Ordered an Antec P182 case. The price was high but the shipping was half what other stores charge so the total price was great. Shipping time was ok.

Becareful ordering from there online website, these guys do not have things in stock, even though they say they do. After ordering a Lian-li case from them, it took them 1 week and a phone call from me to there ordering department to find out that they won't have the case in stock for awhile. They finally tried to get me a special order from the somewhere else in the west coast, however, they were NICE enough to try to charge me shipping from that manufacturer in the West coast, while my location was Toronto. So nice of them to almost waste my money at there convenience.  
 
Your better off getting parts from your local PC store than to have your time wasted by these guys.

Very fast service and polite and helpful staff. I will definitly be buying from BigFoot in the future for my case mods.

Well, this is my first order. I was happy with the service. Emails were sent confirming orders and shipment. The product is good, but I am unsure if it is up to the specs published on the site. The price was excellent. I will definitely buy from here again.

i recently purchased a water cooling setup from Bigfootcomputers, My questions were answered ( through email and forums) very quickly, being able to pay by email money transfer made the transaction alot faster and more safe, Certainly will order from again, A++

I haven't received my delivery yet, but just today (jan 20, 2006) I got the email saying my product was delivered. I think this is horrible service since I ORDERED 21 DAYS AGO!!! Unless they have one blind turtle working in the warehouse, this is very unacceptable.  
 
I don't know if I will ever order from them again.

Awesome store. I had ordered a bunch of stuff and then realized I forgot some stuff and called them and they shipped it right away. They also threw in a 3-to-4 pin adapter for my fan (which was advertised with a four pin, but came with a 3-pin) for free. Very friendly and will be ordering again (once I'm ready for water cooling).

Recently bought 2 Blue LED Silenx Fans from these guys and got amazing service. Great prices and extremely good location for me, I can drive by on a whim and pick up anything I need for my computer. Anyone in the GTA area would make a good choice by going to these guys.

placed an order and had some problems with the products, a quick call to them and the entire situation was fixed in a matter of minutes. very considerate on the phone, very quick to deal with any sort of problem. this is not the first time i've used bigfoot but it will not be the last either, very good service

I've been ordering computers parts from BigFoot for over 2 years and a half now. I've been always impressed with their service, prices and flat shipping fees. I prefer paying a bit more at BigFoot then paying less somewhere because BigFoot is the best store I've deal with. In fact you're not just dealing with the "store", but you feel to be really important to them and they take your case very seriously. Plus, these folks are very kind with everyone!  
 
Trust me, you can't go wrong with BigFootComputers.

Very good service. Items ship fast and are as great as described.

I've been very satisfied with bigfoot, but this time my experience wan't that good. I don't know who's responsible for it but it took 4 days for me to receive the package with XpressPost.  
 
I cancel the order via e-mail after two days of waiting for the shippment but they didn't response. I was noticed that it was shipped the next day. The tracking information wasn't sent to Canadapost until Wednesday(according to CanadaPost webpage).  
 
Maybe it's the Canadapost but I think bigfoot wasn't very great in this case either.  
 
I doubt I'll use this store again after this experience.

Bigfoot has outstanding customer service, and a great website with awesome forums. I've dealt with them twice in the past, and was extremely happy both times. I recomend Bigfoot!
