I ordered an athlon 3000+ (Barton) and they shipped a 3200+ barton. Nice upgrade for the same price. They offered accessories when I ordered. Had not thought much about a shim, but it made sense. Good suggestion. CPU arrived in good shape and I installed on my new Soyo m/b. Has been working well for a week now. They followed up with a phone call to let me know the order had shipped. They appear to be making a real effort to turn their ratings around. Would not hesitate to buy from them again if they are the low bidder!

Ordered from BZBOYZ on 12/09/2003, never received product. They tell me the package was lost and they're dealing with the delivery service DHL to get a refund, but I never get updates nor anything else. I was told three weeks ago it would be refunded and now they say it maybe another two to three more weeks.  
 
They even had the guts to say they have better support then Newegg.  
 
Contacted them at 5pm PT and now they explained it would only be two days for a refund.

Website is not user friendly. Made purchase. They cancelled as they could not reach me by phone to verify credit card. OK, this was the safe thing to do. But it was frustrating. Purchased elsewhere.

terrible company poor phone service, if you can get their number, which they don't publish i called to ensure stock status of my order tried to upsell me days later they they told me they didn't have all the items

So far so good. Prices are reasonable and they maintianed communication via email. I even received a phone call from them to confirm order. No problems with this company.

I've made multiple purchases from this company and have been happy with every one.

Order was shipped promptly.  
Packing was sufficient.  
All parts work as expected.  
I would order from them again.

Received my ASUS mobo and Athon64 from BzBoyz. They were packaged perfectly and pretested. BzBoyz did exactly what they said they would and everything arrived in good time. By the way, their tech department actually called me before the order was shipped to verify what I wanted and suggested a few minor changes that would improve the system. I took them up on their suggestions and after assembling the system I'm glad I did!  
BzBoyz well done...everything works great and the new System is as solid as a Rock and delivers the performance I paid for! Thanks for the great service and quality!

I had a problem with the hardware that was purchased. I entered a ticket with their web-support, but received no reply. I called (international) to their tech support line, was transfered twice, and told that I would receive an email by that evening. I have never heard from them. I fixed the problem myself by searching web FAQs. The price was good, but if I had a problem, I wouldn't rely on them again.  
 
Just a note- I recieved a couple of requests from this company for positive feedback BEFORE my order could possibly arrive. They were phrased in such a way as to make is sound urgent, so that I would respone to them before I got my order. I was offered free gifts to give a good reveiw.

Great price, reasonable service and shipping.  
What I didn't like was the fact that they tried to get me to upgrade to a Retail!! motherboard, when in fact that is what was sent anyway.

The worst customer service. Cancelled the order twice because of their bad automated credit card system.  
 
No phone call, No personalized email. Just single automated email saying your order is cancelled. Asked why. No Reply.  
 
Watch out! Make sure your Credit card doesnt get charged twice.

Shipping was quick, purchasing was easy, but was ask to submit good feedback to recieve a free gift and good feedback was submited but never recieved the complimentary gift. Service over all was very good though.

It was a very good experience. The ordering process was very good, I was able to find what i wanted, with the options I wanted. The checkout experience went very well, and I received my complete order on time, and in excellent working order. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

So far, so good. I ordered the parts on the 27th, and it's the 29th. They should go out today. Easy ordering process and low prices.
