I ordered a Sierra Wireless AirCard 750 (unlocked) on 3/31 to be shipped 2 day air mail. I did receive the card exactly 2 days later, and it works perfectly. A Shentech rep contacted me to verify my shipping address before shipping. On the website, it said the card came with a 1 year guarantee, which was reassuring. The software CD, box, and instruction pamphlet were all in Chinese, but all the software and documentation were easy to find on Sierra's website. All in all I am completely pleased with this transaction, and would do business with Shentech again, because the prices are awesome!

Prices seem reasonable enough. Shipping is good too. They replaced a mainboard I had purchased at the beginning of the month, got the replacemnet board and now I'm playing UT2004!

I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience at Shentech.  
Very good packaging and prompt delivery.

I ordered a usb to ide adapter to use it with my hard drive. As the picture and the description say, but I received totaly different product, so cheap I just wished I didn't order from this store. I rate this store minus 2. I will not buy anything from this seller and I advice anyone to do the same.

Let me add to the negative reviews for Shentech, although my experience was not as bad as some of the others listed.  
 
(Also I just noticed that they are no longer associated with Yahoo, so my feedback there has been lost to the world.)  
 
I bought an AC adapter for my Acer Tablet PC. The first one that arrived was defective, causing my computer to shut down immediately. After some extended discussion, they agreed to exchange it, and promised to test the next one before sending it (I thought it might just be a bad lot).  
 
The next one didn't work either, although it wouldn't shut down my computer immediately - just caused it to become unstable. Then Shentech made all sorts of comments about had I represented the computer I was using correctly, etc.  
 
Eventually they accepted the adapter and refunded the purchase price, but kept all the shipping fees and didn't reimburse me for my return shipping expense, either.  
 
Soon afterwards, they changed their website to remove the reference to my notebook model from the listing for the adapter I had ordered. When I received an adapter from another company, it was a similar but different model by the same manufacturer. In other words, Shentech had misrepresented the adapter on their website - the entire mess was entirely their fault.  
 
No apology, no refund of shipping fees. But to their credit they did respond to communications within 1-3 days and always acted on their word. So on a scale of 1-5, I'd give them a 2.

Placed two seperate orders with them and received items on 2nd and third days. Products were as specified and undamaged. Tracking structure was excellent. I would buy from them again.

Selling used and refurbished items as new. They don't disclose this on their site. Even though, the price is lower than with others, they should let poeple know about items listed for sale. Very dishonest and deceiving. Will never buy from them again.

Terrible service. They seemed unable to deal with simple problems. Had trouble get them to achknowledge my payment (they never actually took it). About a week delay to get it refunded. Unknowledgable staff with a slow turn-over. Prehaps it would have been all alright had there not been a problem but as it is I would not buy from them again. The problem was they want sometime address verified. At first I thought they ment email verified and sent it off. They refund that one and asked for address verifed again (no more informantion given). This time I assume credit card verified. This time the refund took about a week and they gave me no more explaination pasted address verified. Now I think they ment they want it to be credit card verified and the shipping address to match the credit card but this was all very unclear at the time and the fact that paypal doesn't call it that anywhere just leads to more confusion.

Shentech substituted a "sample" model of an older unit that did not support the same features as the current model as ordered. They did, however issue an RMA and might actually refund my money--but that remains to be seen. Shipping was very high for the cost they incurred. Web site was minimal but the order confirmation process seemed to work (although no order number was evident).

Sent used, unpackaged item, but website never indicated that they were selling used stuff. Haven't decided whether or not to send it back, as it appears to have all the parts, and the price was quite a bit lower than other vendors.  
 
They should state that they are selling used stuff.

Awesome service. First time I've used Shentech, but loved it. Got a new (confirmed after delivery) BFG Geforce4 TI4600 that worked perfectly. The best part was that I ordered around 5:00 PM (EST) on Monday (9/20) and recieved the card on Wednesday (9/22) only paying for USPS Ground! It was so fast, the tracking number at USPS didn't even have a chance to get updated until AFTER I recieved it! Loved this experience!

I purchased a new retail video card; they shipped me a used card of a different brand. They accepted my return, but I had to struggle to get a refund.

Well lets see. I ordered a Lian Li case on September 8th 2004. I believe it was that I got an email saying it had been shipped and there was a track button link. Although it didnt work. I called them on monday september 14th, asking for a tracking number since it wasn't working and the package hadnt came. They said, "oh we don't have a tracking number for it, but it was shipped friday. Let me call and get the number and I'll call you back." I got no call from them so I called them back today, the 15th. This time they said "oh we dont have a tracking number for it, but it was shipped yesterday." Wait... Now theyre saying monday it was shipped? Thats odd... He also says " let me call and get a tracking number for you and ill call you back." This time I said hell no you put me on hold. The guy comes back after 10 mins or so and says ok I have the tracking number and ill email you it. Ok sure. I get the email and track it. Couldn't believe what I found. First off it wasnt shipped yesterday, it was shipped today, and the worst part. IT WAS SHIPPED UPS GROUND! I PAID FOR 3 DAY AIR!!! Theres a big diff too when it comes to a package like this. Unbelievable though eh? This is where im at now, and ill update this later when and if it arrives. Im sticking with newegg in the future and I suggest you do the same.

purchased a wireless router. Was sent a returned item. How'd I know? It came with a sony VCR manual in it instead of the actual documents. It was working, and squeezed $10 off the price. They mailed the wrong documents 3 times before sending the right ones.

Cheapest on pricewatch, products arrived were exactally what was ordered. Would buy from them again.
