Becareful ordering from there online website, these guys do not have things in stock, even though they say they do. After ordering a Lian-li case from them, it took them 1 week and a phone call from me to there ordering department to find out that they won't have the case in stock for awhile. They finally tried to get me a special order from the somewhere else in the west coast, however, they were NICE enough to try to charge me shipping from that manufacturer in the West coast, while my location was Toronto. So nice of them to almost waste my money at there convenience.  
 
Your better off getting parts from your local PC store than to have your time wasted by these guys.

I haven't received my delivery yet, but just today (jan 20, 2006) I got the email saying my product was delivered. I think this is horrible service since I ORDERED 21 DAYS AGO!!! Unless they have one blind turtle working in the warehouse, this is very unacceptable.  
 
I don't know if I will ever order from them again.

I've been very satisfied with bigfoot, but this time my experience wan't that good. I don't know who's responsible for it but it took 4 days for me to receive the package with XpressPost.  
 
I cancel the order via e-mail after two days of waiting for the shippment but they didn't response. I was noticed that it was shipped the next day. The tracking information wasn't sent to Canadapost until Wednesday(according to CanadaPost webpage).  
 
Maybe it's the Canadapost but I think bigfoot wasn't very great in this case either.  
 
I doubt I'll use this store again after this experience.

Poor response time. Poor communication. Shipment confirmation email contained only broken links and a tracking number the shipping company claims is not valid.  
Website requires you to fill out the form WRONG in order to accept orders to the US.  
They had to contact me to find the contact info for my credit card company. They neglected to reply to emails. By the time they straightened out the problem, they were out of stock of the part.  
It has taken a full month to get a simple order of 2 quiet case fans. Totally unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

According to every time/date stamp on your emails we replied to you within hours of any email you have sent.  
 
When your credit card company *refused* to process the transaction we tried to make contact with you. Apparantly you were unsuccessful in relaying information back to us that we needed to finalize your order or at least get it past a security verification process. Your order was all but cancelled until just the other day when you recently when you came looking for your order. There wasn't any forward movement we could make on this order without input from you as we indicated in our email to you. Without your help in resolving your bank issue the order was ready to be cancelled or at least on hold indefinitely.  
 
We have this information on file regarding time sensitive replies from you,  
 
-order was made on 9/22/04 - 7:52am  
 
-we emailed about your bank problem on 9/22 - 12:03pm requesting action  
 
-we received an email on 10/7 from you "why hasn't the order been shipped didnt you receive my email?"  
 
We were waiting for clarification from you, without that information and unanswered we could not continue with your order. I am sorry that you felt you needed to rate us in this manner, we did not delay this order on our side and in fact once your bank released funds the order left us as soon as we had stock for you. Yes we did sell out during your bank's difficulty but an order that was in limbo for 30 days because of a security problem would normally have been cancelled and closed 3 weeks prior.

I purchased UV rounded cables when I got them I tryed them with my dual UV CCFL lights the cables did not glow I then tryed them with a 75 WATT UV light bulb still did not glow. I call them and complained they said to send them back I did and they sent them back saying that they worked fine with there UV lights. when I got them back I tested them and got the same results as before. I don't even think they tested them they just wanted to keep my money.

Ordered a everglide attack pad from bigfootcomputers. At first I made a mistake with my order and had to cancel it. They did it for me without any hesitation and I placed my corrected order. I ordered on thursday and through online tracking the package has arrived to vancouver on monday. These guys are very helpful and quick in helping customers. I would do business with them again anytime.  
 
UPDATE:  
 
I ordered 3 ratpadz from them. and i used the special online coupon to get 6 dollars off and it wasn't added to my bill after i bought it. I've tried e-mailing them many times however i have not got an answer from them. I'm very dissatisfied.

Terrible experience. Ordered a heatsink a fan package, and when it gets here, the screws to mount the fan to the heatsink are way too short. They ignored my emails requesting longer screws till my 3rd email, where they tell me they can't find anyone to supply them and that I should go look for them myself. I live in the same city so if they can't find them, how will I? Total package costed $105 for the fan and heatsink and they can't provide screws?  
 
