I am waiting arrival of some case fans, and Bigfoot could not have made the purchase any easier. They have knowledgeable staff, and they reply to questions quickly. This is my third purchase from Bigfootcomputers, and they will be sure to see my business again. Keep the up the good work guys!  
 
One thing though, the tracking number I recieved does not come up when checking the status with Canada Post.

Since i was not in a rush i used COD and it went across Canada in 7 buisness days.  
the people at BigfootComputers are kind and VERY smart, i made a mistake in my order and i recieved a email from a hardware tech saying a part ( 1/2 inch OD Vinyl Tubeing) in order will not work with the other part (Silver TDX DD WaterBlock), i needed 1/2 inch ID Tubeing, I noticed my mistake and got the order changed before it got shipped, I was very impressed with that..  
The items in my parcel where nicely packed with packing foam and a strong box with no damage at all.  
I would order from Bigfootcomputers again and again, they are great..  
If your looking into building a powerfull gameing computer i would buy my gear off these guys they know whats what..

It was the first time i was buying something on the net with a credit card so i was a little bit nervous, but everything went fine and i think they have a secure website. I bought a zalman 7700A-cu fan and some thermal paste. It took ~24 hours to proceed my order and they respected the 1-2 days transit. The package arrived and everything was fine, if i have to buy something from them in the future, i will not hesitate.

Purchasing went smoothly. COD service was flawless and convenient. The Thermaltake 92mm fan I received first had a bad bearing or something. Contacted Bigfoot, and in less than 12 hours I had a tracking number and a new fan got here in 2-3 days.  
 
I was impressed with the customer support. The packing was done extremely well. The package looks like it could me thrown out of a plane and still survive.  
Only thing that could make them better is if they accepted mastercard!

Well I have to say I like this store.. There regular prices may not always be the best but stuff on sale is what I purchase.. Very happy with there delivery times and I,ve always got what I ordered and on time... One of the very few companys I order computer parts from and have done so several times.. Well Like always I received everything quikly and with a minimum of fuss.I got exactly what I ordered and it worked

Good service, and I imagine if it were not for Christmas speedy delivery. No damage to the goods, packaged very well. I look forward to future transactions with BigFoot.  
P.S. may I suggest you begin accepting mastercards for payment?

I ordered the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum motherboard, 1gig of Crucial ballistix pc-3200 ddr ram (2x512), and a Zalman cnps7000-alcu heatsink and couldn't have been happier with the service everything was packaged great, prices are decent, quick replies with email questions. I'll definitely be ordering from these guy's in the future! Keep up the great work guy's it will pay off ;)

Took over 3 weeks before I received my order. They screwed up on my shipping address and I suspect that their secure web site may be a little shaky (basically you should be cautious). Poor communication overall. I rate them an average. They are a small store and should take better care in dealing with customers (they are not a dell after all).

Great service, and good people to talk to. This was my second order from them and they package well too. Prices are a little high on some things however sometimes good service is worth a couple extra bucks. I would recomend them.

Fast shipping, overall good prices and nice stuff. I would recommend shopping here to people who are looking for certain things that are on the site. But keep in mind to still look for the cheapest price. The COD feature is nice, but it would be nice if they had Elctronic Payment methods.

I bought a A1807 BLUE keyboard combo - Thermaltake from bigfoot. And I was very satisfied with the shipping and pricing. Very fast and cheap shipping ( 7.50$ for 1-2 days) and of course 1-2 days for preparing the order. I recommend this seller to anyone who lives in canada (mainly Ontario / Quebec) but they say they can ship anywhere in Canada in 1-2 days so.  
Anyhow, the only downside to this was that the price on the website and the actual price wasn't exactly the same.
