so I went for it. Delivery of the item was earlier that expected and information on the shipment was great. Three thumbs up!

I ordered a video card from this company and after receiving it, I tried it in four different computers and it just came up with artifacts and weird colors on the monitor screen. So I RMA'ed  
the thing back to them and they said it tested good. So I would be charged a 15% restocking fee  
on top of not being refunded the original $10.69  
shipping charge and my cost of $6.98 to ship the  
item back to them. All in all I am out of pocket  
a total of $31.17 and have nothing to show for it. I can see why this seller has such a low rating, they probably won't be around very much longer! Very bad experience, I must say!  

Horrible customer service. I purchase two web cams form this place. One was fine the other was open on arrival. I called the store adn they proceeded to tell me I was lying and I had opened the box. All I wanted was for them to send me an RMA label because they sent me an open package. Now after the "manager" calle dme a liar and pretty much did not work with me at all, they will not respond to a normal RMA request because of course the time does not work. (of course it doesnt thats why someone probably retruned it in the first place). So i end up having to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.