Terrible service for ignoring my emails (during business days too), and for providing an incomplete product. Please avoid.  
 
Addendum.. They have now threaten to sue me based on this unfavorable review. If you should have issues with them, I feel for you if you make them public. Contact me if you require proof of their business practices.

I'm not sure I understand this post. We offered to send you the screws on a reply to your second email which you acknowledged. That promise will be kept after we aquire them later today. These are not screws that we advertise on our website but I have no problem fixing that up for you.  
 
addendum: sir, you yourself are/were a reseller working in our same area and know that inflammatory and untruthful comments have to be challenged, not the unfavourable ones. We take our reputation seriously and have a duty to protect our business and it's name. You were never ignored that's not how we run our shop. That's all that is involved here.

Took over 3 weeks before I received my order. They screwed up on my shipping address and I suspect that their secure web site may be a little shaky (basically you should be cautious). Poor communication overall. I rate them an average. They are a small store and should take better care in dealing with customers (they are not a dell after all).

Regarding your opinions and your comments from your previous emails you are certainly entitled to them. However based on your replys I cannot see how we incorrectly processed this order. You ordered items that were clearly marked out of stock at time of order and we processed as soon as stock replenished.  
 
We shipped to the address information that you provided on your order and no error was made in shipping, in fact this address was verified by your bank. As you indicated in your email to me you filled the ship to form in wrong when you checked out.  
 
Our web site uses AES 256 bit encryption and there are no security issues of which we are aware. The software both back and front end that run our site are monitored and as far as we know secure. The engines that run our site are not home brewed they are sophisticated corporate servers and we make sure everything is 100% secure. The software we use is implemented world wide. We take our customer's security and privacy very seriously.  
 
I made all these points clear to you in email we exchanged but for some reason you keep insisting we made an error and subsequently rated us poorly. I am sorry but that isn't what happened in this case.  
 
I am more than willing to admit when we make a mistake and work to amend that problem but I cannot see anything wrong on this side. I am sorry that I could not be better help in this respect.

I had a huge problem with them.  
 
First, they shipped to the WRONG address, they shipped to Apr. #301 instead of #310 (although I gave them the right address, I found it out when I receive the pick up email from CanadaPost). To keep it short, it takes me a HUGE effort to get my parcel, run back to CanadaPost outlet couple times, make some email to BigFoot, make some call to CanadaPost, and run back to the outlet, etc... Finally, there is no way to get this done. Therefore, I just go to the outlet and told them I living in #301 (instead of the "correct" one #310), and at the end I get the parcel without a problem.  
 
Second, check your bill, your amount on your bill MAY not be the same as they charge on YOUR credit card. When I checkout, I have the total of $76.98, and they send me an email confirmation on that amount. However, after I receive the shipment, they inflate the price on the bill, and charge me $79.26?! For no reason! Although that's no much, but it never make sense to me.  
 
I had shopped with many online MOD or computer store recently, I found them, they are at the bottom of my list to be avoid after this  
experience.

Price on the Radpadz GS magically shot up 9% during their 10% off promo, and then went back down to the regular price afterwards. Payment method on the checkout screen showed Mastercard as one of the options, but received an email 2 days after placing my order that they didn't accept MC, so had to resubmit, and wait another 4 days before order shipped.

This company has a really good website and server never waited longer than i had to for anything. Prices are fair and that is all I ask for cause I am too impatient to search for the very best price though it seems that they were very close every time, product qaulity and ease of service including COD's really surprised me. Overall very happy with bigfoot computers.

Comunications where slow and my order was just messed up. Some items could that was in stock, really was not. Items that where out of stock could not be back ordered. It was just not a good sale. One month to my order finally corrected. I had to call once because it took to long get answer via email and still my order was not right. Well it is all over now my order is finally out the door.
