Great store. The order that I placed at least half was out of stock so I was prepared to wait a while. I recieved my order very quickly (one week). It was packed very well. The free shipping was a bonus. I sent a few emails and recieved fairly quick responses. I would do business with Bigfoot again very good company. The owner seems to have his/her hands on business (good thing).

Very happy with my order, it was very well packed and they were very quick at getting it sent. I will order again without any hesitation.

Delivery is not that good... they should change of compagany canadapost suck badly i dont blame bigfoot but canadapost, i haved to go walk to the office post to get it myself.

I have had major issues with the product i bought, but Bigfoot has taken care of all of my concerns, and my expectations have been met and then exceded. I will go out of my way to make future purchases from Bigfoot based on thier customer support. It really doesn ot get better than Bigfoot.

Fattah was very helpful. He took care of all my concerns effectively and very quickly. I received my order a couple days after placing it. Prices for products and shipping are great. I would buy from Bigfoot again.

This company has a really good website and server never waited longer than i had to for anything. Prices are fair and that is all I ask for cause I am too impatient to search for the very best price though it seems that they were very close every time, product qaulity and ease of service including COD's really surprised me. Overall very happy with bigfoot computers.

Comunications where slow and my order was just messed up. Some items could that was in stock, really was not. Items that where out of stock could not be back ordered. It was just not a good sale. One month to my order finally corrected. I had to call once because it took to long get answer via email and still my order was not right. Well it is all over now my order is finally out the door.

I must revise my previous review. My items had shipped I just received no notice of this happening. I am still a little bit displeased for the length of time required to get responses but overall they are pretty good at doing what they said they would.

I am in the process of upgrading my current system and handing the old one down to a friend. Before ordering a HSU from Bigfoot I inquired about the item first, I recieved a responce very quickly (and on a weekend). I purchased the unit and it arrived here in under a week. Other Canadian online stores take over a week and I always get poor service if I have to RMA an item, or recieve attitude if I try to contact them. I am quite impressed with Bigfootcomputers' service and plan to do further business with them.
